Tucked back into an alley entrance is parking. The lock box for the key on the door jam, but was not detailed where to look in the check in materials. It just said to the left of the door. We looked for a long time before asking a neighbor to come help us. The pillows were flat and gave me a crick in my neck that I still have. The master bath drained very slowly, like it was stopped up. Overall this place would be nice with some repairs and updated furniture.

We had a great time staying here. It was clean and comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. Would recommend!

Clean, well stocked, lovely backyard - Sun, shade, birds and breezes. This place is located away from the street which is nice because it’s pretty quiet at night. Easy to get to the railyard if you just turn left at Manhattan. It’s a dead end for cars, but you can just walk through. The property. Manager is very responsive and helpful.

Stayed with 5 of us, including 3 teens and a senior. Very comfortable with a cute patio. Very close to plaza

The house was perfect for us with 4 adults and 2 children. The location was easy to find and easy to get to Ski Santa Fe in the mornings, close to the grocery and close to the Plaza as well.. The kitchen was well stocked. And a big plus: the WiFi worked without interruptions. The property manager, Karl was very fast with his responses to questions. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a friend’s weekend to see the plaza lit up for Christmas! The house was quintessential Santa fe, we loved the decor, it was comfortable and in a nice quiet location. The home was located near the plaza and we really enjoyed our time there. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it. The only thing we all thought was interesting is we had to strip the beds prior to leaving, we thought to price we paid would have included that.

Nice house but some items were at the end of their use: kitchen faucet, teapot, bed sheets , shower liner. Would be better to have many items upgraded. Towels were missing in MBR. Found them in the dryer as well as more in hall closet. House is located behind main house. Very tight to get car into parking spot…we had a minivan. Its is convenient to many stores, railyard and plaza.

The house was lovely, beautifully decorated, quiet and comfortable. The problem arose when my son and daughter in law pulled back the comforter and blanket to go to bed. The sheets were full of cookie crumbs, hair and eye makeup. They found some extra sheets and changed the bedding themselves. Another problem was the lack of enough toilet paper. Only two and a half rolls were provided for five people for five days.
I left a voice message for the guy who was supposed to our contact but by the time he responded we were leaving the next morning.
They need better housekeeping staff.

We enjoyed our stay in Santa Fe. Our son and his wife and our grandson flew out to join us as he had a week off for spring break. The home we rented was beautiful, very comfortable and spacious. The only down side was the slow internet. Many of the pots and pans in the kitchen were not usable, the non stick coating was worn off. The owner had one of their housekeepers buy us new ones right away which we appreciated. The house was located in a narrow alley and parking was an issue, so keep that in mind if you rent this home. The home was close to shopping and the plaza. There's great restaurants in easy walking distance.

Our party of three enjoyed our stay in Santa Fe at this comfortable home. We could easily walk to excellent coffee shops and restaurants close by. This was a welcoming place to come home to each day after wandering the plaza, museums and galleries of Santa Fe.

This house is filled with interesting pieces of art. We found it clean, cozy and well equipped. We enjoyed walking the short walk to the Railway Yard galleries and longer walks to the Plaza. We could also walk to Whole Foods, coffee and restaurants. Our weather was perfect. Nice visit to a favorite part of the country!

We had a large group, that stayed in multiple homes, during our week long stay. We enjoyed this property immensely. The location is great! It was well appointed and decorated nicely. The kitchen was well stocked and bathrooms had plenty of towels and linens. The one thing that made things difficult was the access and space for parking.

We traveled to Santa Fe for a wedding and this home provided a great home base for four adults and a gathering place for the rest of the family. The neighborhood is quiet and having parking was a plus. Short drive to downtown. The patio under the big tree was where we spent a lot of time! This property was just what we were looking for.

This house was perfect for four friends to reconnect after a few years and enjoy walking around the Railyard and downtown areas. It was also easy to drive to lots of destinations around town. Highly recommended for small groups looking to experience the heart of the city.

My 3 siblings and I celebrated a special birthday by staying in this lovely Southwest-decorated unit located at the end of an alley. It is located close to Santa Fe's Whole Foods and Trader Joe's, and a few miles from historic Santa Fe. The bedrooms, kitchen and living space was perfect for our group of 4.
A couple of minor issues: 1) There were no instructions on how to heat the unit (albeit there was an unexpected dip to below 30 degrees outdoors and snow!). Contacted property management office in the evening we arrived to inquire how to heat the place; did not receive a call back until the morning. Maintenance person did stop by and adjusted/explained wall heaters and heated floors. Though we all had a chilly first night. 2) 3 stars for cleanliness because there was still laundry left in washer (wet) and dryer from previous occupants. 3) There should be written instructions on where to park the allowed vehicle. A sign at the alley made you think you could not park there but alas, we found out later (from the maintenance person) that we could. 4) Kitchen badly needs new frying pans. 5) It would nice to have boxes of tissues. A bit chilly in November for our cold noses!
Overall, we gave it 4 stars, and would definitely return!

We enjoyed our stay here in Santa Fe! The location was perfect, as we were a short walk to the Railyard and very centrally located to local amenities and just off the highway. The house was spacious and comfortable for the four of us with plenty of room to give my sister privacy to sleep in while my son woke early due to his body being used to east coast time! We loved the little patio outside and enjoyed breakfast and after dinner drinks outside - just beware of the skunk who visited once it was dark, we lucked out that we managed to quietly move inside without disturbing him! The house was clean, my sister just had an issue with the master shower’s cleanliness so we purchased a new shower curtain liner to replace the worn one. The refrigerator didn’t stay cool so some of our food spoiled, and it seemed like we weren’t the only guests to experience this problem. Aside from those minor issues, we loved the location & felt at home here! Thank you to the host for her hospitality!

Secluded Santa Fe Gem
This standalone casita at the end of a gravel driveway is a hidden gem. Super quiet, close to downtown, and decorated in fantastic Santa Fe classic and colorful furnishings, art pieces, architecture, dishes, and more. A spacious shaded patio with table and chairs was an unexpected bonus. Every pot, pan, utensil and more provided in the kitchen. Room by room AC kept everyone comfortable. Can’t wait to celebrate me back!

Overall Great
The location and convenience of this property was amazing. It has a great patio and a relaxed vibe. There were a few things in the house that needed repair, but it didn’t affect our overall experience.

Close to Square
There is not much I can say except relay what I heard our son and family say. They loved the place with the exception that they could not control the heat. They had system from what they said set in low to mid 60s and still sweated. Do not know if they attempted to contact management and I did not hear this till their last night there. Other than that they loved the place! They loved the convenience to all the beauiful Christmas lights on the main square and most importantly, the shopping.

Needs maintenance
Overall it was just “ok”. To a non-local, the neighborhood looked a little shady at first.
Needs lots of maintenance. We tried to use the oven one night and the “clean” switch was broken so that the oven always went to clean mode and got way too hot, making it unusable. I called the maintenance contact and he basically told me to Google it! There were at least 5 bulbs out throughout the house- one was the back porch light that I considered a security issue. At least one smoke detector was missing and the fire extinguisher was 8 years overdue. Nails in the walls showed where art used to hanging. The master shower and sink drains were clogged so after a few minutes you were standing in 5 inches of water. Master bed memory foam was hard to get used to.
On the plus side- very close to downtown and attractions, decor was overall nice, fireplace is fabulous.

Very Cute Adobe House
As a family of five (three adult children) we spent a few nights at this sweet home. It was close to everything we wanted to do and had enough beds for all five of us. We did not use the kitchen as we were out all day, but one evening we sat out on the little patio and enjoyed some family time together. It was a great house for us!

We were very pleased to find a house that didn't disappoint. It was clean, configured well for our needs, and the neighbors were friendly. It was nicely decorated and comfortable.
We enjoyed the spacious and private yard, too.
Thank you!

Great Location Comfortable Space
This large condo is within easy walking distance of all of downtown and just 3 blocks from upcoming Railroad Yard district. Plenty of space for the two couples to share.

Perfect Santa Fe Destination
We had such a lovely time in Santa Fe, and the cherry on top was this property. It encapsulated everything southwest and Santa Fe, and we loved it. The outside area is large and beautiful, everything inside was adorable and comfortable, and there was a lovely personal touch with the intimate art pieces and general feel. The kitchen had everything we needed, we even cooked a seven course French meal, and the only thing we needed to purchase that wasn't there was aluminum foil. Despite some spotty wifi that just needed a reset or two, we were incredibly impressed w/ this property and would absolutely stay there again. It is also RIGHT next to the Railyard District and a ten minute walk from downtown, so we walked everywhere.

This place was the perfect location for a quick stay in Santa Fe! So close to the rail yard district- literally a couple streets over, a quick 5 min drive to the Plaza or Guadalupe St for the bars and restaurants. Eat at La Choza- crazy good and very close- a couple streets down! It’s the sister restaurant to The Shed. Not to mention Cerillos Rd for all of the fast food, Starbucks or Jackalope shopping you need! The property Mgr was very nice to let us check in early and very helpful when needed. I was hoping to sit out back on the patio, but the birds had left their mark on the tables and chairs. Loved the memory foam mattress in the master bedroom! And plenty of room to park my XL SUV!A very comfortable stay!

Great house. Fully stocked, lots of linens (could use a couple more wash cloths) and the temperature in the house remained comfortable from 70 degrees when we arrived to 16 degrees 3 days later! We 4 gals were very comfortable and had a perfect place for games in the evenings.
Location is convenient to everything.

Family get together
This place is very nice and we loved the location. The only thing that was a problem.... we didn’t think it was as clean as good be, considering the Covid-19 situation. We had to wash some of the dishes we used because they were dirty. Overall a great place and would definitely stay there again.

'Girlcation' - Stop 2 - so nice we didn't want to leave the house!
We booked this property as Stop 2 of our Girls' Vacation week. The only bad thing about this gorgeous house is that it's so nice, we hated to leave it to explore the area! We did manage to drag ourselves away, though, long enough to explore Sante Fe and beyond. The house had everything we needed and then some - very comfortable, clean and well-stocked.
There were five of us and we had plenty of room. There's even a nice backyard area with a table, chairs and grill. Although the listing says there isn't room to park an SUV, our rental car was a Volkswagen Atlas and I had no trouble getting it parked next to the carport area.
All in all, we would all recommend this home for families or groups travelling together. Super comfortable with spaces for everybody to spread out. We're sad to be leaving here today!
