My stay with my family was a memorable retreat and Christmas like none

The reception team were simply amazing especially Sakr, Sajid, Beaurice, Amuna Abdula, Khadija waaoooow what a splendid team! They made my family feel so much at home! I will always miss such an incredible experience!!!!!!

Positive energy from beautiful Amona

I made a booking for all our family members in Sheraton as the great feedback about the hotel made me feel that this place will be perfect. Our flight was delayed and we arrived to Sheraton in the busy time, from the very first step into the Sheraton, we were met with warm smiles and a welcoming spirit, especially from Amona at the front desk. Her kindness positivity and a guiniune smile made our mood up from the long trip we forgot about the tiredness it really set the tone for an incredible stay. From the thoughtful sea-view upgrade to the sweet treats that awaited us in the room. Her attention to details and offering us a cup of coffee made us feel very welcomed and cared. Making discount for dinner for our family and ensure the table was reserved for us, I can not thank her enough for her service and hospitality and good behavior in such busy conditions…. The room was given was bright, with a beautiful view of the sea and pool was exactly what we needed for a perfect vacation. Every staff member we encountered was eager to help, making us feel truly cared for, and it’s rare to find such genuine hospitality. Thank you to the such amazing team at Sheraton for creating a stay we’ll always remember.

Remek kiszolgálás, saját strand, csak ajánlani lehet.

Nagyon kedves személyzet, minden étkezés kiváló volt, hatalmas választékkal európai és ázsiai ételekből is. Mohammed nagyon kedves volt a recepción. A hotelben érdemes intézni a fakultatív programokat, minden igényt kielégítő lehetőségek vannak jó árban, figyelmes és pontos szervezéssel. A saját strand és medence remek volt, nagyon sok nyugágy mindenütt.

Túl hidegre hűtenek a közös helyiségekben, de minden más elfeledteti ezt.

Amona @ Mohammed

Amona and Muhammed from reception made our stay feel like a scene from a romantic story. She helped me arrange a beautiful bouquet for my wife and, later that night, surprised her with a cake and heartfelt wishes from me. Watching my wife’s face light up with joy made me feel deeply grateful for Amona’s thoughtfulness and care. Her kindness turned a simple celebration into an unforgettable memory, making us feel truly cherished during our stay. I will definitely recommend this beautiful hotel with a such great staff to my all colleagues and family, and hope to see you very soon in my property.

По приезду в отель нас быстро заселили,дали бонус от отеля дополнительный завтрак все доступно объяснили.Особенно хотелось бы отметить администратора на рецепшене Амону за ее отзывчивость ,умение работать с клиентами.

На козырьке крыши куда выходило наше окно валяется много окурков от сигарет

Great for a short stay excellent facilities !

Had a quick one-night stay at Sheraton Abu Dhabi, and it was fantastic! Soufiane and Mohammed were incredibly helpful, even holding our luggage for us. The newly renovated rooms are gorgeous, and the breakfast was top-notch. Highly recommend!

Immaculate, extraordinary experience.

Very good location and quiet surroundings. Immaculate cleanliness and a true example of the famous Middle Eastern hospitality.

Some guests were not really aware of the fact that in some unexplainable manner other guest do sleep at night and yelled, shouted and real good fun on the hallways.

Ho scelto questo hotel proprio perchè aveva una spiaggia con ombrelloni e sdraio private. hanno provato a rimediare con un servizio navetta gratuita che portava ad una bella spiaggia, anche qui con utilizzo gratuito delle attrezzature. tutto bene tranne un giorno che ha saltato una corsa di andata

Excellent Service

It’s a decent property with excellent service. Right from the smooth checkin by Mr Saajid at the front desk to the hospitality by Mr Syam at the pool bar, we felt quite welcomed at the resort. They have an amazing pool and also a slide pool for kids. The dinner buffet menu was widely spread and delicious.

One of the best hotels in Abu Dhabi for this price.

We had a wonderful night at the Sheraton Abu Dhabi Hotel & Resort. Starting with the room it was big and full of lighting. The rooms were modern too. I reserved this hotel on a full board basis and I think it was worth it. Lunch had a lot of options and also had a lot of vegetarian options. dinner was fantastic a lot of different options and flavourful food. breakfast was heavy with many options. The juices were very refreshing. The staff were cooperative and kind especially the receptionist Mr Mohommed(I apologise if I got your name spelling wrong). overall we had a wonderful stay.

There is not much to say but I think the hotel could have done a better job heating both the kids and the adult pool.

Гид по экскурсиям, кот. в отеле, продал нам использованные! билеты😟, пришлось мне воДворце нации отстоять очередь за новыми билетами, да, деньги он вернул, но даже НЕ извинился... Остался осадок....

Wenn man eine stadtnahe Unterkunft sucht mit Zugang zum Meer ist das genau das richtige Hotel.

Das Morgenbuffet war sehr umfangreich und auch das Abendessen hat wirklich für jeden etwas dabei. Der arabische Abend hat mir besonders gefallen. Das Essen war köstlich. Es ist toll das es einen Strand hat obwohl man mitten in der Stadt lebt. Der Strand ist sicher nicht der schönste aber so in der Stadt habe ich das auch nicht erwartet. Das Personal gibt sich extrem Mühe den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu machen.

Man kann nicht drausen Essen.

Close to f1 Yas Marine circuit. All the staff were excellent.

Right from valet to checkin the staff were most helpful. Valet organised taxi’s in around 40 seconds. Pool and beach amazing. Again staff very helpful. We enjoyed the club room and facilities.

Sheraton quality says it all.
