The room location is great with unobstructed views. The staff were friendly and helpful and on-site parking was a bonus.
The room was very small with inside seating for one person. I was expecting a little more space for the price. Temperature could not be adjusted and spent the first night uncomfortable.

The property is beautiful
for 3 people they gave us the smallest room with only two towels two glasses two cups no view of outside at all

设施是比较新的
房间内非常小,走廊是开放式的,类似汽车旅馆,却拍照宣传得像5星级,也非常贵,非常不值。过度宣传。

amazing views and overall exceptional stay. The Staff were super friendly and very helpful. The food at the hotel was incredible and certainly didn't disappoint. Our family had a wonderful stay here. we will certainly be back!
friendly staff, amazing hotel food and breathtaking views in a quiet location that's still close to town.

Quiet peaceful location
Beautiful views and exceptional breakfasts
Loved being able to park right outside our room.
A drive to town. Very expensive dinner options and no other option.
Pretty expensive for the room and facilities

Staff were nice, however, I booked this hotel especially for the views which impressed me last year when I came for breakfast. I was extremely disappointed this year however, to be confronted by all the noise and excavation work in front of the hotel. Had I been made aware of this before hand, would not have booked - especially for the price point. Even though I was offered a complimentary spa, I opted out in the end because looking over an excavation pit is not my definition of luxury and not, what I want to be staring at. Management should’ve been more transparent about these works and because of their lack of transparency, I would not stay there again.
The horrible excavation taking place - see what I wrote above. Management should’ve been transparent about this, or at the very least, offered a discount for the price point. The front desk staff, whist very friendly and offering a later checkout and complimentary spa, overlooking a mound of gravel and trucks does not behoove a relaxing and luxurious spa. For this reason alone, I felt my stay was ruined.

amazing views at the Nest Restaurant, awesome kamana soak.

It was a great location - we were very fortunate to be upgraded to a lake view with the remarkable and it was STUNNING! I would happily pay for that view. The rooms were clean, the bed soft but comfortable. The inclusion of the hot tub looking over the same room view was also great! Staff were extremely friendly. Excellent place to stay!
Our first night we had 4 power cuts which obviously can’t not be helped, however we had very little communication from the staff as to what was happening.

Extremely beautiful and scenic property, great rooms and kind staff. Location is perfect and only a 15 min walk from the centre or a quick bus ride.
We loved it and can’t wait to return!
For such a tech forward hotel, my only suggestion would be to install doorbells for the rooms, it was a little off putting hearing such loud knocking on other guests doors to deliver their breakfasts early in the morning, otherwise it was extremely quiet around the hotel property.

Most amazing view from Lake Wakatipu, with great service, food and service. Had everything we expected and more. Great way to stay in Queenstown and will certainly be back!
Dinner could be served until 10pm and not 9pm, would allow us to spend more time in town before heading to dine at hotel. Otherwise all perfect!

View is exceptional
Not much!

Location on Fernhill and views of mountains/lake
Twin beds were pushed together to make a King bed. Fridge is actually a “cooler”, not a fridge. People would come from spa in their robes and get a cocktail at bar while people trying to have a nice evening in restaurant. Gross and weird!

Design of the room
we booked an expensive room with a view of the Remarkables. They call it the Remarkable Room.
The view we did have was of the CAR PARK and then if you stood at the window, a small piece of the Remarkables and the lake.
Their response was - it's a lot better than the other rooms which have zero view.

I loved the atmosphere and the smell of the interior as soon as I walked in. It was a relaxing space with amazing amenities which included a Nespresso coffee machine in the room, an Alexa, robe, and not to mention the bathroom supplies like toothbrush, razor, makeup wipes.

Property was great
We couldn’t get a seat at the restaurant
Our order - Cheese board was below standard
It took a while for someone to take her order

The rooms where very clean and comfortable and the beds where amazing with feather and down mattress covers and good pillows. Very nice toiletries, nice clean towels and nice Nespresso coffee pods however you only got 2 per person and 1 satchet of Hot chocolate per person and lots of tea bags. Staff where pleasant and friendly
We paid extra for the view but it was partially covered by the reception and dining room which was a little disappointing. The hot tubs where an extra $100 per hour which seemed steep after paying well over $1,000 for 3 nights. The complex itself felt like a motel rather than a hotel. Restaurant menu was limited to a 3 course meal which did not appeal to us.
