Ótima localização com paisagem incrível, excelente café da amanhã quarto super confortável.

As comodidades, o conforto dos quartos e café da manhã são excelentes. O hotel conta com restaurantes e bares com otimas refeições e bebidas, apesar do preço ser superior que os bares e restaurantes na região.

Da ich Wert auf Ruhe lege, war ich sehr enttäuscht über den Lärm.

Das Zimmer war schön, die Lage auch.

Das Personal eher etwas reserviert. Mein Zimmer war direkt unter dem Restaurant und in meinem Zimmer hört man allen Lärm. Für die Preiskategorie erwarte ich ein ruhiges Zimmer.

Sehr Modern, Schöne Anlage, grosse Auswahl beim Frühstück

Sehr teure Getränke am Pool sowie in der Baar. Es macht den Anschein, dass die Reseption angst hat, das Geld nicht zu bekommen. Wir wurden sogar vom service darüber informiert, dass wir nach dem Frühstück zur Reseption müssen, dies bereits am Morgen nach dem Anreisen.

Tolles Hotel - nicht ganz 5 Sterne

Tolle Lage, freundliches Personal, schöne Stimmung, schöner Geruch in der Lobby, großes Zimmer

Die Anlage ist schon etwas älter, einige Bereiche sind besser in Schuss als andere, z.B. lösen sich kleine Fliesen im Pool und schwimmen dann entsprechend im Pool. Wir hatten ein sehr schön großes Zimmer mit Terrasse, allerdings mit Blick in den Hinterhof, daher war die Terrasse nicht zu gebrauchen. Leider etwas Gestank im Bad.

Had a great stay because of the view, however the rest was so bad. The reception staff was so sneaky and unprofessional.

The facility and view are amazing but the reception and breakfast staff are horrible.

Reception and Breakfast staff are so unprofessional and grumpy. They do not meet the criteria for this beautiful hotel.

Wunderschöne Ferien in einem Top Hotel an super Lage.

Die Lage diese Hotels direkt am Meer ist einmalig und atemberaubend, einfach wunderschön. Riessiges Frühstücksbuffet, dass keine Wünsche offen lässt. Leider meistens sehr viele Leute am Buffet, was etwas an Gemütlichkeit vermissen lässt. Auf der Terrasse ist es aber wunderschön und auch viel ruhiger, leider nicht so viele Plätze draussen.

Viele Leute am Frühstücksbuffet, wenige Aussenplätze.

Much overpriced for what we received.

Spa closed before we were able to enter it (we were staying for only one night, so it was really sad that spa appeared to be closed at 7pm, when we just arrived from a far away trip). It wasn't comfortable to sleep at night - as the room we were given was located near the outside stairs, in the night it was very loud from people entering and exiting the party inside). In general, the room looked empty and a bit outdated, wouldn't be comfortable to spend there more than on day. For the high price that we paid (285 euro) we received only ok bed and good breakfast (because the spa was closed when we arrived and in the morning we had to check out when it opened).

A lovely place to stay specifically for a sea view and proximity to Carvoeira and the Seven Hanging Valleys.

Sea view, lovely balcony, walking distance to town and to the trail head for the Seven Hanging Valleys hike, helpful staff especially the waiter at breakfast who managed our table for our entire stay. A very nice breakfast with dining areas overlooking the sea. Overall good value.

Spa hours ended at 19:00 which meant we weren’t able to use the sauna or steam room in the evening. The sauna and steam are great features of the hotel but very small — both only fit 1-2 people. The indoor pool has an attached jacuzzi but the water temperature is not warm. The bar area food prices were high. Beds weren’t that firm, blankets were a bit thin and shower had weak pressure — but for a few nights, it was fine and I would consider staying at the hotel again. I would also book half-board.

Schöne Lage, ansprechendes (Premium-) Zimmer, das allerdings Mängel im Hinblick auf Sauberkeit offenbarte: zerdrückte Mücken an Wand & Schrank, bräunlichen Fleck auf dem Teppich. Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig und gut mit Kaffee und Orangensaftservice am Tisch (m.E. Geschmackssache, insbesondere für engagierte Kaffeetrinker); gute Schwimmbäder innen & außen. Personal teils sehr freundlich

Sauberkeit (s.o.), Personal teils leider muffelig, insbesondere am Frühstücksbuffet (einige sehr freundlich, andere gehen zum Lächeln offenbar in den Keller, Chefkellner/Innen versuchen bei der Platzwahl bevormundend zu sein und treten arrogant auf, was man sich allerdings nicht bieten lassen muss ...). Jedenfalls teils der Orangensaft zum Frühstück nicht frisch gepresst.

Magnifique resort pour se reposer au bord des falaises

Tout était parfait, la localisation, le personnel, la propreté, parking gratuit ainsi que le petit déjeuner complet.

La connexion du wifi et 3G est mauvaise, c’est le seul point négatif.

Es la segunda vez que hemos estado en este hotel, esta vez con un bebe de 7 meses y nos hemos sentido como en casa. Nos facilitaron una cuna y bañera pequeña para el bebé y la atención ha sido maravillosa. No puedes perderte el atardecer desde el restaurante!

Wonderful place to stay on a vacation with kids and family. Staff is super friendly and the property itself is one of the best we stayed in

The only minor issue was that the kids zone was intercepted. But we had an amazing staff that was empathetic enough to improvise a nice place for the kids in one of their conference rooms. It was amazing!

Séjour en amoureux

Personnel réception le soir de notre checkin, jeune dame et jeune monsieur bagagiste agréable et sympathique! Jolie chambre cocooning avec magnifique vue sur mer et falaise! Piscines! Très Bon cocktail au Bar! Personnel petit déjeuner gentil. Le choix au petit déjeuner est énorme et bon, il y a un stand de gauffre fait à la demande, génial. Machine à café en chambre. Parking de l'hôtel gratuit. 1 Boxe petit déj à emporter très bien garnie car nous avion dû partir plus tôt le jour du départ. Merci

Les finitions mur, plinthes, portes bagages, meuble, miroir couloir, rideau de douche abimées!! Les lampes tombantes devant des miroirs du lit ont gâché le décor et leur utilisation. Les spaghettis carbonara et bolognaise du snack bar étaient beaucoup trop salés et personnel du bar lents, peu accueillants!! Au petit dej on nous a installé en intérieur avec jolie vue puis des clients nous ont piqué nos places, lorsque nous sommes allés se servir à manger, et cela a été très embarassant, que le jeune homme nous a surclassé à une table avec jolie vue dehors pour s'en excuser.. et cela ne semblait pas plaire au personnel de cette zone..il a dû expliquer pourquoi il nous a mis ici...on était très mal à l'aise.. au final. Télévision petite et pas option smart tv.. dommage. La clim réversible est vielle peu efficace et bruyante, nous avons eu mieux dans un 4 étoiles à Lagos de marque Samsung neuve et réellement réversible et calme. Rideau de douche devrait être supprimé et installer des volets électriques seraient bien. 1 bière était périmée dans le minibar..nous avons mis un mot pour prévenir la femme de chambre. Le lit est beaucoup trop moelleux pas assez ferme, et pas de coussin végétal à mémoire de forme.. c'est bien personnel.. Déçu pour un 5 étoiles!! Zone de l'hôtel excentré et chemin qui fait très peur la nuit pour venir ici. :(

Frühstücksbuffet war Klasse und das Personal wirklich auf Draht!

Die eine Dame am Empfang wirkte genervt und nicht wirklich hilfsbereit einen Sonnenschirm für den Balkon zu besorgen. Obwohl eine Halterung auf dem Balkon war, tat sie so, als wäre es ein Unding um einen Sonnenschirm zu bitten. Egal, dann eben ohne ;-)

The staff couldn't do more. They were friendly, courteous and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and respond to our needs. The location is brilliant, short walk to town, and the pool and sea view are excellent. Parking is excellent.

Unpleasant.

The location is good.

The heat was unbearable and the AC in the room was not good enough. Sweating throughout the night and day. The wait staff are extremely slow. The room, a deluxe suite, was tiny and you could barely fit through the entry. The bathroom shower didn’t have enough slant so water would go into the bedroom.
