We’ve stayed here twice now, 1st time when we got married in Queenstown and 2nd for our anniversary. Love the fact that it is a complete apartment with full use kitchen and laundry. Location/views are spectacular. Fireplace is a lovely added luxury.
4.0
Great views.
No Netflix. Room service changed towels and made bed but did not clean.
2.5
Good location but access due to roadworks onto busy road.
There is no full size bath, just a half bath with shower over it. The description needs to be amended.
They had made the bed with a single sheet not a queen therefore shortsheeted the bed. Also there was stain on duvet. Only discovered on check out.
Generally room needed a deep clean.
Lighting is terrible in room. So dark. Difficult to work on laptop.
Lots of stairs. If you have lots of luggage, this is challenging.
2.5
Great location and the size of the rooms are lovely.
It’s quite dated and we paid extra for a view of the lake but it was a view of the car park. Not as advertised.
3.5
Amazing views with easy walk to town and Queenstown Gardens.
Staff very approachable and accommodating in helping when we needed.
Room comfortable but a bit dated. With the view and fireplace this made the stay totally worth it.
Room cleaning, done late in afternoons despite having sign on door to make up room.
Rubbish not taken away daily.
4.0
Great location easy access by car to centre and airport. good under ground car parking and beautiful views from lounge window. Kitchen bathroom and laundry facilities excellent and overall property very comfortable.
Disappointed both bedrooms didn’t have an outlook to lakeside view

Rooms were awesome, just had a wee bit of trouble with the blinds not really blocking out the light to go to sleep (or rather have a sleep in!) but otherwise, lovely modern, warm rooms.
Small comms error when checking in where we got overcharged, but this was very quickly rectified by the reception team, and it was an innocent error.
4.5
The location and free parking.
Inside the room was still visible from outside, even tho the blinds were closed.
4.5
Lovely apartment with a beautiful view.
Great facilities, free parking, use of a washing machine and tumble dryer right outside the apartment
The only thing I could grumble at was that the coffee table and dining table really had seen better days and should be replaced, lots of scuffs and water marks on them and they looked tatty.

Location was perfect, the views from the room were amazing, our room was huge and so cosy and warm day and night, shower was great, everything was clean and tidy, coffee machine, heat pump and a gas fire, bed was comfy, just loved the entire place and will definitely book here again when we come back!
2.5
close to town,
shared apartment, very noisey could hear guests in room next door talking , noise all night, paid extra for breakfast included , breakfast for the whole stay was a couple of bits of bread an some fruit left in the fridge with a bottle of juice.
5.0
The location is great. Walking distance to town, great views and the staff a very friendly and helpful.
The cleaners that came through were very polite and did a great job everyday with the rooms.
The pillows were very uncomfortable and the parking was an issue. There was a tank on our side and with a large car it was an issue. The spaces are already small enough. No elevator so carrying bags to the top can be an adventure.
3.0
Location, price, general layout and standard
The bathroom exhaust fan was disturbingly loud. How can one have a bath or spend time in there with such a loud fan. Much to be fixed.
4.0
Location: can walk to cbd
Confortabke bed.
Has toiletries.
Good facilities inside the room.
No lift.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Have stayed before and had a lovely room with a view. The room for the last stay was at the back of a unit. It was small with view of a walkway. The aircon unit was too small to deal with the solar gain.
Guess I didn't read the description well enough because I had stayed before. Bottom line was could have gotten a lot more for the price. Stayed in a place that was $100 cheaper per night on our return to Queenstown and although older was much more pleasant and way better value.
Overall very disappointed.
2.5
We enjoyed the great Bathroom amenities
The laundry being able to be utilised by anyone at anytime of the day, even at ungodly hours of the night (eg. 11pm - 1am both washing machine and dryer!!!)
This is extremely unfair for anyone with a bedroom directly outside the laundry facilities… Paying customers should be guaranteed a laundry sound free sleep regardless of quality of room. Unfortunately the quality of your neighbours can influence the quality of your stay quite drastically.
3.0
good sized room.
1. my studio villa was by Frankton road and there was a LOT of noise from the traffic. Unpleasant surprise. 2. the breakfast was prepared cold and left in our fridge the night before. It was not worth the money we paid. ($15 pp per day)

Location
Property was wayyyyy overpriced for what was offered. Room was very low grade with broken items aplenty. Gas Fire place spontaneously exploded, throwing stones onto the floor. Staff were great about moving us but being told we ‘got a free upgrade’ wasn’t really a ‘free upgrade’ when there was scaffolding and debris from roof work all over
The balcony, so couldn’t use it anyway. $413.10 for a night was outrageous for what we got. Would not stay again.

The appartment was clean and facilities good
The road to cross has no crossings and was very busy

Location
First of all, the staff is very rude and have no manners talking to customer. It should not be rated 5 star by booking.com.
And worst thing is went we reached the property, there was no one to help us with the luggage. And they tell me that air conditioning in one room is not functioning. So I ask what can they do for me, they said nothing can be done and just say sorry.
Another thing is the breakfast. They charge me 80 NZD for a loaf of bread and some jam and milk. But when I booked in booking.com they said it’s continent breakfast.
The worst thing is the staff had no manners.
When I was telling them about my problem, the 2
Staff took it as a joke and laugh together in front of me.
I would like booking.com to investigate how did they give this hotel a 5 star rating.
1.5
They stored our luggage and spool was ok but only 1 for large complex
Access from car parking to rooms is difficult with many stairs or very steep ramp. The studio is tiny and has no lake view
4.0
There was an excellent view of the lake. However road just in front had heavy traffic
Was a bit too much light in the room
3.5
view and parking
Spa out of order when that what we wanted. Poor result
2.5
Clean, ample parking, comfortable
Location, on a busy main road. A little bit too far from centre to comfortably walk into town each night to eat. Nothing else locally to walk to.
4.0
Accommodation is located in the city and well maintained
We couldn't come on the said date due to flight cancelation and it wasn't considered for refund. We have checked if there is any option but it was not answered properly. Promised spa service was also broken for the full week and we couldn't use it
5.0
I felt comfortable and well looked after. I stayed in the Alpine studio although there weren't many views we still enjoyed the room and how homey it felt. Favorite part was probably the shower and bath.
2.0
The beds
The place is outdated and things were broken. I feel you'd get better value for money in a hostel. Be careful with the shower, you turn it on and the hose squirts up and looses control
4.0
convenient location and not too busy around it
1.5
No handicap accessible rooms. I was with a family member who walked with the aid of a walking stick. In order to get into our room we had to park in the garage, get our bags and then walk up stairs that was the equivalent of 2 regular staircases and then walk up another flight of stairs. No regular TV. My elderly family member was not able to shower because the bath tub had a very high side that she was not able to climb over.
3.0
Great view, well appointed.
Easter weekend, staff non responsive to us about heating issue. If they checked never told us.
Spa does not have parking if you are in far building, seriously???
Walk to downtown would be a challenge unless you are an experiencedbackpacker!!
2.5
it was clean and close to town
We were in a tiny room that doesn’t at all look like any of the pictures. decent coffee and tea with the ‘breakfast’ would have been nice
1.0
I like the location and car parking
The bed wasn't comfy, not a cutlery provider and not enough butter and jam for breakfast, the carpet was quite dirty and it was a struggle to shut the door because the carpet and also blind didn't close properly on the bottom side.
5.0
Was a great place to stay for the night before taking off to Sydney the next day. Relaxing and clean. Thank you!
