Nice location, but expensive.

The room we booked had breakfast included, which was delicious. Bacon, eggs, turkey, pancakes, toast, bagels, mixed fruit and sweets - weekends are buffet! The room was well cleaned, and the pool was also well kept. Staff were very friendly and helpful! The beds were comfortable. The nescafe coffee was delicious.

Upon our arrival our mini fridge was broken. They brought a replacement but it didn't keep anything cold either. The bathroom in our room was quite small, and the beds were also quite small. The pool and slide were great, however, I find it difficult that I cannot take my young child down the slide with me, but I could sign a waiver for my 3 year old to go alone. I understand the safety, just frustrating. We also stayed on a Saturday night into Sunday, and we were placed right by the elevator. Normally this wouldn't be an issue but there were a lot of very loud, disruptive people getting off the elevator at 2am and walking up the halls.

Check-in process was a nightmare.

Bed was comfortable, A/C was nice.

1hr line to get checked in, rooms still weren’t ready/clean.

I’ve stayed in much better rooms for a lot less.

It was in a great location close to a lot of restaurants and shopping.

Upon leaving the check-in desk, we saw an escalator up to what we thought was the second floor. Our room was on the second floor so we took the escalator up, only to end up in a large gala where we we had to push through to get to any sort of exit. We got onto an elevator which turned out to be a staff elevator. It went to the basement and then back to the gala. We were escorted out by a staff member who thankfully helped us get to the actual second floor. I felt like all of this could have been avoided if the check-in person would have told us not to take the escalator and pointed to where the guest elevator was. Our room smelled like it had been sitting damp? For a while. Like an old damp towel. The temperature in the room was very hard to regulate, we were either freezing or sweating.

Too expansive for what it was

Location was nice.

Many tourist bus stop at this hotel, so if you are lucky, you will not check in at the same time as these bus. One of the two elevator stopped working, it was then a nightmare to go to our room. Stains on bed sheets. Restaurant was not good, and expansive.

Very good

It's had amazing waterslide and the hotel location is perfect its downtown The breakfast was delicious and the waitress were so kind with the kids and us.

Near to the town, and had a water slide

No free parking or breakfast, and no better than another hotel that does offer this. Carpets in hallways and room looked and smelt dirty.

I don’t recommend this property!! Except you want to live with bed bugs

I didn’t like anything about the property - there are bed bugs in the room!!!

Have to pay for parking. No vending machines/hard to find drinks/water or snacks available within hotel. Have to pay for breakfast

Annoyed at the lack of options and lack of soundproofing.

Rooms and beds were nice.

I got placed on the floor with the pool, just outside the elevator. Constant loud traffic until the pool closed at 11. Hotel does not have earplugs available. We needed to be up early the next morning. I had paid extra to stay where the conference was. I regret not going elsewhere and just driving to the event.

We realize everyone short staffed, and we appreciate that.

Breakfast was good, good value ,staff was friendly and gave us water and chocolate bars on the house

The water on the water slide wasn't heated There weren't enough towels Our room wasn't ready at check in..had to wait til 4pm There were not enough towels in the pool There was no toilet paper in our room No coffee station in lobby Or water The wait staff was new and very stressed and had a hard time with our order at breakfast. There was no massage Therapist on premises.

downtown so close to most things and restaurants and shopping

pool was just ok. gym small but had enough equipment. room was small. bathroom small. couldn’t regulate the temp. also wanted to book spa treatments and nothing was available
