Comfortable room but feel old and need more than just a facade makeover.

The location was good, the room was ok with a real hairdryer, an iron and a table , the bed comfortable, the shower was great and the staff were friendly and try to do their best.

The hôtel building was doing a makeover of its facade therefor the property was in construction and we have no information about it. And the worst for me was the room size and the bathroom size too small, I was disappointed the hotel room looks old and need a refreshment as well. I feel very disappointed by Pullman I was expecting better.

Magnifique hôtel dommage pour l’accueil.

La décoration!

Que la chambre ne sois pas prêt à l’heure. On a dû attendre 2 heures avant d’avoir notre chambre avec notre petit. Et aucune remise ou autre pour s’excuser.

Une pépite en plein centre ville !

Repas excellent, accueil exceptionnel : service de voiturier pour que le parking ne soit pas un soucis. La vue sur l'avenue était magnifique, et l'insonorisation exceptionnelle également. Le personnel était au petit soins pour nous. Le petit déjeuner était très riche, de qualité parfaite, et j'ai même pu découvrir des boissons extrêmements bénéfiques pour la santé et délicieuses à cette occasion.

Seul petit bémol : les couettes synthétiques qui donnaient un peu chaud, et l'impossibilité d'ouvrir les fenêtres pour avoir de l'air frais. Pour compenser : la climatisation est la plus silencieuse et la plus discrète que j'ai jamais vu !

Excellent hotel near the centre of Toulouse.

Neat and clean , a beautiful hotel The staff were very friendly and helpful.

You must book parking in advance and it costs €20 a day quite expensive.

Ravis de notre séjour dans cet hôtel !

Hôtel très bien situé ,près de la gare et à 15mn à pied du Capitole , chambre spacieuse et calme ,très bonne literie ,très belle salle d'eau avec wc séparés , super petit-déjeuner ,personnel agréable et compétent ,notamment au petit-déjeuner et au restaurant le soir !

Okay business hotel in Toulouse.

Good position, near the metro but on a very busy road. Friendly bar and restaurant.

it was good!

i liked the breakfast, you have a huge variety of choices. i liked the yogurt coconut mix very good! the staff are friendly. the view from the 8th floor.

staff do not have accurate information about the airport drop off cost, they said 35 it was actually 43 euros. so my advice to check the cost and fees.

good hotel but still room for improvement

Central hotel and big rooms

After the cleaning lady had cleaned, both the room and the entire hallway smelled extremely of sweat. Coffee capsules for the machine were only refilled on request, although this was stated in the room description including every day. Food was brought to my room with salmon instead of beef salad, it was still delicious but not as desired.

The hotel is conveniently located. It is close to the train station and within walking distance to the city centre. The room is of good size and has sound-proofing windows. We got a nice view from our room. Two sets of pillows were provided. The memory foam ones were very comfortable.

The images on Booking.com are a bit misleading. We thought we would get a bathtub and a walk-in shower, but it turned out the image of the bathtub was only for illustration purpose. The towels were of poor quality. We expected better quality from Pullman. The room had a strange smell. Not a big deal though.

Wonderful stay for families

highly original and artistic. Kids loved it. Very nice staff. Elegant room

The coach in the entrance is too used now and need to be changed. I had second thoughts before sitting on it.
