Main thing is the room. he was big, with toys, good for kids. and kids club was nice with the activities

Great hotel with weird internal guest separation.

Perfect Location, good restaurants and friendly staff, perfect breakfast with huge variety of foods.

Separate pool for 'more valued' customers. The second pool area are much better, but only for guest in a more expensive wing. I think this is an insane hotel policy to separate guests this way. I feel sorry for the staff to have to explain these rules to guests.

Relaxing stay with walking distance to everything

Great location and all restaurants in the hotel served good food. Kids club was clean, safe and great activities.

No sound proofing in rooms. You can hear people coming and going all night long

FANTASTIC, One of the best hotel ever stayed in.

I honestly cannot fault this hotel. The staff The food The cleanliness were excellent. Probably the best hotel we have stayed in. The location was beside the beach, shopping and restaurants. Patang itself is a little unclean and badly needs money spent on infrastructure like footpaths and bins. But a fantastic holiday.

Could not find a fault with this resort.

فندق عائلي صاد عن مصخره الباتونق والبنغلا رود - نظيف جداً وافطاره جيد ومتنوع - انصح فيه ولكن الباتونق بشكل عام للعوائل صالح في الفترة الصباحية المشي فيه الى الساعه 10 ينتهي اليوم .. خلك بالفندق

عند تسجيل الخروج حاملين الحقائب غير متعاونين .. تركوا الاغراض في اللوبي وانا من قمت بوضعهم في المركبة - كما انني تعرضت للسرقة من احد سائقي التوك توك الا ان اللوبي ادعوا بأن كاميرات المراقبة لاتستطيع تغطية الحادثة رغم انها في اللوبي !! ((تستروا عن السارق)) .. كل من يريد الذهاب لبوكيت عليه ((محاسبة السائقين بفكة الفلوس)) الطمع عندهم بزيادة وشكرا

Overpayment

My booking reservation was 1503 Euro but they took 2117 Euro.İ was aware of that after check out and informed hotel .they responded that the reason of overpayment was room upgrade but Staff didnt informed me at check-in for room upgrade!!!.I didnt ask them for room upgrade .I checked in which room they served....

Amazing

Beautiful hotel, very nice pool area, big comfortable rooms with balconies. Everything is near by… shops, massage salons, restaurants and the beach. Our stay was very pleasant. Will recommend this hotel to friends for sure.

Overall a good hotel.

Room nice and modern, pus good size for a fmaily. One of only a limited number of hotels that offered family rooms with wo beds large enough to sleep two people each. This made it ideal for a fmialy of 4, 2 adults 2 youing children. Breakfast wa also good including alot of variety.

The pool area was a little dated in the area of the hotel we stayed. There was another much more modern pool area but this access to this was only permitted to premiun guests.

Would use again

It was lovely: nice and clean with wonderful staff. It also has 3 swimming pools appropriate for kids of you stay in the main wing: and that is enough for the young kids (5 & 6). We went in April and the pools were not busy. Breakfast was nice, lots of different options like curry, noodles, rice, pastries, kids, sushi, fresh fruits. Only disappointment here is no ice-cream. This would be a highlight for the kids, especially in a place as hot as phuket. Kids eat free at the Charm Hotel in the hotel: this is great as the Charm Hotel staff are great and the food delicious. Kids had a main (great options and tasty), dessert (does include ice-cream) and kids size smoothie. Location is great: 700 metres from Juceylong and right in front of the beach. Though too hot for us. Next time we aim to come back in January. But that is peak period.

The noise level of inconsiderate quests. We had the room near the lift and on days where I couldn't sleep, I can hear kids yelling and running down the hallway at 2 am, adults talking loudly, wooden furnitures scrapping the floors. Lucky for us the kids and hubby are heavy sleepers.
