Great spot, close to town.

Great spot, a short walk along the lake into town. Room was comfortable for a family of 4 and good value.

Facilities could do with a little maintenance overall.

Excelente hotel en Queenstown

Muy cómodo, limpio y con habitaciones amplias. Personal de recepción encantador, especialmente Maca, quien nos dio mucha información sobre Queenstown y los alrededores, un activo muy importante para el hotel.

Served our needs.

Staff were friendly and attentive. Room was comfortable, but the whole facility is a little dated. Walk into town was a pleasant 15 mins. Bus stop is directly outside and departs every 15 mins until 7pm then every 30 min after that. Uber to town or from town was $10. The pool and spa was a good way to relax after an adrenaline packed day!

Dated. I would stay again if The Heritage Queenstown was cheaper or the place was renovated.

Best Hotel in Queenstown!

Loved everything especially the beds. They were super comfortable! loved the pools, sauna and spa area especially our toddlers. the view is phenomenal 😍 ❤️ the buffet on site was a 10/10. Will be back for sure!!!!!

Maybe an aircon inside the bathroom to recycle the air in there. But other than that, perfect!

Beautiful but dusty

Location is awesome, great views and breakfast was delicious

Staff were all lovely except my room was soooo dusty! I was sneezing the first night because my bed side tables with everything on it was covered in dust and when I rang and asked for my dusty tables to be wiped down when they came to make bed etc it was never passed on so I had to ring again and get some one to come up

Tout : emplacement, vue, confort, literie, bon petit déjeuner, bon dîner. Pas très loin du centre-ville, la vue est superbe. Le restaurant est de qualité. Le chauffage est bon.

Stunning views

Beautiful accommodation with stunning views of the snowcapped mountains, from our lakeside room with a balcony. The spa and sauna was nice to be in during the cold weather. The buffet breakfast was good.

The bed was 2 single beds pushed together. They both were very soft, one a lot more than the other and also dipped down more. I prefer firm matress, which made sleep uncomfortable for me. We stayed 2 nights, and one of the nights the carpark was full, which made us have to pack across the road. They must check, because we were only charged car parking for 1 night.

Great location and comfortable stay

The bus stop and free parking across the road made it really handy. There is a spa and sauna which was nice to come back to at end of the day. The rooms and beds were huge and comfortable. It was a clean space and staff were good.

Some facilities such as pool area could be updated.

Great family get away with great space and views.

The rooms were very spacious and modern with amazing views across the lake and moutains. We had two family suites with two rooms joining (four rooms in total). For our family holiday to celebrate a big birthday, the location, room and views were awesome.

Although the stay was really good, I think the restaurant could up their game on service and dinner menu options. The rooms weren't cheap, but for a special ocasion there was alot of space and views were stunning.

Breakfast choice was great. Lovely outlook from dining area. Bus stopped right outside hotel. So cheap to use. Quiet spot.

Alot of children in the hot tub even quite late at night put us off using it.

Best Hotel in Queenstown.

The facilities are exceptional. This definitely is the place to stay in Queenstown. There is no road noise or other noises to keep you awake, very quiet hotel rooms. Rooms are great value, food was excellent and staff very helpful.

Hotel didn’t give a warm, welcoming feeling- it was all about getting our money as quickly as possible.

Due to booking process being confusing I overlooked adding breakfast. I asked to add breakfast at time of checking in at the slightly discounted price but was refused. as a consequence we only took breakfast once during our stay. This was a poor decision by the manager as the loss to the hotel was greater than the discounted rate requested. The buffet breakfast was made anyway!

Room was spacious and bed was comfy. Staff were helpful and efficient. Breakfast was good - lots of choice. When walking from the town centre the hill to property was pretty steep !!

didn’t live up to expectations

We enjoyed the close convenience to town. Most of the staff extremely friendly and polite.

- Windows not double glazed so road noise was an issue, - WIFI was useless, unreliable if I was here on business - We weren’t given the forest room I booked weeks in advance. - Hidden surcharge was added when we booked in.

The room was lovely and clean, the beds were super comfortable and the setting is just wonderful. A quick walk into town as well. The staff at reception were very friendly and accommodating.

I would have liked more options for herbal tea.

Great location

The hotel was in a great location within a nice short stroll to the town center. Great views of the lake.

Room seemed well equiped for cold weather but not for summer with no air con or fan. It was a bit of a hot box on sunny days. Bathrooms a bit dated with low ceilings so not ideal for a tall person trying to shower.

Could be better

Nice quiet location. Decent selection at the bar.

Room felt a bit dated, and expensive for what it was. The whole place seems a bit odd with only a select few rooms having good views. The experience was also frustrating as we spent a whole night waiting to do washing - only three machines for the entire hotel, with everyone wanting to wash. Stayed up to the early hours of the morning waiting for it to be completed.
