My daughters and I liked everything...when we got there they wanted to have breakfast during their stay and were ready to explain the two types of breakfast and prices
The room had two single beds and a double bed, which I was happy with because I was counting on a single bed and a double bed and one of my daughters would have to sleep with me...but after all It wasn't necessary and each of us slept in our own very comfortable bed.

Close enough to pubs and restaurants but not in a busy area. We had a beautiful family room, nice and spacious modern and clean with lovely wooden floors and a great bathroom. Friendly staff accommodating a later arrival - good communication ahead of our trip. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything, the breakfast was excellent
My mattress was lumpy and could do with a new one on the double bed

The location was phenomenal! It was comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and very economically priced. The room cost was reasonable. It was nice to have an accommodation that we could bring our children to.
It was a bit dated and I heard the people above us for much of the night. It wasn’t particularly child-friendly (the bathroom door didn’t shut except from the inside, there was only one high chair at breakfast and at least 4 children who weren’t able to use one).

Staff were super friendly and helpful, room and en-suite facilities were very clean and well maintained. Room nice and warm, bed very comfortable.
Limited parking but was ok on weekend as could park on nearby street without additional charges.

Friendly service
We arrived at 12.30 the room was ready and we were giving the keys exceptionally early 2 pm is check in .
Friendly with my child who often wanted more milk and bags to tidy the room as we're there four days.
Selection of breakfast both very hard to choice as so lovely choices.
And I would definitely stay here again
My child lost her phien on checkout found promptly and sending in cargo back to us in UK.
Honesty and amqzing customer services
The location was a little far we did most commuting via uber
And some by air coach
The hotel is accessible by the 700 air coach a d was good service

Although out of the centre it was right by a bus stop.

breakfast was excellent and good value.
Room was clean, bed was standard double, Shower was good but high up, so difficult not to get your hair wet if you are not very tall!
Not used to a small bed for 2, but was fine

Location was perfect for us. We attended a convention at the RDS, so it was a little walk to the convention. I liked the type of house we were staying in.
A lot of steps and stairs to manoeuvre. Great if you are fit, but troublesome if you have Arthritis.

Very old rooms. There was hardly any water coming out of the shower, no water pressure at all. The room was clean though, but the whole property is old and way too expensive for more than €200 a night!
No water pressure

It is super clean , quiet and spacious. The receptionist very friendly, smiley and explained everything. Bus stop outside the hotel. Starbucks in 2 m. I really liked the info book in the room with all i should know during my stay: from room rules to close restaurants, sm, pharmacy stores, doctors and hospitals. Very well done!!
Everything was great. The best place to stay around Dublin.

Didn’t have breakfast. They should let people know there is no lift as I was up several flights of stairs and I use a cane.
Would like an option for lower floor as I use a stick. No lift.

Very clean location, excellent and plentiful breakfast. Located in a quiet residential area and excellent for getting to the centre (bus stop right in front) and also for getting from/to the airport (AirCoach stop a few minutes' walk away). Very kind in allowing luggage to be left before check in and after check out!
Very small room, some minor mainentance would be needed but overall very good for a weekend

Helpful staff, great location
The bed is right next to the window so lots of cold air coming through even tho it was closed. Also, the heating was off throughout the night so I was shivering all night and had to sleep with my coat and scarf on. Unbelievable! This was the most uncomfortable I have ever been.
