Hotel location is great, views from Room 30 excellent, room was huge. Felt very Dutch. Kind and helpful staff. Clean throughout, and nice breakfast.
Rooflight in bedroom could do with a blind.....we woke very early!!

Was in an anex building on binnenwatersloot. window did not open. smell was terrible (some sort of asian quisine). drunk people make noise till 2am, even on mondays and tuesday. bed too small, no water cooker, TV did not work, hallway dirty and smelly. definitely not worth the money, will not return.

Centrale ligging.

The hotel is cute, very well located, breakfast was ok. It’s a typical Dutch house with a very narrow staircase, with rooms in 2nd and 3d floors, which is more difficult when one has (big) luggage.
The receptionist upon our arrival on Sep 8 was simply not nice, looking at her screen all the time, barely answering our questions. Borderline impolite. They charge 5 euros per room to keep the luggage (for 2 hours) in the lobby.

The location (6 minutes walk from the train station, and from most points of interest).

The bed was good. Staff at reception was very helpful and kind.
Overall unclean, no cleaning stuff provided. Toilet smelled of urine, floors dirty, terrace full of pigeon feathers and poo. Couch also unclean. When I complained about the floor and toilet they were cleaned extra. But cleaning was done swift and lacking thoroughness.

Quaint, traditional hotel. Staff lovely. Breakfast lovely.
Very steep stairs but ok for us - not good for elderly. These traditional for old buildings in the area so it was very interesting for us.

Location
Ripped, broken furniture. Stains on the carpet. Weird odours. We were busy when they came to change towels and bed linen, but they never came back. Access to rooms through dirty corridors. Room were in separate buildings, 2 streets apart. Unfriendly staff. Charging for extra beds. Rounding up tourist tax (€4 pp instead of €3.80).

Situated right next to a canal in the centre of Delft so great for exploring the town. The room was quite and comfortable. Good choice at Breakfast.
The room we had was comfortable and at the back of the property. We booked this hotel because we wanted to stay in a traditional house. Unfortunately we got the room at the back of the property which felt like a converted garage.

The location is great - Delft is not so big but it's still good to stay between the central station and the city center.
The hotel is fine, just the high price doesn't match the expectations. Tourist fee was higher than predicted (4 euros per night per person as of July 2023), also the breakfast didn't match the 12.50 price.
The room upstairs has single-glass windows that don't open or close quite well, I don’t know how it is during harsh temperatures. There is also no lift.
The wifi was also a problem one day, in the rooms it's not easy to have signal and it took them a whole day to restart the router when we notified having no internet at all (my mother is elderly, so I think they assumed she was wrong).

Beds were clean & comfortable. Bathroom & towels clean.
Location was very good.
Manager helped after we insisted on provision of expected facilities.
The air-conditioning in the apartment didn't work. We were told it was unavailable & that Booking.com falsely advertised it in the facilities list. Also an iron, ironing board & oven were missing. After insisting, air-con was miraculously fixed & ironing facilities provided. Cleaning was minimal - lots of dust & kitchen drawers & shelving not clean.
Overall maintenance on the building was poor.

location was the best thing about the hotel.
the room was full of flies on arrival. and also dead flies on the floor/furnature.
the wifi was very poor with almost no signal.
the breakfast choice was very poor, scrambled eggs were watery served with children hotdog sausages.
and the staff seemed uninterested and unhelpfull.

we stayed in a spacious flat adjacent to the main hotel, up one flight of stairs
( the stairs to the apartment above were extremely steep)
it was comfortable but not grand
the position was good

Very good location in walking distance to all beautiful places; very helpful staff.
The Junior Suite was nice, well equipped and spacious.
The terrace at the Junior Suite was not properly kept...the floor was dirty...
Breakfast was quite okay but the range of prepared meat products poor.

Well located in Delft. Good breakfast. extremely large room
There are stairs. Sort your parking before arrival. Parking is ok then. Prebook at Pheonix car park 5 min walk. Not cheap but is any city parking , Look at Qpark.nl

Very good location and nice atmosphere. Very good breakfast and clean rooms.
They charge us 5 Euros to keep the baggages at the hotel after check-out. Not nice.
