A comfortable stay during my holiday with family… worth it

Room are spacious, my 3 yrs old son enjoyed a lot… bathtub was another attraction for him too.

There was nothing to report about dislikes during this stay…

I am quite happy with all the service from the hotel with good room , and breakfast.

Room was very good in size and bed size is also good. and staff support is excellent. Breakfast was good with both veg and Nonveg options. Happy to have some Indian menu as well. Location is very near to meena bazar and its easy to reach dubai mall and Museum of Future if no traffic.

I felt all was good. I have a suggestion to add more menu in the room dining service.

Worst possible place to stay, if you are expecting any good service.

Room size was good. Furniture is shabby and outdated. Noisy bed; mattress is old and has not been replaced in a decade.

Our stay in Four Points by Sheraton Bur Dubai was a right choice.

The hotel staffs are very accommodating and kind and provided us with exceptional service wherever we go such as in the restaurant, bar, fitness center and at the pool area.

Good location near super market located in mostly Indian neighborhood

Helpful staff We requested 5 non smoking room but when we checked in they gave us all smoking rooms. Fortunately they were able to change our rooms to Non Smoking which was a great deal for us.

One of the room we booked is for 3 people and the website said the room has king bed with sofa bed The sofa bed was not in the room it was just a sofa And extra bed they will charge extra which was not according to our understanding

Over all a good stay.

Everything was fine,room, food, breakfast. Rohit at the reception was excellent and very friendly.

No near by metro station. Poor connectivity.

Lovely stay and staff was so pleasant and friendly

Breakfast was great, and we enjoyed the different menus everyday. Hotel was as expected, great comfort and size of the room and bed. We would have loved if the pool was bigger/deeper but suited our needs as the weather was a bit on the colder side. Hotel is far away from Jumeirah beach but offers a shuttle to kite beach which is next to JBR.

Best value for money

One of the best rooms I’ve had in Dubai for that value. Super spacious, TV is great, amazing staff, and good location. No rush but simply quiet. Makes you feel home away from home

Amazing staff and amazing food.

Amazing breakfast. My sister and I were impressed with the food quality. The location is close to the tourist spots: Burj Kalifa, Dubai Frame, Museum of the Future, Miracle Garden, and etc.

Perfect hotel and very nice stuff

Clean, staff is very polite, nice. Every day we have water, coffe in the room. Pool and lifeguard is very nice, water in the pool is percfet, 29 degrece. We have bus from hotel to beach and Dubai mall and the drivers is excellent! He help soo much. Everything was perfect i recomender at all. Food is excelent, too many diffrent dishes, fruit, sweets... Thany you.

A good place for a family stay with a convenient location.

the Rooms were good and spacious. Extra bed provided was also comfortable. The front desk staff was very helpful. when one of my family members joined us a few days later , a little early in the morning, the front desk helped us check in early in a very seamless and hassle free way. Mr Rohit Sharma at front desk was very responsive to the needs and chipped in with his help whenever it was required. The breakfast spread was good and being an Indian vegetarian myself, there were ample choices for a vegetarian like me. The menu changed daily making it a very diverse and varied meal.

It is not on the main road and is in a little interior lane. Which makes it a comparatively quiet place to stay but hailing a taxi can sometimes be a little difficult.

Central location. Spacious rooms. Good customer service. Part of Marriott Bonvoy group. Complimentary valet service

In house restaurant pretty expensive. Difficult to access taxi service but staff would arrange. Size of suites were the same as regular rooms

Enjoyable.

The property facilities were very good. The property was advertised “downtown Dubai” and we expected it to be located closer to the Duval shopping mall. It is, however, approx. 7 kms from the ‘Dubai centre”.
