It was in a good area for walking; lovely staff; good continental breakfast
The price was high; no lounge area

Locatie, Hartelijk personeel, ontbijt
Matras, kuil in het midden van de matrassen
4.1
Clean, staff friendly and helpful.
Proximity to town centre
Basement room was lovely, but there was some noise from the street. Also, pillow uncomfortable ( though we could have asked for another) .

This was our second stay. The location is perfect and there are restaurants nearby. The receptionist was helpful and the rooms are lovely with high ceilings.
There is no lift or elevator which may be hard for some older people.
4.1
Friendly helpful staff,
Good location not too far from city center,
Very clean and tidy rooms
Only thing was the bed was a bit small as was only a double (which i knew when we booked) but the mattress had a big dent on one side so it felt uncomfortable as we rolled into middle of the bed, only down side of the room, other wise great stay 😊
4.1
Great location, comfortable, clean, spacious, nice breakfast
Noisy - the windows let in noise from outside

Good location, comfy rooms. Beautiful building.
Staff were pleasant but haphazard and not across all the detail they need to be. Was also expensive for the facilities available (appreciate it was New Year’s Eve).

A bit small and tired

location
problems with rooms one was on 4th floor one ground. l had asked for lower floors. we are all seniors and l had had knee surgery.
property is very tired and dated needs refurbishment looks like a hotel from the eighties.
maintenance is poor , hooks off in bathroom peeling wallpaper.
it says it is 3 star but isn’t no bar or lounge so it is a bed and breakfast .
breakfast room small tables and cramped
staff are friendly but seem to be all students who have had limited training this was especially true at breakfast time as other guests tried to order and were not understood
no management available to talk to.
l did complain but was told the manager wasn’t able to see me. l found out the next day the manager looked after 4 hotels so had not been in the property when l complained. she did not ring me just left it to reception to apologise
whilst there another guest refused to stay in the room offered as the hotel was not as represented on your site.

Excellent location all staff very friendly and professional would recommend
Bath towel could have been a sheet little small

I walked in and within 10 mins I walked out. I was assigned a room on 4th floor, no lift. The place is nothing like the pictures which in comparison look heavily edited. The place is old and not in a good way : the wallpaper is peeling off the walls, there is a smell of dust everywhere which is mixed with bathroom lavender smell.

Perfect place to stay for an early hospital appointment. Bus stops to and from the city just outside. Lovely family run cafe just around the corner if needed.
4.1
Great location in inner city Dublin
Dublin is expensive but this property was expensive and not good value for money. Small room, noisy from outside traffic.

4.1
Good location for reaching the center walking. Some recommended pubs nearby.
Our room was under street level, which is not a pleasant place to be. Cars could be heard and seen from the window, since it was just down the road. Room was also extremely small, barely enough place to open two carry-on luggages.

This hotel is very close to the Gallery and various museums as well as Government offices. It is in an old Georgian building so the space is a little more constrained than purpose-built units.
Although situated at a busy junction, traffic noise was not a problem.
Breakfast was excellent with a good choice and some custom to order; great friendly staff eager to please.
Like all Dublin hotels, this was expensive for what you get. However, location outstanding.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location.
We were on the 4th floor, stairs are steep so not great for anyone with mobility issues. Thankfully the receptionist carried my case.
