Good place for short stay

Were there for the second time after 2022, place still good and recommendable, you literally walk out of the building and onto the beach. Good beds, super air-conditioning, a lot of facilities in the compound.

Unfortunately, unlike in 2022, the place had not been properly cleaned, the bathrooms were not cleaned at all and showed stains of toothpaste, showers still soapy, the fridge had noot been wiped out for a long time, etc. Problems that are easy to solve, though.

Great Holiday Apartment

Easy communication with host & clear check in instructions. Easy parking. Sweet lavender scented apartment. Nice gesture of water, coffee & tea provided. Simple nice decor. Great view of the sea & swimming pool. F&B and convenience store nearby.

We enjoyed the stay so much that want to come again.

The best part of the property is the sea view. Able to see sunrise from balcony. Lots of food outlet nearby. Swimming pool, beach area overall the entire resident area is clean.

Overall ok. It will be good if there are facilities of cleaning in the apartment. For example a vacuum cleaner may be. There was a broom which i used to sweep the floor but no dustpan.

Lovely stay. Would definitely visit again.

Owner very friendly. Communicated well n very responsive to queries. The property is conveniently located near shops n restaurants. walking distance n with good amenities. It is also tastefully furnished. Love it. Felt like home.

Our daughter was a bit disappointed with swimming pool. It stated as open at 7am. but they started to clean pool at 7am instead n my daughter had to wait by the side before she cd use the pool to do her laps.

Everything was very satisfying. The owner is very friendly, easy to deal with. booked for 2 nights but sadly we only stayed for 1 night, had to checked out early after receiving a phone call saying that my dear mother had passed away.

Would come again!

Spotlessly clean unit on 11th floor with magnificent sea view. All bedrooms have windows towards sea, sunrise experiences included. Basic shops (TGM , 7eleven) and several eateries nearby. Excellent washing machine. Charel, the owner, gave us a very warm welcome with a handwritten welcome letter and lots of tokens for snacking and drinking - she deserves a 10+ rating for her quick response to all our questions and her patience.

No glasses provided.

The view.. the cleanliness if the house,. Charel (the owner) is very helpful, cooperative and kind.. makan2 time is very easy as the food stall/warung is nearby the main road.. very recommended..

Very good

the host is very friendly. the instructions to check was clear from the start. the parking bays are located at the ground floor so you didn’t have to drive up far (harder for big car to navigate up), and the access to the residence building is just straight from the parking. the property is clean and is facing the beach so you got a nice view. it didn’t feel very hot too as it’s facing the morning sunlight.

The sea view was excellent and location of the apartment is good.Recomended place to stay in Kuantan.

Both bathrooms needs some maintenance work because the draining water not flowing smoothly, fooding the bathroom.

The view from the balcony and bedroom. The apartment is amazing and trust me, you won't regret it..the host, charel is really a good host. If you want to spend your quality time with your family during holiday, this apartment is a perfect choice.

Nothing.Everything is perfect. Except the swimming pool which is under maintenance.

Great host, wonderful place! Charel has been an amazing host. She assisted me in many ways. She even recommended some places to eat over during our stay. The place? You won't regret!
