Lovely setting
For the size of the resort, very little space for swimming pools. Especially for family’s.
Asvertised room size of 360 m2 is actually 36 m2 with the rest being of the outdoor area…

We’ve been warmly welcomed by the entire staff. Breakfast and dinner have been great, same holds true for the spa (massages in particular). We enjoyed the benefits of a private butler service whom you could contact via WhatsApp the entire day. Special thanks to Dewi and Ricky, who looked after us during our stay and were extremely kind.
Unfortunately the resort did not meet our expectations when it comes to its cleanliness. Especially the restrooms at the forest pool need to be urgently renovated, towels at the pool and mattresses on the sun loungers need to be replaced! Same holds true for a couple of interiors in our villa, esp. in the bathroom.

The grounds are extensive, the river trail is gorgeous and the kids club/ tennis courts/ gym and yoga facilities are lovely. Breakfast was nice.
Dinner shows were enjoyable - please stick to authentic Balinese music not western style music and shows.
Sumi, Suttisna and Delem are exceptional staff very experienced and professional.
The villas and rooms are not clean, there are many dead bugs in corners and on canopies and curtains are not washed. This was not in line with the standard expected at this resort and for this price. Management did not get back to us when contacted even 4 days later and with reminders - the response was that your comments have been received. We felt our money was not well spent and that the resort didn’t really care.
Much of the staff are inexperienced. The pool staff didn’t stop other guests from being inappropriate and did not take action when a monkey disturbed the pool area - in fact ran away.
Kedak the valet/ shuttle driver was unprofessional trying to push his friends’ business services and making excessive personal conversation.
The villas are small for what you pay for there is a lot of outdoor space that you don’t use.

Ok. Mas qual o preço para o buffet? 35 dólares? A loucura total.

Nice resort. Facilities are clean and new.
I arrived around 3pm. The staff put me waiting in the lobby for almost 1 hr. At the same time, they gave a room to an American couple in 10min they arrived. The next day when I finished my massage around 12:30 (their only available time slot) and asked for a late check out around 1pm. The staff was rude and said no to me. I need to beg her for 15min to go back to the room and get changed. And the door key was expired so I had to go to reception again to validate it. To be honest it’s an awful experience for a luxury resort.

The resort is beautiful, would make a great work conference location. Very spread out which i wasn't expecting. Beautiful scenery and the staff are so helpful and gorgeous. The spa is epic and a must!! I highly recommend the jet lag massage. The food and drinks were delicious!! A short taxi or shuttle ride to Ubud town centre.
You need to change the bed in room 409. Any minor movement sets off a siren of squeaks and creaks from the wooden frame. Also the air conditioning unit is extremely loud even on the low setting. We had to turn it off to get to sleep. Also, the light switches trigger the bathroom lights. I would turn off the living room lights but this would turn on the bathroom lights. Minor tweaks, we had a great stay thank you very much! I also think you need another pool as for the size of your resort, the pool areas are small.

the attention to details, overall interior design, the places, the pool, quite place
not enough clean rooms for such place (dirty under the sofa)
too fat cuisine (I tried croissant, it was full of butter)
spa center - master did not perform the massage in a symmetrical way (made only one arm, one foot) and did not understand my asks easily

Massage is also open to external people who do not stay in the hotel. As guests we were told massage was not available due to demand from outside, which is awkward not to be prioritized as hotel guest. We managed to get a massage finally but had to try couple of times and ask again and again to make it happen.
