Really beautiful location and apartment.

It could do with some amenities for example, basic cooking supplies like oil, salt and pepper etc

A very good short break in Nice, would recommend.

Location, well equipped, comfortable. Close to Magnam tram station, we had a very good meal in Le Magnam restaurant and the artisan bakery round the corner is good for baguettes and croissant.

Drain from shower needs to checked regularly to avoid flooding bathroom, need some extra mugs.

The facilities, all you need for a pleasant stay. The view is superb! So nice to wake up, drink your coffee and see the blue sea from living room or kitchen. Easy access to tram or bus.

Dust in the closet drawers. Some dirt in the sofa, in between seats. Windows could be cleaner.

Awesome apartment but a few minor things made it difficult.

excellent position and beautiful apartment.

Lacked basic things you would expect in an apartment. No coffee pods provided, not enough toilet paper, no kitchen towels or cloths so cleaning was made more difficult than it should be, no basics like salt, pepper, oil so we had to buy absolutely everything (we left our left over basics there for the next people), only one key provided for a family of four - this made things quite difficult. Also, a big issue (but could be easily fixed) the shower has no gradient so it goes all over the floor. Just needs a thin metal strip and silicone to stop water from getting out.

The nicest apartment in France

Lovely view with shade and sunshine Bed was very comfortable High tech, TV, air con and shutters all really cool Very close to metro, bus, and even closer to the beach Check in was very helpful

Could have provided more basic cleaning equipment and toilet rolls for the length of stay

Just perfect!

Everything was just perfect! The location was amazing, the view was breathtaking, the apartment itself was clean and comfortable. Aleks, the host, was very helpful and the communication was easy. We loved absolutely everything and cannot wait to be back soon. Thank you!

Great view, everything looks high-quality but its too expensive for the equipment.

The view from the balcony is amazing. The inventory is pretty good, all IKEA standard. The beds were comfortable. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine included.

The air condition kept the apartment too cold, no matter how we adjusted it. There was just a little bit of inventory, no sponges, no spices, no tea towels - so cooking meant: buying too much of basic ingredients. Plants are fake.

A wonderful time at Florida Blu!

The view was unique. You will love the contrast of the white walls in combination with the view on the wonderful blue sea. We had a perfect time in the flat and everything was clean. We look forward to the next booking at Florida Blu!

Exceptional

Absolutely excellent apartment with nice design and all the required stuff at the 1st line with direct access to the beach. The climate-control system, nice balcony with the excellent sea view, two TVs, and free WiFi inside.

The main problem was a shower in the bathroom - you have to clean up water after each usage or think about it during the shower. Road and airport produce some noise but it's not so critical.

This is by far one of the prettiest and cleanest apartments I‘ve been to. High tech and just at the beach. Would stay there again definitely!

No toilet paper upon arrival, room had a lot of mosquitos because the balcony door was left open I assume but overall that‘s nothing and we would definitely stay there again.

Lovely apartment close to the center. Wonderful sea view. The apartment is clean, recently renovated. The owner is friendly, polite and helpful. Nearby grocery stores.
