Location was good
Room size could have been bigger

The view was great, the facilites of our room and the resort were very good. The location was cental and easy to access the beach and restaurants and cafes.
The only downside of the location was that it was noisy at times. Our room was on the side of the building that trucks used to access the shops nearby and they could be noisy occasionally.

Location was great, staff were fantastic, facilities were good. The view was amazing!!
The toilet in our room could’ve done with a more thorough clean ie walls & tops of wall tiles were grubby - it stunk !

It was a perfectly placed unit including our bedroom. We had a sea view and a river view. I would stay again and ask in advance for the same room. It had a well equipped kitchen and was an easy, comfortable unit for four people to stay for a long weekend.
The toilet was exceptionally small.

People and location all good.
Bath and shower not user friendly

Easy check-in, plentiful parking, and perfectly located to the wonderful beach and amenities.
While we didn't have a beach view (who needs it when it's across the road?) we were able to leave the balcony door open all night to catch the nice southerly breezes to keep the room feeling cool and fresh without the A/C.
The block-out curtains worked well and our bedroom had sliding doors to make the room darker, which gave us a more restful night's sleep. The Queen bed was comfortable.
The kitchen while compact was sufficient for our basic needs and since there is an abundance of good restaurants, eateries, bars, cafes and the Surf Club all within strolling distance, cooking probably won't figure into most people's requirements.
The room was very clean.
The bedroom was a bit cramped between the bed and the wardrobe. There was one fold-out luggage stand which fitted in the wardrobe with my bag on it but then the sliding door wouldn't close ... not a major problem as I needed to get into the bag each day, just seemed a bit odd. It was a bit of a struggle wrestling the bag (medium 68cm) in and out of the wardrobe, it was a pretty tight fit. I think it'd be very difficult with a large 74cm bag.
We wish hotels could offer more than one luggage stand for the other travelling companion whose bag had to sit on the floor.
The room lacked a dining table inside but I was able to work on my notebook on the coffee table. There wouldn't be enough room for a table and chairs anyway.
The lounge wasn't comfortable as it was actually a fold-out bed with plywood boards placed over the mattress bit which made the cushions feel hard.
The sole TV in the main room was very small, not that we wanted to watch it.
We were told the room was recently refurbished but didn't really look it with its old oyster lights and dim incandescent bulbs. It wasn't a problem and we would be disappointed to be given an unrenovated room if that was the case.
I had problems with the free Wi-Fi. I'm an IT guy, it was patchy and slow but this is pretty normal for free Wi-Fi in Australian hotels so I used my 4G hotspot during our stay which worked perfectly with excellent 4G reception.
Don't get me wrong, despite these minor inconveniences we definitely enjoyed our stay here as we were able to easily work around them.

The location is excellent. You are spoilt for choice for restaurants close by.
The room is old and tired. We have been staying there for many years. The room needs a refurbish, the lights need to be replaced. Our daughter stayed in an another room in the resort that had been refurbished and it was lovely. The zigzag room configuration of our room was not good, the walk through the two-bathroom doors and across the corridor to the toilet was not good. After a few times of being assigned this same room I would love to provide some ideas for changing the rooms to be more functional. I

location..we didn't have to drive..shops, cafe, beach all walking distance. love the little shops like Vietnam and Thai resto, lots of ice creams. staff is top notch. we came a bit early as to avoid traffic, reception gave us key to park our car and exploring b4 our room ready at 12. Then we had trouble with our fridge, the maintenance or the management gave us bar fridge to stocks our foods even though it was good Friday.

Location was perfect! View amazing! Kids love the pool area.
Room looking a little dated. Hot water very average but these did not worry us too much

The location is excellent and very close to patrolled beach, restaurants and the surf club and sea life aquarium. 506 has a very long veranda and good view of the beach from most rooms. The unit had ample cutlery and crockery for our stay.
Stayed in room 506. The fridge had a shelf in the door that had a broken support. It been placed in fridge as if OK to use. I placed a bottle of wine and shelf and bottle fell out onto the tiled floor (a miracle the bottle didn't break). The fridge and bin cupboard had a nasty smell of fish(?) from previous tenants. (The ice maker was also broken) Time for a new fridge. The knives in the draw were dirty with caked on food remains. The layout of the unit is not good. The shower door in the main bathroom opens inwards, and the ensuite shower is very cramped - found impossible to safely give a shower to a 5 and a 3 y.o. (There is no bath). The AC works very well but impossible to control, it is freezing, even at 24C and low fan and it was hot when turned off. So continually turning it on and off.

Booked this for my wife who went to study a short course. The room and bathroom were clean and modern, the bed was comfortable, with nice clean white sheets, great view of the beach between the buildings. An excellent location next to the beach, restaurants shops and cafes. Great for the solo traveller, She felt safe. Free parking is available underneath, which was great for her she rented a car. The kitchen amenities were good as she also prepared her own food.
Some of the cutlery and glasses were dirty. A little skimpy on soap, shampoo and conditioner for a 4-night stay. It's still a short stay and not worth buying these products as I can't take them home on the plane.

location
confusion on which room i booked as i had to book indirectly and the description of the room was not what i thought i had booked through booking.com
4.2
The location is second to none and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
The apartment was a great size and appeared to have recently been refreshed with a coat of paint and new furniture.
The kitchen was functional but given it was a self-catering apartment, it probably lacked a few utensils, storage containers and a decent crockery set (very small plates). The exhaust over the stove worked but was quite old and damaged. I also found the bed to be too firm for my liking
4.2
Position of apartment in regards to view of beach and marina. Access to beachfront shops cafes etc. Ease of parking
Didnt need a bath with shower over. prefer a standard shower setup.
4.2
Location, facilities were good but needed maintenance
Smoking on the balcony next to us meant we were forced indoors in three occasions which is disappointing when you are paying for a balcony with a water with a water view
4.2
Everything, especially the bed. Would love to stay again.
Nothing.
4.2
Great location, spacious, basic but with all necessary amenities
No issues
4.2
The location was brilliant and the staff were great.
Having a roof top spa overlooking the beach and river was really nice.
The room was a tad small and over due for a reno, but cleaning was what let the place down, it badly needed a good deep clean.
4.2
central to everything, clean , very quiet
the fire alarm that went off and no communication as to what was happening till after it was turned off
4.2
The resort is in a very convenient location just across from the beach, and there are an abundance of restaurants within walking distance. There was a rooftop spa & bbq area which was so nice to relax. There was a washing machine/clothes dryer in the room which made laundry easy for us. Also loved having the balcony in our room with an outdoor table & chairs! There was free parking too :)
It seems that it is in need of renovations as we noticed paint peeling off walls. The room was also just poorly designed space wise. You had to awkwardly walk around corners & furniture because everything was too squishy and in the way once you get a couple of bags in there! There was also a funny step to get into the all in 1 spa bath & shower which just shows the original design isn’t practical.
4.2
We stayed on the ninth floor and our view was of the estuary which was a hive of action and nice to watch.
There was nothing that I didn't like about my stay
