Convenient to local amenities. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Beds were very comfy!

Would rather pay extra for a decent room. The two older blocks definitely need an upgrade.

Had a restaurant on site. Close to all amenities.

Room I was in needed an upgrade, very small. Outside light on overnight shone right into bedroom space. Whilst I acknowledge this has to stay on for security reasons it could be a downlight.

Lovely setting. Friendly staff at reception. Clean room.

My bed was strangely uncomfortable- sort of on a lean so I didn't sleep very well. The bathroom fan clicked which was annoying.

Terrible internet. View of unweeded garden and entire block of uncleaned Rooms. Rooms vv small/compact. It's overpriced for what it is. Did eat there as read reviews.

Reasonable place to stay but not exceptional however you have to keep in mind it is a remote location.

location was good. easy to walk to restaurants

we got upgraded to their 5 star sister property but it was not 5 star! The bath robe in the wardrobe has been used and our face washers were taken away by the turn down service and not replaced.

the amazing view of the town and glacier, waking up to snow covered hills, great location to restaurants, friendly staff made takeaway coffee for us in the morning

there were no elevators so taking all of the bags for a family of 5 upstairs was a challenge, but doable!
