Budget accommodation with a few problems

Location.

The bed was terrible. I would nearly touch the box frame from the horribly squishy mattress. Also the garbage room was full up and stinking in the hall way on the way in. When I first arrived the shower drain was blocked. The host did sort it out right away though which was good. It’s a budget stay close to Solent university but really it needs a new mattress and door the garbage to be stored in a more sanitary place.

Convenient location but not worth the money, noisy (surrounding bars), unclean and bad internet

The location is close to the Solent university

The noise in the property from the surrounding bars is unbearable, there is no soundproofing in the room and the parties go until 0100 every night. The apartment is hardly at a basic hotel standard and for the price you would expect not to have to buy your own cleaning products and toilet paper.

Practical place and great host

Excellent location, clean nice flat, safe, well equipped. Edita was my host, she was very pleasant, cooperative and easy to communicate with.

Nothing but maybe a washing machine would have been a nice addition

Terrible had to go to another some where else for the night. Ended up paying double the price

Upon arrival there was no one there to give me any direction on getting the keys

Place was dark upon my arrival no one could have given any information and no one picked up the phone 😒

Very good

Location very central for bars and pubs although could be a little noisy late at night. Local Sainsburys opposite Service Wash available 2 minutes away plus a good selection of shops

Sadly not easy to access with heavy luggage 1 flight of steep steps down to entrance and then 4 flights up to Appt 3 A small sofa or comfortable sitting chair would be great.

The place is very nice, most important, it is clean and tidy. Very spacious and very good value for money. It has all the necassary appliances in the apartment. Very comfortable beds and big bathroom. Pizza place below is amazing, have to try it!

it was cozy and clean, great location. good facilities and all kitchen stuffs.

i have a big luggage and apartment does not have lift. it was very hard to carry luggage up to 2nd floor. and opposite apartment is a bar, at night it was quite noisy.

Cute, character-filled apartment for a comfy stay

The property is in a really central good spot, is beautifully furnished and has Netflix. The kitchen is a gorgeous rustic style and has a lovely little patio. The shower is hot and strong and the place comes with all the amenities like washing machine and cooking facilities. It has loads of character and we enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfy and warm. We would happily stay again.

The property doesn’t initially give a good welcome - the stairs down to the place and the entrance were filled with litter. The apartment itself also had lots of little problems which were inconvenient - the kitchen light was out, none of the clocks worked, the taps and coffee table were one use away from breaking, and there was no toilet paper, meaning the first thing we did after arriving was having to go back out and buy toilet paper. It just needs a little check before each new customer.

I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend to others.

Decorated in a nice style, modern studio apartment. Liked the extra touches of cushions and a blanket which made it feel more homely. Lovely and roomy and in a really good location. I stayed for 6 weeks and Edita was a brilliant host, always quick to respond and sorted a plumber for the next day when the toilet wasn't flushing, can't fault her.

As others have said previously, due to its location there was some noise from outside but not enough to put me off staying again.

The apartment is well located, and it was easy to catch the keys.

I sent them an email to prolong, but they never answered at my email. However, I did not sleep well. From 11 am to 11 pm, it wasn't quiet. There is the kitchen of Popsi 's restaurant just above the bedroom. I think it is not well situated in the apartment.

Great!!!!

The location of the house is very good. You can see people and cars coming and going in the living room. Opposite is the supermarket. It is very convenient to buy foods and necessary things. In the bedroom, the sun will shine in the afternoon. You can see the blue sky and white clouds lying in bed. If I have a chance in the future, I will come again

The flat was very clean and modern with great facilities. Very cosy and warm with good space to sit. The location was great for exploring town and local amenities.

Very close to several bars and clubs, the noise on Friday and Saturday was quite bad. Bed was a little small for two people.

Fantastic, very easily accessible and such great value for money

The noise from the bar across the road, allowing the pizza place to use your bins makes the whole apartment complex smell had to buy air freshener to get rid of the smell had to be done every day aswell.
