Goed en mooi hotel

Vriendelijk personeel, schone kamers, goed ontbijt en mooi ingericht hotel. Het ademt de sfeer van Johannes Vermeer

Top locatie

Super fijne ligging midden in het centrum met uitzicht op de kerk. Aankleding is helemaal in stijl en sfeervol. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en de mogelijkheid om bagage achter te laten na uitchecken.

Smal bed, meer een twijfelaar. Kleine ruimte tussen bed en badkamer. Verder wel prima kamer en heel schoon.

Fantastic location and rooms which are anything but standard.

The location was fantastic to explore the city center.

We booked a suit with a double bed which turned out to be 2 singles pushed together. If we’d known this before hand we would have booked a standard twin room, pushed the beds together and saved ourselves €40!

Whilst the hotel offered much charm and convenience, we doubt whether we will book another stay.

The room and the bathroom were comfortable and clean. The area was central making strolling around very pleasant. We felt completely safe at all times.

For the price the breakfast is not what it promised to be. On the first morning there was no more fruit salad by the time we got down at 8:30am. On the second night there was a gathering on the terrace outside our room creating so much noise until late. I must have managed to doze off because I was awakened with a start when our neighbour (No 25) got in at 2:30am crashing his door so loud that our unit rattled. The doors close loudly as it is but this was the limit. The pillows are also extremely thick and hard, giving my wife pains between her shoulder blades the next morning. One of the other occupants told me to hit it until I created a hollow for our heads. I enquired but was told all your pillows are the same and was actually offered an additional one!!! I eventually had to make do on the first night with the scatter cushion.

Die Lage

Hatte ein Zimmer unter dem Dach und musste alle Stockwerke über extrem schmale Treppen hochsteigen. Mit Koffer. Bin 70 Jahre alt und niemand hat geholfen.

Uitstekend hotel om in te verblijven, zeker waard na een avond in de nabijgelegen stadsherberg

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk bij de ontvangst en bij het ontbijt. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en het mooie Delftsblauwe servies maakte de ervaring compleet.

Het monumentale pand is mooi, maar laag voor iemand van mijn lengte. Niet iets waar het hotel zelf iets aan kan veranderen.

I would not stay there again.

I had to shorten my stay by 1 night out of 3. The very gracious staff told me that I would be refunded the 3rd night. Later I was told the management refused to refund the unused night. I then asked, repeatedly, that I get a new bill that shows the same amount for just the two nights. The management refused to do that. VERY BAD SERVICE

Delft is een zeer mooie stad! Zeer gezellig, we komen er zeker terug.

Ontbijt OK, ligging perfect.

We Hadden suite gereserveerd met 1 dubbelbed ( 2bedden)en 1 eenpersoonsbed Bij aankomst alleen 1 dubbelbed ( wij zijn geen Koppel en willen apart slapen. Foto en informatie kloppen niet. Kregen andere kamer, zonder jacuzzi, geen terras en geen zithoek, niet op het gelijkvloers. Voor 2 nachten Kregenn we een tegemoetkoming van €70, net het verschil in prijs tss 2 kamers. Te Weinig, want de kamer was eenvoudig, niet de beloofde luxe.

Nice hotel in centre of town.

Great location in the centre of Delft. Room is large and clean. Comfortable bed.

We paid in advance to make sure our reservation would not go wrong. My husband came one night earlier and initially they placed him in a room which could hardly be called a double room with such a narrow bed. The next day they moved us to a different room but this was just the kind of hassle that we had tried to prevent from happening by paying in advance. In addition, when I called to ask why we did not get a double room the person on the phone couldn't really care less.

Breakfast room was wonderful. Room was great but be ready for lots of stairs.

We asked for a room with two beds, yes they were separate but pressed together in the layout of the room. This happened in each hotel we stayed at.

The hotel was what we expected - old world decor, the outside grounds with patio were lovely, the location amazing and it gave us a real Dutch experience. The room we had was a bit disappointing in that it did not have any windows and it was not a place we wanted to hang out. felt sufficating.

Loved Delft and loved the Hotel Vermeer. The ambience was perfect.

We really liked the breakfast, the food and the ambience. We thought that the location really allowed us to appreciate Delft which is a charming city especially there on the canal. We did not have a view of the canal from our room but we enjoyed the old world charm of the room's decor. The staff was especially helpful. Such a great experience!

We have no complaints.

Hot in Delft

Excellent position in the middle of Delft. Room 26 was quite small , expected . We arrived in the middle of a heatwave and the AC didn't work . As it was also a Sunday it took a while for staff to contact the manager . No fan was available in the meantime. Once he arrived, at 9pm, we were immediately upgraded to a much larger room with working AC . Problem solved . Breakfast was very good .

The problem with the AC. However it was an unusual time for a heatwave. We were very pleased with the second room .

Small but comfortable room inspired by famous work of Vermeer. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was also good quality.

Emergency fire alarm was activated in the mid-night unfortunately. But I know this is not fault by the hotel, therefore no prpblem.

Happy I found this hotel. The price is right, the location is right and it just works.

Great location. Just off the main square but quiet and and on a canal. The breakfast was very nice and classy. The beds were comfy.

No elevator. You had to lug your luggage up three flights of narrow, twisty stairs. While that was fine for me, if you are not in shape that could for sure cause problems.

Central location, ten minutes walk from the station, lots of museums, shops, bars and restaurants close by. Lovely, helpful staff, gluten free options at the hotel. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet.

Cups in the room were never cleaned or replaced during my stay and my room was not cleaned after the first night. Breakfast options were great and staff helpful. Possibly add a shower mat in the shower as it got a bit slippery.

Beautiful place. Great location. Tasty breakfast. Staff was really nice. Beds were confortable.

If noise is a problem to fall asleep (like me) you'll need ear plugs because walls are thin. There was zero furniture in the bathroom even though There was an empty space the size of a single bed. we had to put our clothes on the floor and some other things (toilet bag..)

Location, breakfast, cleanliness and helpful courteous staff and carpark nearby. Loved the Vermeer references. Would stay again. Definately recommend it to others.
