Hôtel très vieillissant très mauvaise image pour l’enseigne Novotel et le groupe Accord ! Petit déjeuner avec arrêt à 9h30 c’est lunaire 🧐et en plus à 9h15 obligé de nettoyer notre nous même 🤷‍♂️

was good and relaxing stay

Room was quite big. Pool was good, Breakfast was included, but our leavig their charged 2 extra breakfast explaining only 2 were included.

Horrifying.

The worst hotel experience I have ever had. The room was in bad condition. The carpets were heavily stained, there were stains EVERYWHERE, even the curtains were stained. The furniture is very old, it needs replacement. Food in the restaurant was absolute nightmare. We got a burger with stinky boiled meat instead of minced meat. We also ordered so called “salmon bowl” which contained rice, that smelled like fridge, the vegetables from another dish, composed clearly few hours ago, the bowl was also full of water, and the salmon was not fresh. I have never in my life seen such things in a restaurant, even the cheapest one. When we complained to the waitress, she was not surprised at all. So I guess she was not hearing this for the first time. This hotel surely doesn’t deserve 4 stars. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Ok but not as good as before.

Hot Breakfast was cold at 07:00. Orange juice was off as strange taste, fizzy. Not as good as usual so skipped it following day. The hall outside the rooms is very tired and needs refresh. Rooms with piscine and garden view on the ground floor are better. Noisy people above on first night.

The stay was disappointing due to the hotel,however aix en provence centre was good.

The gardens where very nice.

The room was dated,It was difficult to get into the bed as there was only 6 inches of space on one side and the curtains needed washing.The carpet needed cleaning and the door key sometimes did not work. The gates to the car park were supposed to be locked at 8pm for security but were never locked as there was a longtime problem with the receptions system for monitoring the security. Similarly the TV in the bar area was not working and apparently this was reported 3 weeks ago. The reception staff where unable to offer any advice of what to see and when asked were the garden centres where they sent us to a Florist!!

The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room really needed some improvements since their were stains in the carpet and everything looking very worn.

We felt deceiving by nice clean rooms. It should be removed from the listing until it's solved.

The outside was pleasant.

The room's are filthy with carpets with heavy disgusting stains on them. The staff was nice and very uncomfortable with the situation. We had two nights and two rooms booked and cancelled the second night for both rooms. The hotel told us that it would refund us ~300€, we only received 174€ from booking without a clear explanation so far.

Very good

The hotel was much more clean and nice than expected! The hotel itself offers also some play area for children and a restaurant downstairs. Coffee was available on the bar even though we didn`t have booked breakfast.

The location was difficult to find for us coming from the highway

very nice park behind the hotel. dog friendly. nice staff.

the room smelt cold cigarette. we asked to change and they accommodate. we chose the hotel for its vehicle charging station…which was out of order.

Not 4star worthy - Urgent need for big renovation/upgrade both in room/food department

Friendly staff. Nice large parking area

Outdated rooms: room, carpet (room/hallways etc..) dirty/old carpet everywhere, stains and colors shows the years. The stains on the carpet gives an immediate negative impression on the general rooms/hygiene and underlines the age of the rooms. Kitchen was weak and mediocre at best, breakfast mediocre, dinner weak.

we chose this hotel because they have a Tesla super charger , but the lox

the room was nice , room service food was good .

the breakfast was not good to repeat , poor variety of fruits , we did not like the taste of cofee , the swimming pool and terrace was out of service .

Nice hotel in a good location that offers free parking, and has easy access to motorway.

great location with easy access to the motorway. convenient hotel that had everything we needed, including free parking on site.

pillows were sad and only two for a double bed. No conditioner or body lotion available. the toilet is separated from the bathroom.
