Centraal gelegen, beetje vreemde kamerindeling

De centrale lokatie, in het hart van de stad

Het matras was aan vervanging toe, de douche in bad was te krap voor lange mensen en het ontbijt was matig

DELFT ist wirklich eine Reise wert.

Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet mit Blick auf den Kanal. Freundliches Personal und das Frühstück hatte alles was das Herz begehrt und über die Lage kann ich nur sagen: TOP. 2 Minuten vom Zentrum in Delft entfernt. Wenig Verkehr vorm Hotel, also ruhig auch des Abends. Zum Parken kann ich die "Zuidpoortgarage" empfehlen, am Besten vorher auch buchen. Das klappt toll.

Highly recommend!

I always book this hotel for my parents when they visit me in Delft. The staff is the best! So welcoming, helpful and kind. They offer a personal service and by the end of my parents' stay all the staff recognized us straight away. For example, we left delft to go for a weekend in Belgium and the staff accepted to look after my parents' luggage with no additional charge. When we were back, the luggage was already waiting for them in their new room! The breakfast is very generous and contains a lot of variety. You can choose to try their scrambled or boiled eggs on one day, or opt to make a yoghurt and muesli on the next. of course they also have breads, croissant and lots of cheeses and cold cuts! The hotel is newly renovated so the rooms are comfortable and cozy. The location is also simply GREAT as it is a 3 minute walk from both the tram stops and the main train station in Delft. Alternatively, the hotel is also a 5 minute walk from Delft's market place. I will always aim to book a stay at this hotel every time my parents come to visit!

Heerlijk geslapen op een prachtige locatie in hartje Delft.

Goeie grote kamer en heerlijk bed.

Een te kleine badkamer waarin je moeilijk je spullen kwijt kon, dus niets om iets op te zetten.

Teleurgesteld over accommodatie op mooie locatie

Locatie

Houten deur in de gang die klapte wanneer er iemand door ging. Radiator in de badkamer ontbrak maar de elektra draad stak nog onbeveiligd uit de muur.

Tolles Stadthotel in toller Kulisse. Gerne jederzeit wieder!

Tolles, styliches Stadthotel im Herzen von Delft. Sehr sauber. Unkompliziert. sehr gutes wlan. Frühstück für Stadthotel in dieser Kategorie erwartungsgemäß und vollkommen in Ordnung. Erwartungsgemäß keine Hotelparkplätze - ist ja aber für kleiner Hotels mit Charme im Zentrum holländischer Städte normal. Hotelzimmer wie bei booking.com abgebildet und beschrieben.

Het hotel bestaat uit meerdere panden aan elkaar, daardoor is de route wat ingewikkeld, staat wel goed aangegeven.

Für uns war es eine schöne Reise; insbesondere die Lage war super.

Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Buffet wird ständig nachgelegt. Alles okay gewesen. Brotauswahl ländertypisch. wir waren durchaus zufrieden.

ein Brotmesser zum Aufschneiden wäre hilfreich. Wir kommen auf jeden wieder.

We hebben een zeer goed en fijn verblijf gehad.

Wat een ontzettend mooie pand!! Ook de inrichting van de lobby en de hotelkamer waren prachtig. Zeer verzorgd. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook het ontbijt was gevarieerd en viel goed in de smaak.

Great location

Lovely big, comfy bed and the most silent fan I've ever come across. A very nice garden area which we sat in on the warm evenings during our stay. Excellent location close to the station and the centre but very quiet.

The wood panelling in the room was very dusty.

Lovely stay at the end of our holidays and will definitely book again.

we travelled there by bicycle and they couldn't have been more helpful, letting us park our bikes securely in the outdoor terrace area. we also liked the outdoor space as we like to sit outside for a cuppa in a morning etc. the rooms were fabulous very spacious, clean and comfortable and i particularly enjoyed using the Nespresso coffee maker provided it was delicious coffee. we visit Delft quite regularly and will definitely try and book here again. Only negative was no breakfast included in the booking but not essential.

Perfect, and with a bath too.

We had an excellent, huge room overlooking the canal. The breakfast room , courtyard, and work area downstairs were light, and comfortable. Could store our bikes easily in a covered part of the courtyard over night. Literally, 5 minutes walk from the main plaza, and train station extremely close. Great staff. Can’t say about breakfast, did not partake. Possibly, all rooms are not the same, ask for a canal view. There is a lift.

Stay like royalty

The room was amazing. We had a balcony overlooking the courtyard and we really enjoyed it! The location is superb. The staff was always helpful and they were very friendly ☺️

I think the price of the breakfast was a bit steep for us.

Cute hotel, great room, close to everything

The location is amazing and so close to everything. The bed and pillows were comfortable and I had a canal view room which was awesome. There was variety at breakfast and the staff were helpful. I would choose this room and hotel again .

There isn't enough light in the room after the sun goes down. I don't think it can be helped but the bathroom door doesn't open all the way so I bumped my arm multiple times resulting a couple of bruises. The internet in my room was terrible. Almost non-existent which was frustrating. It was also a little loud, being on the canal, but that was an easy trade off for the views. I just slept with earplugs.

Disappointing

The front desk staff were helpful

The leak in our room and the issue with mold that was a result of a longer standing issue with water damage. Disappointed that this was a special trip with may mother and sister and the accommodations were not as pictured in Bookings advertisement.
