It was clean although the stain fee was a bit of an overreach. The looks and feel was warm and inviting.
the weird rules about stain fees on the towels? I never saw or spoke to one employee. I only got texts.

Overall we were very pleased. The location, easy access, thoughtful amenities, and comfortable bed were all good.
It's a pity that the window was cracked and consequently foggy, which impacted the view. The room was a little cramped with the King-sized bed and all the pillows. We had to move pillows to the couch in order to use the bed, then couldn't use the couch without moving them back to the bed. Personally, I'd be happier with a queen and more space to move around the room.

Great view from the room. Staff was super friendly and nice. Wifi was out so they offered us games to play. So close to the beach that we could walk.
Parking. But we made it work.

Well renovated large room with a panoramic window and view directly to the ocean..
Spacious bathroom with jacuzzi.
Very clean, with new feeling towels and fixtures
No staff available, or signs/visible directions on how to find the room when I arrived late afternoon.
Some simple signage/notice would be helpful.
Thanks to a very helpful barman in the unconnected cafe at street level, I was directed to the separate hotel guest entrance in a street up the hill, and advised where to park. (Apparently there is no phone connectivity, and this information might have been available, had I checked before arrival?)

The location of this hotel is the best ever!! This was our first time ever in Oregon, and when we opened the door to the room and then looked out the window, we were in complete AWE!
The room was perfect! It was clean and very comfortable. Thank you for providing binoculars!
Nothing. It was perfect!

I liked the view and how cute the town is
The fact that they ask for a tip and the room wasn't even that clean and the town only has 3 restaurants and no grocery stores. Also hardly any parking

Everything. We initially were given the wrong code for the door and had no service to call. Even with wifi,I couldn't make calls or texts (at&t) my friend with(t-mobile) could. We called the emergency number and avery nice someone picked up and immediately gave us the right number and all was well with the world. We entered into a gorgeous suite. Full kitchen, small living room in front of giant windows (to see the ocean). An adjoining bedroom with another giant window and super beds! Jacuzzi bathroom, excellent location! Definitely an coming back!!
The only down side is not enough parking. Would be fine in off season.. but during the summer we couldnt find a spot from about 10am until around 4pm. Unless we wanted to park way up the road and walk down. So we just either stayed in the area on the beaches or didn't return from little jaunts till 4. Seriously though, not a deal breaker. Absolutely gorgeous and worth it! Love love love three arch inn!!

The location with beach view.
The remodeling of the interior was modern and very comfortable.
Proximity to the ocean front Roseanna's restaurant was very convenient.
The ground floor of the hotel has a fabulous breakfast and lunch restaurant.
The add on taxes and fees above the daily advertised rate on Booking made the value less appealing.

We absolutely loved room 1! Beautiful view. The bed, couch, and reclining chair were beyond comfortable. We loved our two night stay there!

Excellent location --- only short distance from beach. Quiet area.
Limited restaurants in town. No cell phone service.

Really beautiful view and very homey.
The restaurants (3) that were close only open short hours. And the only one open on my birthday was rude to my daughter when she went in to order us dinner and told her they would not do takeout.

Beautiful view/location and cozy quarters.
Initially figuring out the electronic door lock. Once we figured it out, it was quite handy to not have to carry a key.

The rooms are always great no matter what room you are in. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating for their guest
There's nothing unlikable about my experience as a guest.

I really enjoyed the view, as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The sleep was comfortable and the room was quite nice.
The bathtub was filthy, and I didn’t find out until I was in it. Whiskers lining the tub were disgusting. Also, the menu for the Current and its prices were inaccurate and more spendy when I wet down there.

The jacuzzi in our room was out of order.

The view is amazing and the rooms are always clean upon arrival.
This is the second time I’ve stayed here in the last year and the jacuzzi tub is still broken! coincidentally, I stayed in room 3 again and it’s the same broken jacuzzi tub. Obviously wouldn’t stop me from staying again.

Gorgeous views, almost beachfront location, cute & sleepy town, full kitchen in suite, dog friendly, thoughtful touches like dog beds. :-)
I love the self check in/out but be forewarned it’s a little hard to contact anyone if you need help checking in. The fridge/freezer was open and completely warm, and took a while to get cold. Overall it’s a great spot and will be back.

Quiet, clean and beautiful view.
Would have been nice to have a little window opening to hear the ocean but can't have everything. Great hide away.

The view was amazing!!!
5.0
The location was great. The room provided lots of amenities - a mini fridge and microwave, a reading light, a small insulated bag to use on a picnic, coffee. The use of keyless, no human contact entry with a security number was novel and if the room had no problems, would be fine.
The tv remote didn’t work, so we couldn’t use the tv. The toilet seat bolt was broken, creating a potential hazard when used normally. The jacuzzi tub couldn’t be used. The coffeemaker didn’t work properly, and there was no creamer in the room. There were no "regular size" sleeping pillows; they all were king sized and uncomfortable. The menu provided for the restaurant downstairs was not what was offered at the restaurant, and a number of things on the menu at the restaurant were out of stock. There was no easy way to contact anyone about any of these issues.

Great spot. The only issue was we were sent to wrong access code. When I spoke with the hotel staff, they could see the correct code in my reservation and weren't sure how the wrong one was sent. I don't know if this was an issue on Bookings part of something else.
