Clean. Prepared with aircon and music playing. Amenities were great. Loved the location and view. Staff were friendly… very satisfied.

Excellent central position, good size apartment, & the 2 pools.

Beds not very comfortable, too hard trying to get in & out of the baths to shower & l slipped in the bath !

Adequate but disappointing compared to our last visit

Internet was not very good, kitchen only just passable Getting out of the shower from a high sided spa bath was very dangerous Information booklet about housekeeping, rubbish etc would have been helpful The last time we stayed was much better accommodation, accept that these are privately owned Would not book again without more details on the allocated apartment and which side of the building

Should not claim a room has ocean views if it does not. The rooms need smart TVs

We booked an ocean view room but we were put in a low floor unit at the back of the complex with no views. I complained and requested an upgrade and was told I would have to pay an upgrade fee. Was not happy about that. When I booked the room it had ocean views in the photo and claimed to have ocean views. Misleading advertising on someone’s part.

Location was fantastic! We were kindly upgraded and the apartment was very comfortable for us. Great facilities inside the apartment and also within the property.

Overall we had a good time. The TV was a bit hard to work out.

We ate out.

The dryer cover kept popping out when the dryer was on. And the king mattress was very stained.

The visit to Mooloolaba was lovely, accommodation was below average.

The location of the property is terrific and plenty of restaurants and cafe's near by. Easy free secure parking at the property and direct access to your floor.

The room was dated and bathroom was not clean and in need of major renovation. The over night cost of $300 per night , I was surprised at the lack of standard and overall care factor of the property. I will certainly return to Mooloolaba again, but unfortunately my preferred accommodation will not be the Mantra.

Location, we loved the ocean views being from the country. Facilities were great and the unit was very clean.

Bit short on plates in the unit. Didn’t want to use dishwasher so often.

Location to local amenities. Thoughtfulness of management and staff who were efficient, approachable and courteous. Thank you for the complimentary wine for my husband’s birthday celebration. This was very kind and appreciative.

Room configuration. The first room offered had the bedroom straight of the hall. Fortunately we were accommodated with a separate bedroom away from the entrance to the room and elevator noise and movement of people. Thank you to the manager and staff for accommodating our wishes.

Noisy, room not sound proof. Woken 5 to 6 times a night with people walking in corridor outside of room. Bed was just inside door so only a meter from corridor, so sounded like people were in my bedroom.

Conveniently located.

Location was perfect. Staff friendly and helpful.

The room was the same as 10 years ago. I felt the room was a bit tired and in need of an update. Our toilet was leaking where several tiles were cracked..... but it was attended to immediately. The bed was fairly hard and probably could do with a topper on the mattress. JUST SAYING>>>>>

Great place for families to enjoy the beach.

Wonderful location. Right on the beach with stunning ocean views. Above all the shops and restaurants but still quiet. Short walk to one of our favourite beaches - in a bay and great for families. Lovely big pool and entertaining area. Really friendly staff.

we had a shower that split open while in use and wet the whole bathroom including our clothing but when mentioned to the staff on duty they were very uncaring and just wanted us out - after paying 650 per night I expected more as all I asked for was an extra half hour to dry our clothing as we were checking out that day and after the shower accident we had to dry our clothing etc before we could get dressed to leave which was a crazy rush but the girl on reception was very sharp and abrupt so it has put us off staying with you again. She may only be a receptionist but she is the face of your brand at the time and was not a good look.

Everything is at your doorstep . Retail,shopping centres,restaurants, all in walking distance. The beach right across the road. Public transport (bus) 2min walk.

As a smoker, it would be nice to have a smoking area.

Brilliant, ideal for family with little kids. Everything at your fingsertips

We booked a self contained apartment. Unreal location.colea supermarket next door. The Esplanade right out front full of cafes. Right across the road was a playground and toilet block above a whole lot of rock pools. About 500m walk along the beach or Esplanade to the swimming beach. Apartment view was unreal. Beds super comfy. Used both indoor and outdoor pools which was great to have both facilities. Will definitely stay again.

The dryer stopped working. Maintenance came the next morning to look at though. Need to go to reception for more laundry/dishwashing powder/toilet paper as was not serviced over our 7 night stay - but this was easy enough.
