Close to beach. Nice breakfast

Fantastic room, fantastic view and amazing staff!

Clean, serene, spacious and very friendly staff! There was no internet in the room but the manager arranged to have a modem fixed in the room so I could work. Just so amazing!

Satisfactory 3D2N stay at Adena resort, money well spent!

The food from breakfast and the cafe is tasty amd reasonably priced so we didn’t bother to go out of the hotel for meal. The room is so close by to the beach, well kept and clean withfriendly staff. The parking was full but we were guided by staff at arrival as to where to park with ease. Its also a great place for elderly on wheelchair because you can access to the chalets and beach easily.

Nice location and room. Hotel management and food were very poor.

Nicely laid out, room was pleasant.

Food and beverages were poor. Forced to pay a bar bill immediately as the hotel did not take enough deposit on check in???

Sesuai tuk aktiviti bersama anak2.. kolam pun bersih.. jalan kaki skit dh ke pantai… ada kedai makan kt situ snang tak perlu pergi jauh… jalan kaki sje… will recomend to my fren..

Aircon kurang memuaskan . Tak sejuk… bilik 712.. nasib bawak kipas travel….

Short peaceful beach getaway from city

Stayed on level 1..next time maybe can try level 2! Beautiful hotel/resort, nice room all tiled and clean, beautiful surrounding & beach, white waves, nice breakfast buffet. Dinner got food delivery choices to hotel. Better location than Teluk cempedak.

Only one pillow given 🤣 maybe could’ve asked for extra pillow from the front desk

Everyone enjoyed staying there, kids like the beach, we enjoyed at the Bar at night.

Near to the beach, but the beach is not the white sands beach. It look black in color but not because of dirty, it is naturally like that. Something new to me.

Our chalet just next to the Surau, our door directly face to the surau entrance. Each time we open the door we can see who is going to surau and they can see directly into our living room which a bit inconvenience to both parties.

The property was walking distance to beach

Staff was calling us at 11 pm to ask us to remove our parked car, while there were two other cars that was parked at our parking. Staff wasnt able to find out which was the owners of that both car. At the end, we had to park further away from our given parking spot. Spoiled our mood for the night

The room smells. Water heater so noisy. Balcony dirty. No cloth hangers[i requested 3 after then they sent 2 hangers, next day they sent another 1]. Tv only local channels. Furniture dirty and old

Good time with my family

This one of my happy stay at beach resort hotel. I checked in at night before new year. The receptionist staff Tahqif was really nice and the check in process was fast. Got large parking area, so there's no problem on parking. Breakfast was good and the food were delicious! This hotel got large swimming pool area. My son enjoy swimming there and towel provided beside pool. Beach is only walking distance! I requested to change nearest room because my first room was bit far (also i'm 8months pregnant and exhausted), and the receptionist staff politely helped me to get new room. Thank you very much!

My first room got leaking at toilet ceiling, and no qiblat direction which is hard for me as muslim to find qiblat direction. Turns out the qiblat sign was torn off and its in desk drawer! Room floor was bit sandy but its okay because thats why this hotel called beach resort.

Really not worth the price. Staff is not friendly. Room & aircond filter are dirty and old.

The location was the only thing that i like

The staff was not friendly. During check in one of them let out a loud sigh because they don't have change (i am paying by cash and she asked me to pay online). Then the chalet was flooded (the water didnt enter the room but the water at the backside of our chalet was up to my calves) and we were really worried. When we asked the receptionist, the man said we should have known cause it is raining season. He didn't even say sorry for the inconvenience. We do realise that it is raining seasom but the flood was contributed to the drainage system. Apart from that, the room was dirty, blanket had stain, toilet was clogged, furniture looks pretty old with fabric of the sofa torn apart. The aircond filter was absolutely dirty that my spouse have to clean it himself

Tidak dapat menginap di atas kecuaian booking.com & resort

Sangat teruk. Pada tarikh 19/11/2023 jam 12.20 saya telah pergi ke laman booking.com untuk booking percutian saya dan family di Adena beach resort di chalet family taman 2 bilik air 2 bilik namum saya sangat kecewa pada 19/12/2023 jam pkul3tenghari saya ke kuanter untuk kuanter pendaftaran untuk check in namun pemberian Tidak sama apa yang di beri seperti yang di booking . Harga di beri harga yang sama tetapi bilik yang di beri hanya categori garden suite. Tiada bilik, hanya satu bilik air sahaja tidak sama seperti papar yang booking.com sertakan pihak resort telah menyalahkan pihak Booking.com kerana meletak gambar yang tidak betul. Saya sangat kecewa dengan tindakan pihak resort dan Booking.com.

Tidak suka dan tidak memuhi kehendak pelanggan. Mohon Pihak booking.com dan resort hubungi saya dalam tempoh semingu sebelum tindakan saya dan family ambil.

my last experience ever at adena

Chalet no.107 or 710 (can’t really remember) has mouldy and unpleasant smells. It could be due to poor air circulation, leaky somewhere i’m not sure.. very disappointed honestly.

Room with no minibar ??? In 2023. OMG

I liked the pictures on this site.

The room was old ,dirty and there was no minibar . This one I cannot accept. It's like checking in to a room that listed had all the usual amenities but then was not there. Bathroom door rotting away at the bottom , lights not all working, instant heater in the bathroom was loud. This place looks super nice but I believe those pictures were taken a long time ago when everything was still good n new.

the cabin chalet beach good. toile nice..

had some smell upon open door, need to open the window to remove the smell. overall ok for location and design. Aircond not service and takr time to cool. bed had dusk at pillow and comforter.

Love the location of the chalets which fronted the ocean view. Ample parking space. The landscape was well maintained. The breakfast was good but the dining space was too small for a resort like this.

We booked 7 premium beach chalets and 1 beach chalet . We just do not know what was the difference between premium beach & beach chalet as we do get 4 chalets that were not facing the ocean view. The price for a premium beach chalet is more expensive than a beach chalet. 1 of our chalets did not have a kettle and one without the base. It took the housekeeping soo long to find one. The reason of fullhouse and not enough kettles was the answer given by the housekeeping . This shouldnt happen if the management did some stock checking on regular basis. 2 of my family members couldnt get into their chalet as the key was malfunction. It took the housekeeping a few keys and time to finally open the door. I would also like to suggest for the management to provide 2 keys for each chalet. As my nephew wanted to have supper outside the resort, my mum had to leave the door unlock as she was already off to bed. There was no coordination between the frontdesk and sales department. When I requested to book for a wheelchair and plastic chairs frm the frontdesk, they did not mention abt the rules and regulation on reserving the only wheelchair in the resort . The frontdesk didnt even took my ID Booking for reference purposes. When they passed the call to a a sales person, the person in charge took the request but on the day we want to use the chairs, we had to wait as the frontdesk was not told by the sales person regarding this. I think what the management should do is to have regular PR training especially for the staff manning the counter. There are rooms for improvement as this resort is the nearest resort with hotel rooms and chalets in kuantan. Good location but need to upgrade the facilities and staff training especially the frontdesk. I have no complain on the staff manning the breakfast. They were good and did their best to accommodate the customers as it was a full house.

A place with potential but a bit run down

Location of hotel that is close to plenty of restaurants, self laundry, & grocery stores. It also has the perfect beach suitable for families.

Facilities are a bit run down. Room cleanliness sub-par level. Shower head & heater malfunction. Extra towels if requested will be charged a fee.
