Was OK but will never go again

Room was BIG & Cold : 4/5 star Pool & Beach was OK for us (got 3rd party activities horse riding/atv/banana boat) : 4/5 star Location : 4/5 star

Breakfast not much variety (paid RM25 adult & RM20 kids) : 2/5 Star SPA : 1/5 star (very creepy as my wife feels there is a third hand (small) holding her leg during the massage

Due to the poor management Spoiled our holiday mood totally. Very very disappointed

1.Good size room for family 2.Clean room 3.Good customer services 4.Swimming pool 5.Clean beach

1. Only ONE toilet for family room 2. Limited parking space 3. Loud music noise for event allowed. Waiting to sleep from 10pm but until I complained at 11.45pm the music not stopped. 4. After the music stopped. They keep doing noises by clearing the space 5. Next day 8.30 AM started again the music 6. Night cannot sleep well and morning also not allowed us to sleep. Hotel is place for customers to have good rest. 6.Totally poor management and giving important to the large local university group. Not care about other customers convenience. Spoiled our holiday mood totally. Very very disappointed

Satisfactory with hope to come again

Room was clean and aesthetically pleasing (got the newly renovated room). Choices of food for breakfast buffet is very decent. Kids Club/Playroom is very appealing and fun!

Kid’s pool need to be maintained and clean and be strictly monitored especially to those want to enter it right after they came back from the beach. Lack of trolley assistance during check in/ check out

A great stay!

- Pool and Seaview room from the balcony was fantastic - Spacious room with comfortable bed, complete facilities (i.e fridge, iron, hair dryer) and not to forget free complimentary drinks - Breakfast spread - Kids pool - Staff and Hotel ambience - Very close to the beach

- Cleanliness must be improved, got stain on our comforter - I would suggest in future the hotel could re-upgrade the bathub and shower separately. The shower in the bathub not really convenient for the kids and elderly.

Great place for families with young kids. Pools were clean and well kept.

Breakfast was ok with a good selection range and changed daily. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will return again.

The beach came with a little disappointment as the beach sand was not clean and some waste on the sea water.

Improvements needed.

Beaches panorama I like the most. With fresh environment and see the people around so excited.

The most I hate this time is check-in process. As schedule should be 3 pm and I was late on that day and with regret I arrived at 5:30 and my room still not ready. For that, I was waiting almost 45 minutes. FYI, I was stay for 2 night with 2 room booked.

A great stay

The wonderful thing about this hotel is the service by it's staff, always smiling and ready to assist. The room which seem to be have been newly renovated, are great especially the sea facing one and more importantly, very clean. The food at the restaurant are a little pricy but taste good. I would like to mention the guy who is running the bar as he is not only genuinely friendly but very helpful too. The SPA is wonderful but it does show it's age and needs a renovation although I must say the masseurs are good. My wife and I had a good memorable stay and would recommend this place.

The SPA need a renovation and management should look at their food prices. Otherwise it's all good.

Resort-like stay in Kuantan....

It's really a resort hotel, where you could see the beaches and swimming pool at the end of the hotel lobby. Courteous and pro-active staff. Yes, this part was very obvious to me and bravo to the Management whom managed to create a wonderful service experience. For example when I was checking out with all my baggage, the concierge quickly gather my baggage on a trolley and pushed it to the kerbside for easy loading to my car. Normally other hotels their concierge would only attend those guests coming to checked-in, not checking-out. The renovated room was fantastic- modern and super clean. Mine was a family room where there were 2 large LED smart TVs. If you come with small kids whom love to play at the swimming pool, there's a self-laundry shop called Dobi Kawan just 200 meter from the hotel, very convenient. Otherwise you could go to Balok's town which was also nearby.

The reason I could not rate at 10 for this hotel was its breakfast. Not much choice and nothing great. Anyway I like the hotel for displaying 'Halal' logo at the door.

A very pleasant short vacay with comfortable hotel in good location

Beachfront location with many places to eat and shop Check in and check out smooth Bed comfortable, AC was cool, shower pressure was good Buffet breakfast wide selection and tasty food

The drain in the shower was slow, as such almost overflow the shower room.

We stay at ground floor , left wing and first room 1.we ordered food both 2 person and it cost RM80++. The food totally out . Can’t describe . Some Chinese cusion fried rice 2. The main door nearby our room hit very strong and the sound very hard.

Good for family stay

I went in Summer with my big family. What I love about this hotel is the kid's pool is so big and so much fun. Also the hotel is so close to the beach. There was a fire breathing show at night by the beach at around 8pm. Breakfast was just ok, not amazing. Hotel room is also ok, bed was comfy but the aircond needed a service I think. It was a bit warm even I cranked up the temperature to the lowest setting. The kids play area is so cool. So clean and has a lot toys and gaming area for bigger kids. The gym also good and clean. Oh not to forget, all the friendly and very hospitable staffs at the hotel. So welcoming with their genuine big smiles. Overall, I was happy with my stay there and definitely will come back again in the future. There are many restaurants outside the hotel if you feel like venturing out and trying outside food.

The room was clean. I love the pool with slides, recommended for children. The pool has direct access to private beach, where you can also ride an ATV.

The room has no carpet on the floor, so it was cold by going barefoot especially with the aircond on. The floor felt a little sticky and damp too. So bring your own sandal.

Nothing. It was a disaster! I called the night before to find out if there was construction & they didn't pick up! 3 times...and put the phone down! Shame on you booking.com for taking the money. I will NOT use you again!

Lack of communication, no drinks at pool, no bedside lighting. Very tatty & construction noise at the pool. Expensive for seriously below par expectations!
