the location and room were good.
The shower sprayed water everywhere, Also we couldn't get a second lot of 24 hours on the parking app. and ended up paying full price after the 24 hours.
4.5
The location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance. Eat Street is just next to the hotel. The breakfast was good, good choice of meals. The room was clean, the bed was so comfortable.

Great location and amenities
there was food in our hallway from the moment we got there till we left. there were only two towels in the room even though we booked for 4 people.
when we went to check out there was a lady standing behind the desk who would look at us but didn't acknowledge us at all so we had to wait for the other person to check in two others before we were served.

Some of the staff were very helpful
Damaged furniture in rooms, carpets messy

Always clean and tidy
Great hosts on arrival and throughout the duration of my stay
4.0
Good location, handy to places to eat. Car parking near by and only a shirt walk into the CBD
Check in! Seemed slow with lots of time spent by staff looking at computer screens while I waited.
4.5
The breakfast was amazing and kid friendly. The kitchen staff were very friendly too.
No pool or spa facility.

Good location
The bathrooms were filthy. Unsure how is a 4 star hotel with bathrooms like that. The more I looked the more I saw and the worse I felt. Booked this place for the pool. Then the pool was closed too.

Location, staff and room were good.
No pool, no notification that this was under maintenance and nothing on the website to say its out of action.
We only chose the place because of the thermal pools.
3.0
The location and the lovely female chef, she was the only super friendly, helpful staff member we came across.
The pool was out of action and this was not disclosed before we booked. With two young kids this was the whole point of booking here. We then had to move hotels to find somewhere with a working pool.
The staff were there to check you in and that was about all they were capable of. The lack of service was ridiculous, some serious training is required.
The beds move as they are on wheels but I’m unsure why as they had clearly never been moved to vacuum under, yuck!!!!
As you entered the room, the vent was falling down.
All round disappointing. Won’t be going back.

Location, bed, pillows, breakfast, restaurant recommendation (atticus finch rest was great!)
Wet bedding which took an hour to get replaced, under-resourced house keeping team at night (only 1 person, hotel very full). Tap ware throughout is old and manky. Shower curtain in a hotel of this price is low grade.
3.5
The room was comfortable it would of been better if their were more areas that are kid friendly. And to have specific parking for novetel customers only had to move vehicles late at night because the lake of car parks
Not knowing our room already had drawing on the wall and damages to the wall before we checked in, but I let the desk lady know of the damages which we did not do.. just I case they were to charge us for them.

Nothing except the location. Good location for breakfast as well.
Worst hotel experience ever!! We stayed for three nights and both days our rooms were not serviced. Except the front desk manager guy (Connor I think), rest of the staff members were unfriendly and non supportive. Had terrible service for the morning breakfast too.

spa, pool , private pool, restaurant, staff smiling
room is dirty

I especially liked that the washing machine and drying machine were free to use. The location is perfect to either walk around the lake or go to the "eat street" food location. Parking is manageable if you have a hire car. - you can either park on the street for free if there is a spot or pay $15 a day in their parking facility. We parked on the street both days we were there and it was fine.
Our only complaint is that the coffee/tea cups were way too small. You need to stock the rooms with mugs.

Location
Service was poor. Facilities outdated. Staff not helpful. Price was way too much for what you get.
3.5
Great location close to lake and restaurant area.
Facilities quite dated. Old bathroom fittings - switch from bath to shower didn’t work.

The room was comfortable and the location was awesome. Staff were very friendly
The property needs some upgrade. The carpets, curtains, lobby all where too tired. The bathroom fitting while functional looks from the 80's or 90's. Check in process was slow, got the room after couple of hours from check in time.

Localização. Estrutura. Restaurante. Espaço recepção. Limpeza.
4.5
Friendly staff. Clean environment. Good facilities. Located near the waterfront but with Eat Street very closeby.
no down side.
3.5
Tidy room amazing views of the lake. Central to city centre. Large fridge. Would return.
Carpet and decor in room showing wear and tear. Otherwise good standard.

The property is in a prime location. Close to lake and restaurants etc. Building itself is nice and has a great frontage with bar and outdoor seating. Layout was good and amenities are very good especially for families.
The property is slightly dated. Rooms were fine but the bathrooms definitely need upgrading. Lobby area had carpet lifting that could be hazardous for elderly or disabled folks.
3.5
The room had a damp smell. The carpet was stained and did not look very clean.
The bars were noisy. I asked the receptionist to extend our stay - she gave me the impression she had done it,
but was not clear that I needed to book it myself.
Towels were not replaced until late evening.

Nice clean rooms with your typical hotel basic facilities. Loved the location. Walking distance to lake and shops and eat street. Great place to stay if you have function on at the Events Centre.
The breakfast buffet is not value for money. Not much choice. Had a look first and decided to go elsewhere.

Hotel room was large. We booked Lakeside room with sweeping views of the lake. Excellent location to great restaurants.
The in room dining was fantastic with excellent choice and yummy menu.
The toilet seat was loose and needed fixing. We asked a couple of times and they eventually fixed it.
4.0
The staff were very helpful and prompt to respond to requests for pool towels and room towels. They were also fantastic and cleaning the rooms. I definitely think the pool could do with an update. It is tired and worn out. Also the laundry on level 1... those machines could do with a really good clean. Staff amazing but the owners need to fix up a few things.

My daughter likes there was a pool, spa, and geothermal pools.
There was a lack of pool towels, and we had to use our own towels from our room. These were not replaced or our room serviced when we had been out all day. The tea cups were also still dirty. I called reception to have new towels brought up. After we received the fresh towels, there was a knock on the door to ask if the room had been serviced. I thought this was strange. I said we had new towels and tea bags. I had to wash up the cups in the sink as they were not cleaned.
The next day, I put the door sign that we were out in the hope the room would be cleaned. However, the same thing happened. It was about 4pm when we got in, and I was just about to make a cup of tea when they came to make the room up. When she finished, I realised she had taken the milk I was using for my tea. I called for more milk, which took 3 hours.
The air-conditioning seemed to have a mind of its own. It was set to the coldest setting, and yet warm moist air was coming out. I held my hand to the vent but couldn't feel anything. The extractor vent in the bathroom was covered in dust, and no air was being extracted.

Friendly staff and close to town
Rooms uncleaned and overall property was uncleaned with spider webs in the bedroom and bathroom.
4.5
Perfect location close to restaurants and a range of other activities and trips. Great breakfast.
Cost of drinks compared to other local bars. As a result we only had one drink in the bar area and chose to drink in the local bars and restaurants. Such a shame as the bar area was very pleasant.

We loved the location, staff, facilities and the breakfast.
We did not like the location of our room due to the nightly loud music from across the road which played on till late. It was hard to get my daughter to sleep. Staff were great and informative.
4.5
Localisation parfaite : en face du lac et d'un parc de jeux pour les enfants, à côté de la rue piétonne de restaurants.
Buffet de petit déjeuner très généreux.
Spa pool d'eaux thermales excellent.

Bed was comfortable.
The feather pillows were very flat. The building is a bit dated. Shower over bath.

You's need to add on the bond deposit thats not mentioned when we booking.

Needed a booklet or map of the facility in the room. Continental breakfast was great.
