Wonderful property in a fabulous location.

The location was fantastic, enough on site to entertain the family if you fancied a day of staying put but still only a short walk into town with a lovely beach and lively evening atmosphere. Very relaxed feeling but still plenty to do. The property was a home from home, had to contact the owner at one point as we were locked out but he was with us within 20 minutes, resolved the issue and was very friendly and helpful. There is a Spar a few minutes walk away, bigger supermarkets are about a 10 minute drive. I would happily return to Carvoeiro and this property.

Nothing I didn't like but worth noting that many bars/ restaurants are cash only. Also the walk back from town, although a short distance is up hill and quite steep.

I would visit carvoeiro again but not this property due to the noise from the cocktail bar.

Lovely house. Great pool and pool bar. Just a short walk into the lovely town of Carvoeiro.

Noise from cocktail bar opposite the property was awful. The bar is located in the residential complex right beside houses and apartments and it has a license to serve until 2am. If you're looking for peace and quiet you wont get it at this house.

Great

The house was lovely, clean, comfortable and had everything you need. The complex was perfect, lovely pool, restaurants, bars and shop. Only a few minutes walk down to the town. A few more minutes to walk back up cause it's quite a hill but worth it. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend it.

Absolutely great.

Lovely villa in a great location for exploring the Algarve. Very well equipped with all we needed to feel at home for our 3 week stay. nice bars and restaurants in the immediate area and lots more down the hill in the town.

As the living room/kitchen is open plan with an open fireplace, it was a little cold for the first couple of days as the wind whistled down the chimney, and there is only one wall heater. However it soon warmer up and it would be a bonus in the summer. The hill climb was a bit of a challenge but helped improve our fitness.

it’s a great base for an Algarve holiday.

Great location for local restaurants and bar. easy access to the town but I’d recommend a cab back up the hill. well equipped and very homely. This was our third stay here.

Beautiful apartment with views of the sea, that is close to the village. Lovely complex as well. Three outside areas the kitchen was fully stocked.

The music from the bar on alternate nights was unnessarily loud. The table on the roof is a bit rickety.

It was an amazing holiday, we couldn't have asked for anything else and amazing value for money

We loved the house and location. Bedrooms were big and spacious and kitchen/lounge area was huge, and so modern. We had everything we needed. The washing machine was a bonus too. There were towels and even beach towels for us to use, even sun hats if we needed them. It was a short walk into the town, hills are quite steep but it was great to walk off a few calories. Tons of parking. The pool area was really nice and not busy and all the restaurants in the square were really nice too. A great place to stay and we can't wait to come back.

On a couple of nights the music was a little loud but nothing too crazy

Would stay again, like a home from home.

Would stay again! was very much a home from home. Location was excellent, set on a lovely resort. House was very clean on arrival. Kitchen - was very well equipped and easy to use. Bedrooms were spacious and had a bathroom each. Air con worked well. Balconies - one had views of the sea and the other had a view of the bars. (which was great when there was entertainment on) Living room - plenty of seating room, Wi-Fi and smart tv. Resort - lovely pools, was very thankful for the smaller pool too, which was very shallow and safe for our youngest. Nice assortment of bars and restaurants, inc pool bar/cafe.

We didn’t realise that there were no cleaners for the duration of our stay - inc clean towels/bedding. However, with the washing machine in the kitchen we did it ourselves. One bedroom was noisy when there was live entertainment from the bar. We moved the children into the back bedroom because of this, so thankfully this didn’t effect us too badly.

We will be back

We have just returned from a lovely 9 night stay at this property in May 2022. We are a family with 2 children aged 6 and this was the perfect accommodation to meet our needs. The house was so spacious, spotlessly clean and had a great range of appliances which helped to make it a home from home. The grounds were beautiful and our children loved playing in the pool - the bigger pool was heated which was great for this time of year, the sangria was lovely at the bar. Carvoeiro is a very special place which was made even better by having great accommodation. We were a short walk downhill to the beautiful beaches and restaurants. There was also excellent restaurants and live music in the square outside the house and we had some lovely nights on the roof terrace watching the world go by. We have already booked for next year, thanks from the Love family.

Fabulous

Overall, great value for money, close to amenities, good bar/restaurants within the resort...great pool which my children absolutely LOVED

I didn’t like that it can be tricky to find apartment...so as a tip use ‘Monte Carvoeiro/Tiffany’s pub when in a taxi. Last but not least, disappointingly, a very rude senior member of staff (I’m assuming he is staff) decided to contact me via text asking me to respect the wishes of who we assumed were the owners??? Long story short, I had asked for an extra bed thinking that the 2 beds would not be adequate for myself and children. However, it was indeed very much ok so as I was out, and the very lovely Eugenia came over to fix one of our lights in the bathroom, my sister politely asked if there was no charge for the bed. It appeared Eugenia was fine with this...and we assumed all was fine. I later received a very disrespectful message asking me to respect the rules and that it was stated at the time of the booking that whether I used it or not, I would have to pay (bearing in mind this is not stated anywhere!) and the tone of the message was quite disheartening- which almost spoilt the vibe for myself and family. With this, I would strongly advise that you ask as many questions as possible via booking. com so all is documented. I will sadly have to make a formal complaint about this to booking.com

Very nice area, nice apartment,good restaurants, close to pool and beach!

Good location. Close to beach and restaurants and small shops. Nice area. Entertainment every night down by the beach. Nice view and nice apartement with everything you need. Two bathrooms, one with bathtub. A small, but nice pool free to use by the apartment.

We were a familiy with two adults and two kids and we expericed that the water in the shower got could a couple of times when all of us were showering at the same time.
