Correct mais dispendieux 400$ pour une nuit en famille

La nourriture était bonne

Le personnel avait peine à remplir la nourriture car beaucoup de gens. Endroit pour le déjeuner trop petit et longue file d'attente. Pour la chambre, le matelas pour le sofalit pourrait être de meilleur qualité.

Très belles vacances en famille!

Les lits étaient super confortables et les chambres grandes. J'ai été impressionnée par la délicatesse et le soucie du détail des employés de chambre.

Il maquait un peu de choix au déjeuner comparativement aux Holiday inn que j'ai visité. Le bruit et l'écho à la piscine étaient insupportables! 😖

Ce fut agréable et je le recommande à mes amis.

Les petits déjeuné étaient super. Le menu était varier, nous avions du choix. La piscine était agréable. Les heures d'ouverture des services était parfaites.

J'aurai apprécié que le personnel me parle en français. Aucun employé n'était bilingue. Pour un hôtel touristique au Canada c'est la base d'avoir un service dans les deux langues.

Dommage pour moi on n’obstine pas un client quand il dit la vérité

On m’a dit avoir reçu de nombreuses plaintes à propos de mon chien et on m’a dit qu’elle était le seul chien près de l’emplacement de notre chambre et pourtant à notre arrivée il y avait un chien qui jappait deux chambres avant la nôtre, mon chien a jappé car elle s’est fait attaquée par un chien au début de nos vacances, pourtant elle est très gentille, je l’ai laissé dans la chambre vers 9 heures am car je suis allez me cherché à déjeuner, avant ça nous étions avec elle et nous dormions, elle ne peut pas avoir jappée

Breakfast was really nice and rich. We couldn't help but get some extra. My kids enjoyed the meal, even the picky ones had something they will like. That really took the burden off my shoulder thinking of what they will eat if they don't get a good meal. I will say, they have experienced international caterers because, meals were savory no extra flavours or unexpected taste. The room was spacious and comfortable.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like. Staff was extremely helpful, rooms were comfortable, the pool wasn't to cold and just the right temperature and breakfast had a really good selection

It was a delight to stay here with my family. My kids enjoyed the pool, I appreciated being able to do laundry, the room

The property is like-new and very well kept. It is also well planned and makes vacationing with a family so much easier. The staff is hard working and lovely and the amenities of the hotel are splendid.

The value for money just wasn’t there. I’ve stayed at many Holiday Inn Expresses and always found them excellent. Maybe

Sunday breakfast didn’t have a lot of options for kids. They had sausages and eggs.(which were cold) No bacon, waffles or pancakes. The pool could use a good cleaning. There was hair everywhere in the water.

Clean, had a pool, generous size room, liked the option for early breakfast, decorated nicely for christmas,

The running and banging and loudness in the place is disgraceful. There were lots of kids at the same time which i understand theyre excited but parents need to teach their kids to be respectful and when you tell the front desk, they apologize and do nothing at all about it. Also people dont watch their kids in the pool and it isnt supervised and the bigger kids were taking over the pool from the little kids and it wasnt fair to them. Was up all night and missed out on pool time and for $300 it truly is sickening. Maybe if they had of helped out it wouldnt have been so bad but no help was given.Will never stay again and will not recommend.

Nice place to stay

2nd stay here and just as happy. Room is clean and comfortable, used the pool and gym as well. The breakfast is good as well.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was good. The facilities we used were clean and well maintained as well. We swam and I used the gym. Would recommend.

We stayed in November because the rates are so much lower. It would be nice if they were lower during peak times too because then we would always stay here when we travel, but I do understand why that is the way it is.

Endroit où il fait bon y séjourner , à tout les niveaux. Bravo !

Endroit très propre. Le déjeuner était très bon à chaque matin, bonne variété de produit. J’ai adoré mon séjour à cet hôtel. Merci.

Je n’ai pas pu être servie en Français à mon arrivée (jeudi) mais par contre à mon départ (dimanche) , la personne a l’accueil m’a répondu en Français 👍🏻
