Het was in een woord grandioos

De ontzettend aardige host heeft ons met de auto opgehaald van de bushalte en naar het appartement gebracht. En toen onze 4 dagen erop zaten ook weer naar de bushalte gebracht met de auto. Dank Egidio

Parfait pour admirer la vue sur la ville et le palazzo

Accueil exceptionnel Appartement confortable avec une terrasse qui en constitue un atout majeur. La vue sur le palazzo ducale est une merveille Parking public sous-terrain idéal et à proximité immédiate

Le plaisir des yeux se mérite car il faut monter jusqu’à l’appartement. Les personnes à mobilité réduite seront à la peine mais c’est vrai dans toute cette belle ville qui ne se découvre qu’en montant et descendant sans cesse

Bellissima la vista di Palazzo Ducale dalla terrazza, la comodità del parcheggio a pagamento,coperto,proprio di fronte a casa,,la posizione vicina al centro storico.L'appartamentino è ben arredato e adatto a due persone over 70 come noi.

Lovely little apartment with an amazing terrace and view!

The terrace and view were fantastic and the location was great. the apartment was very comfortable and we would happily stay there again. we only stayed one night and it would have been lovely to have stayed longer.

Exceptional view and location

The location is fabulous. Easy parking in square in front and very easy access to the main square of Urbino. The view from the balcony of the Ducal Palace is exceptional. I wish we could have stayed longer. Property was warm (we stayed in mid March) and the apartment had all the things you needed in the kitchen.

Great stay!

The view from the balcony was amazing, and the property was well set up and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. The host, Egidio, was friendly, attentive and promptly accessible.

A nice apartment with an absolutely stunning view to the palazzo ducale. The host is friendly, the communication was pleasant. The kitchen has all the necessary basics, but not much more.

As already other reviewers have mentioned: the internet works, but is not the fastest. And the living room is relatively dark. So on sunny days you will find the apartment fantastic, because you will spend your time on the beautiful terracce. But this is probably not the perfect place for a rainy week.

The host was very available and helpful. The apartment location is difficult to beat: very convenient to reach by car, close to downtown and convenient nearby public paying parking. The view from the balcony is priceless. The apartment has all the features needed and is very well organized.

Internet was painful (hot spot) and there are not enough power outlets to conveniently charge all of one's devices at the same time. Also, unless the weather is good and you can enjoy the terrace, the apartment is pretty dark and one's feels a little claustrophobic in the living room, due to luck of window surface and natural light.

Very nice, clean place with easy access into the historic center.

Super clean. Very nice host. Parking directly out front so easy to get bags from car to apartment. Quiet at night. Great balcony.

Faces a large parking lot but the views above the parking lot are great, the city walls, palace and countryside. Not inside city walls but a 5 min walk to get in.

A very comfortable apartment with great air conditioning and the best possible outlook in Urbino. Simply amazing

The balcony view of the Urbino skyline is extraordinary. The evening sun shades the balcony and lights up the ducal palace and surrounds. Book the apartment for this amazing outlook alone. Plan for drinks and dinner there every night

Everything was perfect. The little cottage, with the separate entrance is unbeliavably top-quality equipped, 50 meters from the Old Town. There is a big tarrace to sit but be prepared to see an amazing VIEW. Nothing but the View. The tarrace overlooks the Palazzo, making your stay unforgettable! Add a warm and hospitable host and your stay in Urbino will be just perfect!

It was great. I can recommend his hoillday home without any reservation.

The host was extraordinarily welcoming. He waited several hours to give us the key since we were very delayed. At our departure, he gave us a ride to the bus station. We really appreciated his hospitality.

10 out of 10 ! Location is unbelievable! We were looking at Palazzo all night long ! Very convenient parking - right in front of apartment ( $10 for 24 hours) . Owner of the place very friendly and did everything to make us feel at home .
