Beautiful Hotel. The staff were lovely. Rooms were gorgeous (especially the large comfy bed and huge plush pillows) Beautiful modern bathroom. Really great value for money.
Noisy renovation work in the morning….. but we were made aware of the renovation work at time of booking so I’m I’m not complaining

The entire hotel had been refreshed and was all the better for it. You couldn't fault the service or speed of check in, which was friendly and professional and you know what the offer of cookies at check in is a nice touch.
There was nothing I didn't like about our visit.

Loved the location, love the new rooms. Breakfast was lovely also.
Beds just weren't very comfortable both me and partner woke up multiple times just could get comfy thought bed was very hard and pillows annoying I no most hotels do have them pillows so I think I might start travelling with my own lol

Everything was ideal for a visit to Belfast. We got the bus all over and was really reasonable. We spent an afternoon just lounging by the pool side which felt like a pamper session and would have loved to make full use of facilities but we had 3 children with us!
The staff were exceptional, they were all so friendly and helpful at all times of the day and on the phone from our room as we asked many questions about transport and getting to our planned trips. They even organised us a breakfast pack each for our trip as we had to leave so early and this breakfast bag had enough for lunch too! We really loved the quiet location away from the city but 35 mins by bus to the city and about 10/15 mins by the number 300a bus, which just drops you off at the end of the road. We had takeaways at night delivered to the hotel reception area, which was perfect for our loud, crazy children instead of worrying about being too silly in the restaurant area. This literally was a great choice for exploring the beautiful city. Thanks so much

I liked everything

Receptionist I think was called Ellie was very welcoming towards me and my boys… the facilities are well maintained
Only thing I can think of is that the rooms are maybe slightly outdated.. Ie a few connection ports to charge phones/ iPads would be good

Refurbished areas of hotel
1st time at hotel. Surprised how grubby lifts, corridors to and bedrooms are. Not what I'd expect from hilton group. Corridor to bedroom had constant unpleasant chemical smell.
Breakfast was poor variety of nob cooked food and layout was very disjointed
4.0
Rooms felt dated and generally overpriced for what you get. Extortionate room rate that didn’t include breakfast for a hotel not in the centre of Belfast.

Facilities were great , reception staff brilliant , food great in the bar , no complaints
2.0
Breakfast was good. Although for the price I don't expect self service.
The room was terrible, the door didn't close. There were multiple cracked tiles. The carpet was ripped, the TV was ancient and had three channels. No air conditioning.

Breakfast
My room over looked the rear of the pool - the noise of the pump was too loud to have the window open - it stopped at 9pm
no aircon
bed was very uncomfortable
Staff on checkout were unhelpful and surly

Lovely breakfast, nice staff and the parts of the hotel that have been done up are gorgeous. Got an upgrade to a deluxe double which was great and we had requested a cot which was in the room on arrival. The bed was rock hard unfortunately which made for a poor nights sleep but everything else was really good.

was within 1 mile of the wedding venue we were at that night
staff for all we saw of thm we frendly and helpfull
emergency light was right in center of room
room to warm
tin roof on building outside with heavy rain and open windows to keep heat of room down lead to lack of sleep
