Perfect base for our Dubai adventures would highly recommend

Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. This apartment was very reasonable for a family of 4 needing to be near the Mall of the Emerites and a good base for exploring the rest of Dubai. Excellent supermarket just up the road. Staff extremely helpful

We would have liked a bit more cutlery crockery and cooking pans, this was very sparse but we managed

Happy and not happy

Staff, Facility and furniture overall acceptable

Unfortunately, I encountered a significant issue with insects and flies in the room, which completely ruined my stay. It seems there aren’t adequate pest control measures in place, as the insects were noticeably present throughout the room. I hope the hotel will improve cleanliness and pest control to ensure a more comfortable experience for guests.

The apartment size was good

It was not clean as expected from a 4 stars hotel It needs a deep cleaning The furniture is very old and not good and clean The hotel facility is very poor, like a 2 stars hotel Breakfast is very basic, very far from a 4 stars hotel

awesome

very comfortable and spacious rooms.everything , reception staff , housekeeping everyone did very good job. available 24hrs for anything you need. very good response in every request. definitely will visit again and will recommend others.

the only thing missing is availability of " any computer desk /printer " for some official work when needed.

Enjoyable stay

The apartment is spacious, quiet, all facilities and kitchen equipment you need is provided. Very kind and helpful staff, my big thanks specifically to Austin. Nice roof top pool. Astonishing room service just a call away. Very convenient location in the vivid area near MOE.

The room bit too dark. Bed bit too unevenly soft.

Great location, amazing staff, solid location

Ahmed at the reception and Ganesh were amazing in delivering top customer service. The location was fantastic (close to the MoE), the 2-bedroom apartment was super spacious and very clean. The cleaning staff is very dedicated.

شكراً لموظف الاستقبال أوستون على الترحيب والتعامل الراقي الشقة واسعة ورحبة والغرف واسعه الموقع جميل كل الخدمات حول الفندق الموقع قريب جداً من مول الامارات المواقف السفلية مريحه ومرتبة المطبخ به ثلاجة وغسالة وادوات بسيطة

توجد بعض الروائح احياناً لربما روائح طبخ وتصل الى الشقة والممر

Very good place (but don't tell too many people)

Highly recommend the Al Khoory hotel apartments, Excellent staff and good location.

Staff very attentive and helpful. Good location, comfortable room and bed. A good selection of local restaurants nearby. Good value for the price. This is my 4th visit to these apartments. On my next trip to Dubai I will stay here again.

The kitchen could have more utensils for preparing food. The water could also be a bit hotter for washing up.

Everyone was extremely helpful and supportive. Mohammed Naveed offered so much tour guides with his colleague Qaseem. Asmita was so helpful on housekeeping. The rooms are so big spacious and the Hotel is very convenient to local essentials. Shaon was so polite upon checkin and was really friendly.

Review

One of the room I didn't stay as it was on the very top floor and was located at the back of the hotel. So I stayed only one night as I was really scared and frightened. Since then I stayed at my Parents room on the Sofa. I would really appreciate full or partial refund please.

Good for Family & Long stay

Housekeeping team was very good, very supportive , we met Mr. Fahim - he was so nice & professional, guided us about the facilities such as gym , sauna, steam, pool and all.. I like their swimming pool & sauna. this hotel is best for family, very spacious and clean room. all staff are helping & supportive. Ganesh, Payal are too good.

Very Comfortable Spacious Unit serviced daily and in a good location near Emirates Mall.

We were pleasantly surprised at the spacious apartment. It was cleaned daily and extremely comfortable. It was the best choice for our family as we would not work in a small hotel room. My son had his own room and space and being 17 years he loves his own space. It was perfect apartment for our stay and I would highly recommend it.

It was pleasant, relaxing & very quiet. The hotel is very accessible too.

The staffs are accommodating. The housekeeping provided every request we’ve made. Internet is fast also.

The TV’s are quite small but glad they’re already connected to Netflix & Youtube. The electric stove is small although the kitchen utensils were complete.

Higher side on the price for the facilities

1. Location is near to the Mashreq metro station 2. Lot of restaurants nearby 3. Front desk staff Houssini is helpful

1. No balcony 2. Looks like an old building but a decent stay for a short time. 3. Expensive when compared to the other hotel apartment stays and too when it is short of what others provide.
