Quiet location on Natai beach. Good size room, huge comfortable bed, new aircon. I guess these pool access rooms are renovated recently.
Breakfast was little disapointment. Sausages, becon etc. were all cold. Many food were finished and not filled in 30 minutes time. Hygiene low level. Many people took food by hands because no proper tools or containers. Would like to see rice soup in breakfast while in Thailand.

Everything was perfect! Stay: 6 days. Huge rooms, beautifull interior design, very comfortable!! Soooo nice !! So clean. The bathroom was very beautifull, very nice with huge place to take a shower. The beach is not perfect, but the lake is very very beautifull and its worth to canoe, its for free !! The best hotel to relax in the area !!! The sweaming pool is a dream !! The dinner was cheap. The stuff is very very friendly. No mass tourism !!! Everything was so relaxing, very calm, like private atmosphere. Soooo nice!! It is the best hotel in the area. One of the best hotels I ever had in the world. The breakfast was also perfect. For that price one of the best hotels I ever had. It´s not central, so its better if you have a car, but this was what we were looking for. For sure we will come again !!!!! : ))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))

Location was remote, and transport limited, but that was part of the appeal. Room was adequate, decent size but a little shabby. Staff were friendly, but inexperienced and there was a definite communication disconnect on occasion. Cracking little seafood restaurant about a km walk down the beach, which was handy considering the hotel food itself was not great.
The breakfast was sub-standard and inconsistent. The gym was barely functional (I only got the treadmill to work on day 1, the rest of the time it just would not), and none of the staff knew how to do anything with any of the faulty equipment. The pool water was slightly slimy(!) and there were loose and broken tiles that we had to move ourselves for the safety of the kids. Empty dishes and bottles that people had used by the poolside remained there for the duration of our stay without being cleaned up.

The quality price relation was excellent (under 100 EUR for 3 in 80 sqm suite), the outside of the hotel will need improvement, but this is understandable after the covid-19 shut down. Staff was great, rooms are great, natural and "wild" beach is exceptional, breakfast was good with excellent pancakes and Omelett, also food in the restaurant tasty. With our rental car we were able to discover great locations from this place.
You would need a car to explore the surroundings.

The peace and solitude. The giant swimming pool. Beach proximity.
No coffee in the morning for the two days I stayed there. Limited staff so things look messy and cluttered in some places.. like the lobby reception overlook.

The room was beautiful
Spa partially closed so wasn’t able to book in

I loved the staff there!
Really kind lovely and flexible warm people !
I miss this place already I wish i could go back to stay at this place from 21st jan till 24jan but its fully booked.
It is not that i didnt like but i think they should add pancakes and upgrade their breakfast add some egg benedicts, salmon, real sausage. Their omelet is delicious though! Anyways upgrade the breakfast a little bit and everything will be perfect and they should open le coral cafe next to the pool as well! To sell coconuts easily or beers etc.... or burgers and ice cream, so people can use all areas of the hotel!
Make sure to check all the aircons of every room, need the aircon to be coooler than this!

bed, and staff are doing there best to make you feel good
far away from everything! Restaurant close at 21.00, bar at 22.00.
Nothing to do! looked abandoned.
luckily the room are big and comfy.
jacuzzi of the pool doesn’t work.
The beach has 2 umbrellas and 4 beds…
when you order food, the staff run after you to signed the bill, before you even eat something.
Just one elevator working.

Staff was friendly and always happy to help when we asked for support. Our room was absolutely fine (except of huge pillows & loud aircon). There was a great restaurant 10 min walk to the left along the beach, really worth it.
The Hotel is located nearly in the middle of nowhere, you either need to love walking (we had a great 16k walk along the Natai Beach, you will also pass by restaurant options and other amazing looking Hotels and appartments, so definitely a good option) or need a scooter/car. The Hotel has nice details, part of it looks new and very trim. But, there is so much more potential in various parts of the Hotel: The pool needs better cleaning system, the bridge between Hotel and beach is under horrible conditions (it looks ugly and is damaged, old people might easily fall or get hurt), the beach itself looks dirty and is full of plastic and damaged furniture, it has nothing in common with the picture shown on their website. We did not have warm water for nearly our whole stay. We also expected a view to the sea, but if you book a room with own access to the pool, you won't see any sea. There was also a school/Uni class invited to the Hotel for playing games and bathing in the pool, they had fun but for a 5 Star Hotel it was way too crowded and way too loud, this has nothing to do with relaxing at the pool.
All in all, in our eyes, the costs were way too much for what we received, no 5 Star Hotel, 3 stars max.

Very spacious room, comfortable bed and lovely balcony with amazing view
Some outside areas looked a bit run down and the Christmas decorations quite tacky

What I did like was the room. That was it. Breakfast was total crap! No cereal at all imagine that in a 4star plus hotel? Poor service poor selection. Oh and coffee was instant. And to buy as I did a real coffee cost 180bhat and more than the entire breakfast. that is approximately $7 Australian and you can figure out the rest. Totally exhorbitant and note this is THAILAND so welcome back! A better coffee was at at Amazon at a local service station on the way back to Phuket at a cost of 40 bhat so go figure less that a quarter of the price and better.

Great place if you are seeking tranquility
We mainly choose this place to avoid tourist crowds and relax and we were quiet happy even thought it’s 2 H drive from kata Phuket but worth the journey pool is huge to do swim laps
Upon arrival we were greeted by the receptionist for an express smoothie check in bell boy helpful smiley room are perfect with stunning view full sea view
Extremely clean fully furnished with a complete cooking space sink microwave and tools are available
Service available during the 24 for food and beverage

Customer service from all areas were fantastic.
Concept of room is very nice however as mentioned earlier, there should be a partition between the master bed area and the toilet
Very very good location. Quiet/private beach. Its a major reason why we chose that place.
Gym was well equipped and clean.
Check in/out very efficient.
Due to close proximity of the master bed and the toilet, the inadequate ventilation in that area makes it uncomfortable to sleep in with the sewer smell lingering in the room. (solve problem by buying air fresherner)
The Inroom jacuzzi was a great addition however, it fails on 2 aspects where the water tends to overflow when the bubbling mechanism kicks in and the strong chlorine smell/loud noise it emitted.
The Private pool is great in theory but it is actually exposed to the neighbours on the 2nd/3rd level. We actually had a piece of clothing drop from their balcony into our pool.
Food and beer is rather expensive and bland. Breakfast variety is rather poor and too simple for a 5 star resort (usual hotdogs and ham etc)
Lagoon behind the main beach is a major turnoff. Very unsightly.
Parking under the hot sun on a dust patch Infront of the resort. (Felt tht some sort of shelters can be provided)
