Für unsere Bedürfnisse nicht geeignet

Anlage war groß - wir haben uns gleich verlaufen. Zimmer mit viel Sonderausstattung. Bequeme Betten. Minibar inklusive!

Speisekarte in der Tappas Bar nur auf Spanisch. Wir haben auf gut Glück gegessen - hätten aber dieses nicht. Bedingungen dort auch nicht freundlich. Nicht mal bemüht, Englisch mit uns zu reden. Wir waren Notgedrungen dort gestrandet. Aber mit 2 Kinder und nicht dem passenden Outfit haben wir uns nicht wohl gefühlt und das haben uns manche Mitarbeiter merken lassen.

It’s a very good, comfortable and well equipped hotel resort.

It’s a nice, luxury, clean space. Good Roka restaurant. Food generally high standard.

It lacks an obvious central bar.

The most beautiful hotel!!

Everything was perfect! The most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The facilities were fantastic & very clean. The rooms were spacious, bed was comfy, and the courtyard was so cute and peaceful. The whole ambiance of the place was so lovely & relaxing. Staff were incredibly attentive and helpful whenever we needed them (even for a 3AM buggy pickup to reception heading to the airport). All the restaurants were delicious too!! Would recommend this to anyone wanting a relaxing and luxurious stay.

The only small fault was the room TV not working properly so we couldn’t watch the Euros but other than that, everything about this hotel is of high standard!

This was our third stay, Never ever again.

This was the third time we stayed here and unfortunately we won’t ever return again, When we arrived we were giving a room which was full of mould, You could already smell it when entering the room and they had diffusers to mask it up, I asked them for a different room because I’m allergic to mould and they didn’t want to give it to us and said there was no mould ( they didn’t even came and look) they said we need to pay extra if we wanted a different room ( we could see online there was availability) Wow that’s insane right? Even after I explained my condition. The staff member was so extremely rude and told us we just needed to stay in this room ( it was already late at night so we didn’t had a choice) the next day someone else luckily gave us a different room as I was really getting an allergic reaction, This room was slightly better but also the rooms are not cleaned well, Hairs everywhere and dirty linnen, There were make-up stains on the bed when we checked in, I asked them to change the linnen but they didn’t do so I had to call for it 4 times until someone came. We used to really really love this place but the new management ( in the 4 days we were there, There was no manager at all as we asked for him) is truly ruining this place, They don’t take care of it and the cleaning is done poorly everywhere in the resort you can see it’s starting to deteriorate, The gym was so gross and they don’t clean the equipement it’s full of sweat ( there were also dead bugs everywhere in the gym). Also the food is so extremely bad, Breakfast so poor ( used to be amazing) and the food at the pool just horrible ( the food at the pool was never very good) but the most upsetting thing is the staff, They are all so unfriendly and you get the feeling they all hate their jobs and want to be elsewhere. Too bad we loved this place but we won’t ever return.

We also had one occasion the do not disturb sign was on and the cleaner just walked in, I told her the do not disturb sign was on and she asked: cleaning, When? I told her it’s do not disturb!!! And she finally left, It was bad weather that day so we stayed a bit longer in the room, I called the reception immediately after this happened as it is absolutely ridiculous and they only said: oh we will call the housekeeping team. When checking out the lady asked us how the stay was and we told them it was very bad, She didn’t asked a thing.. she didn’t even said sorry, she just acted that she didn’t heard my answer. It was such a waste of ( what should have been a lovely holiday) but they really ruined it, We were so upset because it was our third stay, And we used to love it so much. The new management is truly ruining this lovely place but they just want your money, They don’t care how your stay was.

Instagram hotel - two star service + three star amenities doesn't equal five star hotel

Beautiful setting.

This is purely and Instagram hotel, it looks nice in pictures but the experience doesn't live up to the visual. You can't pair two star service with three star facilities and a five star room to get a five star hotel. Located truly in the middle of nowhere. You will have to take 75 minute taxi to palma anytime you want to go to a restaurant, go on a charter, or go out. Pools are not heated so they are beautiful to look at but are 16 - 18 degrees in May. If you ask staff for help booking a charter, horseback riding, babysitting, or other activities expect one word answers or response with a bunch of forms or homework for you to complete yourself. If I am staying at a five star resort I expect a concierge service that will accommodate my requests, not provide me the results of a Google search. Additionally one of the main reasons we booked was to go to devoro but they somehow couldn't fit us in (even though we were told we were on waiting list) in five nights at the hotel. Don't keep the restaurant which is the reason for visiting closed on one of the days of the weekend. Food in Balearic restaurant is extremely average but priced as if it is Michelin one star. The whole place has the feel of a movie set because because you are really in the middle of nowhere are it's a bit empty (which would not be bad if the pools weren't freezing and they were completely unable to accommodate any requests to book activities). I have to repeat a line from another review because it really rings true "this place is as far from five stars as it is from Palma". We were truly considering leaving after the first day. Definitely not a place to bring a child under 4 because there are absolutely no activities and they don't have any childcare services (we had to contract babysitter service using form they gave us which was extremely inflexible).

It was nice but too costly in my opinion.

I liked the staff especially housecleaning they were on it. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. We didn’t use the facilities or eat at any of the dining.

The WiFi didn’t work, the location was very remote and can be incovenient, wish the spa was easier to book like an online system, the iPad in the room was finnicky, the shuttle they claimed to have was not in service.

Exceptional staff

The services provided from the resort is exceptional, they even can arrange for you rental car to pick up from the resort and return it back for couple of days if you want with free valet parking as well as free breakfast every morning

Little bit far from some city’s in the island but i found it not big issue as we loved driving around the island.

Very luxurious high end hotel. I can recommend.

Very fine hotel. We have felt very comfortable. High standards all around.

The service was a bit slow from time to time, but the staff still tried to do all their best. The rooms Service food is not the best one.

Not worth the money

Cap Vermell was a very tranquil and beautiful place where we were able to relax and were catered to exceedingly well by

Location and facilities are beautiful, clean, very tranquil, not crowded, and relaxing.

All food facilities (except breakfast) were severely over priced. Quality was okay, whilst prices were astronomical. For example, 160€ for a single lobster (average size) on a bed of French fries with two fried eggs, without the lobster claws. 115€ for a some Côte de Boeuf (from Galicia) which was tasty but by no means a generous two-person portion. Or 20€ for 3 tacos of very average quality. Staff were very friendly and attentive; but the food prices were totally ridiculous.

Excellent hotel with great restaurants and superb very helpful staff. we had a lovely holiday but on the last day I was sadly was hospitalised. The staff responded superbly and could not have been more helpful to my husband in arranging an ambulance, extending the stay and finalising changed travel arrangements. it is at times like this you really appreciate an exceptionally well managed hotel.

A very minor point. More info in rooms about the very many electronic facilities would have been useful. But that is all.

lovely hotel but wish restaurants were better

lovely big room with really nice balcony and view. pool area very nice with butler service and plenty of shaded areas, kid friendly pool with sun shade over also. variety of restaurants. car valet staff great and buggies to take you to room if needed. we really enjoyed breakfast and the breakfast staff very friendly. Very nice baby welcome gifts in crib when we arrived!

We tried all restaurants except Voro as it was adults only. Food at most of the restaurants and pool bar were mediocre apart from The Crossing Indian cuisine which we really enjoyed and went back on the last night. The room cleaning seemed to be hit and miss, some days they would replenish all towels and vanity kits, other days only some towels and not sweep floor.

Perfect!

Beautiful grounds, great pool facilities.

The room service menu is very limited, the rooms aren't that great, hotel feels a bit soulless. Rokka isn't open until the summer period which isn't highlighted. Voro doesn't accept children, so limited options for dinner. I don't think the service was that great, although the breakfast staff were lovely, and absolutely fantastic. I think the price is very high for what you actually get, comparing to other hotels we have stayed.

The secluded hide away in fabulous setting and surrounding

Fabulous secluded Resort Grand Hotel, embedded into the mountains and into nature. Beautiful setting overlooking the countryside. Room was amazing and the balcony enhanced our stay. Spacious, clean, bright and with very comfy beds. Impeccable housekeeping. Breakfast was amazing not only from the freshness and variety of the products but also from the service approach of the staff. So was dinner at the Balearic, with a variety of choices, local products and an outstanding pastry chef. Lovely wines from the island. Overall the staff are exceptionally well trained, attentive and with attention to detail. It's a pleasure to be there if you are looking for a retreat to enjoy, relax, savour. The Spa was also outstanding and the Cap Vermell Country Club is a fabulous opportunity to work out and keep fit, while relaxing mentally and soulfully.

There was nothing we did not like. However, if you want to party the night away, this does not happen here as it is more for cocooning and relaxing together with family and friend, enjoying a good time of togetherness, catered by excellent staff.
