Clean, modern and well equipped Town house with plenty of space and a nice pool.
Check in — We arrived at about 839pm/900pm due to flight/rental car/drive and we were locked out of the gate to drive into resort. After calling numbers given to me, ringing gate bell and phone number on gate for 20+ minutes, the security guard finally answered and said he would come let us in. 15 minutes after that he showed up and gave us our key, but could not answer any questions. Or didn’t have a tourism map in office etc,..We’ve lived in Europe for several years and never had a checkin like this. HOWEVER. Checkout was fast and easy!

The property was well designed with ample space and great balcony options.
The neighbours in heels were slightly intrusive and if they were loud, you knew about it.
The kitchen was brilliantly equipped.
The pool was cold so heated option would be great.

We had a very nice stay here. The villa was spacious and neat. The private pool was great. Although not heated yet used daily in October in 24 degree weather. The staff is very service oriented. Important: you do need a car/taxi. You can walk to the beach and some restaurants. Also a small supermarket is within 1 km. But to go to a bigger supermarket and see more of the area, you need to hire a car (or taxi).
I can't think of anything! Perhaps good to mention that it is a pleasant, quiet place. If you like a bit more crowds and tourism, you should really go there by car (centre of the village or bigger places in the neighbourhood like Albufeira, Lagos). So no point of improvement for us, we liked it.

The property was very clean, modern and spacious. The internet was fast. the staff were great. We locked ourselves out on a sunday night and the night security were prompt to help us out.
A great place to stay and spring from to see local attractions.
Great air conditioning !
There is almost no privacy from neighbors as the pool is literally a hedge away from next door. There is no view to speak off. The kitchen was bare of essentials. It would be nice to have a small selection of items like Oil, salt pepper!
The living room is very spacious but only one 2 seater sofa. So it was not a "comfy or cozy" seating.
So really a place to stay to visit beaches rather than to spend much time in it.

Outstanding in every way - location was amazing, 3 euros in an Uber to carvoeiro centre with many restaurants and bars. The villa was amazing, exceeded expectations. Julio's is also a lovely Italian and 10 minute walk. We loved it as a couple with 13yr old daughter. Lovely landscaped grounds with tropical fish and turtle that we fed each day! The reception staff Hugo and Sandra were very helpful and friendly and helped us extend our stay for 3 nights. Overall excellent and would highly recommend

The staff was really friendly and accommodating. The house was exactly what we needed. Comfortable and close to center. The private pool was definitely a plus. Kitchen was well equipped.
I arrived on a Sunday and I guess the cleaning staff was a bit on hurry. It wasn’t sparkling clean as you would expect from a place like this and specially on the middle of a pandemic. But Hugo was ver apologetic and got an emergency cleaning staff promptly that gave the little extra care.
The Master suite could have a support for the shower. I’m not into baths. I had to shower everyday on my kids bathroom.
The opening between backyards is a bit strange. It made not as private as I imagined.
But still, all of this didn’t change our great experience.
I would definitely go back.

Great property within an idyllic setting. Secluded, with a of the art fitting, and amazing private pool at the back. Fully equipped, and modern house.
Comfy bed, and spacious living room. Balcony view is a plus.
Checkout timing is too early (10am) but as the compound was pretty empty, late check out by 12pm was allowed
Given the current situation and low season, it is a bit expensive.
At 240€/night details matter:
- no toilets amenities (Shower gel, shampoo) were provided,
- Security/Maintenance: maintenance staff should avoid perform routine maintenance works in the pool with the guest in the premises, or without their permission. The odd finding of staff in the “private garden”, definitively affects guests privacy, and notion of security.
- Difficult to access and find without gps. Better signals and labels should be considered from
Main road.
Should definitely look after this issues to keep up the advertised luxurious setting

Clean throughout. Even provided us a complimentary travel cot & feeding chair for our baby. Security helped us check in when out of hours. Reception lady always a great help with taxis & airport transfer.
20 minute walk to nearest grocery store. 5 min drive/30 min walk to city centre
