Das Personal war besonders freundlich und motiviert. Die gebuchte Tour war auf Grund des Fahrer (Citna) besonders gut. Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits und ist sehr ruhig.

Everything about the stay was amazing. From the location being in relaxing place in the jungle to the suburb staff. The view from my room over the infinity pool with monkeys playing right next to me were a once in a lifetime experience.
Everything was great during my time there!

We had the room with walk in swimming pool straight from our bedroom and it was phenomenal, staff were soooo nice and caring. It was real hidden paradise!

The staff went beyond helpful to be accommodating to us. We noticed a funny smell when we checked in, we were in a new room within 5 mins. The food at the restaurant, breakfast and cocktails were so reasonable in price and of such good quality.

This place was a hidden gem slightly outside Ubud Center. We celebrating our wedding ceremony here too, and was there in contact with the management ahead of arrival. Everything went super smoothly, the room was a dream, food was fantastic (the dinner was the best local food we have had in all our time in Bali), and all the activities we participated in arranged by the hotel were so special and well-organised. We ended up our 3 weeks travels in Asia with 2 nights here, and indeed it was the grand finale that we hoped for! A special thanks to all the staff, who all did a fantastic job!

I booked garden view rooms . The bathrooms had basic fillings
It’s open bath concept but the walls were not fully covered and felt unsafe

We stayed here for my 30th birthday and cannot recommend enough. The staff were kind enough to lay out 'happy birthday' in flowers on our floor when we checked in which was a lovely surprise.
Location and views are amazing and the staff COULD NOT BE NICER!!
Everyone was so kind, friendly and accommodating and you could easily chat to the staff for a while.
We ate there for both breakfast and lunch and the food was brilliant (the nasi goreng was some of the best we had in Bali).
The bed we had was a little squeaky and we had some challenges getting the overhead shower to work so just used the handheld shower instead. Both minor things and overall a nice stay.

Such a peaceful tranquil location, I got lost looking towards the river valley
The pillows are huge but the staff kindly gave us smaller ones for our remaining nights

The location, nature, outside
The bathroom outside was not that comfortable, and there was a gap between the leaf and people could see us from upstairs.

We stayed in a garden view villa room. We enjoyed the pool. The bar area upstairs is lovely and the view is fantastic. Cocktails were nice. The setting of the hotel is beautiful.
We had a bad experience with the food at the hotel restaurant. Would strongly advise against eating at the hotel. Ate in the restaurant first night and the food was quite bad - duck was terrible very burnt. Also my boyfriend ate chicken Caesar salad for lunch and got very sick that night, could only assume it was the salad because we ate the same things otherwise. Possibly bad chicken or salad washed in tap water. Food was the only bad experience at this hotel though.

Lovely place with great views from the main pool, restaurant and bar.Staff where always friendly and helpful. They arranged all our transport and a local cooking class which was exceptional. The morning class is the best as you then get to visit the local market.Loved the main pool. Its not near the centre of Ubud but that's what we like.Ubud is crazy busy. The monkeys visited us in the trees outside our room.
Our honeymoon room didn't have a view others might .I also didnt find it very private. You can see the next rooms pool and verandah. The pillows where extremly large and hard.

The staff went above and beyond for my family. We were travelling with our 1 year old and they went out of their way to get us a cot and retrieved our keys after the bub threw them over the balcony into the jungle. I couldn’t speak highly enough of them.
The hotel is not very baby friendly.

The setting of the hotel was beautiful, overlooking the top of a beautiful forested valley below. Making for a very tranquil experience.
The first driver that was organised for us by the hotel, Ogik, was the best driver we'd had during our trip to Bali. He was so kind, didn't push us to book tours, shared his knowledge of Balinese culture and the sights of Ubud, and was a very safe driver - we can't recommend him enough for anyone looking to explore Ubud and the surrounding areas.
The hotel is a little worn down in areas, with old linen and general wear and tear throughout the room. This is fine, but considering the price we at least expected towels and sheets with no stains and taters all over.
We had a rather bizarre incident with one of the hotel drivers, Oka, who gave us a lift into town and used the opportunity to ask us quite inappropriate questions and comments about the other drivers we'd used during our stay. For example asking us how much we'd paid them and criticising the size of their cars in comparison to his own, even referring to our other driver as a "little man". We had the best experience with this other driver, Ogik, throughout our stay, so found the whole exchange very uncomfortable. This then escalated further when Oka complained to the hotel after we had booked a separate tour directly with Ogik, that he shouldve been chosen for the tour by the hotel, when we had in fact booked it completely separate from the hotel. The hotel then contacted us (via our room phone at 9pm at night - while we were trying to sleep) requesting we provide a verbal recording as proof to Oka that we did not book through the hotel. The manager Rahayu also sent us a message on WhatsApp asking us to rate our tour driver when we hadn't even booked through the hotel! It was a very strange experience and we did not appreciate being brought into the driver politics during our stay.

The view from the rooms, garden and bar is just spectacular! the peace and amazing care you will get is just amazing. We had a room with the infinity pool and you could watch monkeys directly room there playing on the pool ridge. Just amazing stay!

The most amazing stay just outside of Ubud. Can definitely recommend for a more quiet setting overlooking the most gorgeous tropical forest!
