Exceptional

I had the most wonderful stay at Aleenta.The entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. The service was impeccable – every staff member was attentive, friendly, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful facilities and well-maintained surroundings, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were luxurious, clean, and offered breathtaking views. We also loved the dining options, which featured a wide variety of delicious dishes. Whether it was lounging by the pool or enjoying the serene beach, everything was top-notch. Thank you for making our vacation unforgettable! I will definitely be recommending this resort to others and look forward to returning soon.

The worst hotel we had ever stay in, EVER. Don't recommend at all. Hell hole.

The room and the building leaks with extremely poor condition. The building was constructed by the lowest bidder with little or no experience in construction. Bathroom and toilet is worst than public gas station restroom. They don't allow us to send people to visit the facility prior to booking because they don't want us to see the condition. The facility has the quality of Motel 6. However, the view overlooking the beach is great.

Idyllic location and the perfect escape

Loved our stay here due to the peace and quiet of the area. Hotel was peaceful. Enjoyable breakfast selection from their menu, nice drinks by the pool with views of the beach. Room with its pool and spa bath was spacious eithe everything you’d need. Service was attentive and friendly, be sure to try the romantic dinner on the beach for a memorable experience. We also had a soothing spa treatment for two hours with massage and facial and booked the half day private tour to James Bond Island and the surrounding areas.

Just a few minor issues such as no one being available on arrival to help with luggage or check in. A couple of problems with the plumbing in the toilet, and a broken plug in the sink (Villa 705). As well as the ongoing construction/demolition over the wall when in our pool villa. Pillows weren’t firm enough for myself.

Inredningen i rummen, servicen och den trevliga personalen i restaurangen! Killen som sprang med vatten till alla på stranden.

Oljudet från både närliggande bygge (inte hotellets fel men kunde fått information om att de byggde och att det borrades hela dagarna ända fram till kvällen) och hotellets egen personal som renoverade i trädgården utanför villan som låg precis nedanför vår pool och bl.a. tvättade sina bilar och gatan med högtryckstvätt.

Ideal choice for a peaceful and quiet holiday

The hotel has a perfect location for a peaceful and quiet holiday. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The pools are big. It was great to watch the sunset by the sea and walk on the beach. We would like to thank the entire team, especially Mr. Noo, for responding positively to all our requests. It was a nice experience for us.

A Fantastic Stay - Wholy Recommended!

Beach was beautiful and venue was lovely. Staff had excellent service, and even gave us a free upgrade to the beach front villa which was spectacular. Noo (manager) was excellent, and so was the lovely manager at The Edge restaurant. Very friendly!

Other than the first day's breakfast, the subsequent breakfast's was less satisfactory. The hash browns became cold and soggy. Also, the water pressure from the shower head was a little soft for our liking, but that's just a pet peeve! Despite these niggles, it's a great stay!!

A short relaxed break near the beach with lots of sun!

We are happy with the spaciousness of our 2 bedroom ocean view residence. My children and i have adequate private space for our own personal use. However, the jacuzzi is not working for my unit. The staff are very friendly and helpful and made our stay a comfortable and enjoyable one!

There is much room for improvement on the breakfast served in terms of variety and food quality. There is only 1 restaurant available, so guests have very limited choice where dining is concerned. My children have joined the tour for the James Bond island, but the information (especially cost) given on the brochures has not been updated. Luckily my children has enough cash to pay for the miscellaneous expenses.

True boutique hotel

There is not much about the hotel on social media or YouTube, however the hotel has exceeded all our expectations. The kids club is super complete, with a pool and mini park. There is always someone willing to take care of the kids. The food from the restaurant is really good and the spa treatment is excellent. We recommend the upgrade for all wellness all inclusive upgrade, it is worth the money.

Great pool, very very nice and accommodating staff, great view of the sea. quiet, not many people. this retreat is suitable for couples looking for a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, and willing to overpay to get that.

not suitable for families, specially with kids. we tried few accommodation options, all of which are not good for children of any age. slippery floors, dangerous furniture, unfenced pools and stairs. food is super expensive, and not tasty, even though staff did their best to accommodate any of our requests. mosquitos are eating you alive, as property is not sprayed properly. not worth the money.

A very lovely hotel but the restaurant service needs a serious revamp.

A perfect location for a peaceful holiday on one of the most beautiful beaches. We love it so much that this was our 3rd stay. We stayed in a pool villa which is lovely. We loved the horizontal pool by the restaurant and also the beach. The staff was so polite and courteous. The site manager - Mr Noo was very helpful; he saw us regularly, took feedbacks and helped sorting out issues. We love the mango sticky in the menu. We also love fresh fruits at the breakfast.

We were somewhat sad to see few shortfalls this visit. The resort has become a bit worn with the need for some repair of cracks, faded paintworks etc.; this was only a minor issue. I am not sure if the management has cut down the mosquito control measures (like spraying or fumigating the resort); we could not enjoy much to spend time around the villa pool because of mosquitos. We had not had similar experience during our previous stays. The most critical issue that the hotel management would have to look at is the restaurant and kitchen. The restaurant staff was lovely, but they appeared to be struggling to cope during busy hours. This is most likely to be due to a shortage of staff or the lack of support from the executive chef and the team. On our last evening, we had a 3-course meal, and it took about an hour between the starter and the main. When we asked for the main, the dessert was brought instead of the main. Eventually when the main meal arrived, it was lukewarm. The food standards had also fallen from previous. The food was lukewarm rather than hot on many occasions; rice soup (kao tam), noodle soup and fried rice which should be served hot, but they were only lukewarm and this posed a risk to infection. A lot of meals we had were under par. The tiramisu was not set with a liquidy base. We had a special dish - grilled snapper which was cold and when we sent it back to the kitchen it was brought back within 5 minutes and looked like a microwave warming was done. We had the Natai Burger twice and on both occasions the meat was lukewarm. We feel that the Management (Akaryn Hotel Group) should seriously consider a review with the executive chef to upscale the standards of the restaurant and kitchen service. We would love to come back but shortfalls in the restaurant have now given us a hesitancy.

Firstly I chose the hotel here because it is perfect for privacy, the Ac was accidentally not working, before it is working so we were upset and not good feeling, we might checkout but Mr. Young guy has met and spoken with me, we changed our mind to stay he is very professional working and he saw us in morning breakfast and everyone. My friend recommended us here because of him is recommending my friend. We hope to come back here and see you and all we love here perfectly for foods staff and service

Excellent stay

Amazing, cosy and luxury hotel for a calm stay. We were stayed in the Grand Deluxe Pool villa that is very spacious and beautiful. The pool is just in front of the room, you have everything you need to take sunbathe and swim in a private and calm atmosphere without being disturbed by anyone. All the the staff are very lovely and professional, especially in the restaurant and the spa. We were surprised by the outstanding service and the willingness to provide us with the unique experience on each request. Regarding the restaurant, you have a various choice of the food with traditional plates as well as some europeans. You can also choose different fresh made smoothies and juices. The hotel is placed on the beach, so if the weather is good and the sea is calm, you can also have a very good experience with very beautiful views, especially at evening with magnificent sunsets. Finally, we just can say that this hotel and this place is simply excellent for a vacation.
