Good

We wanted a hotel that is not to far from the airport and a bit away from the main city and I guess we found it. The bus station is 2 min walk away from which you can reach the city of Rom in about 55 min. Because we knew we will spend the whole day in Rom it was absolutely fine with us. From the hotel you are about 25 min away from the beach of Ostia, which we really enjoyed too. The hotel rooms are ok for Ibis standard. It was clean and the service came every day to clean up. Most of the hotel workers were friendly, we had one lady that wasn’t friendly. She couldn’t speak English and had no energy to try to help us. Anyway all together it was ok. Breakfast also ok, nothing special. Too much sweets, less vegetables and fruits. If we will visit Rom again, we would pretty sure choose the same hotel. Close to the hotel is a supermarket and a very nice Gelateria.

Superb

Rooms are spacious and very clean. Quiet since it is far from the tourist spots. The staff is friendly. Fast check in and check outs. There are nearby restaurants and a convenience stores.

Dinner was included in price and breakfast too! Very comfortable bed.

Shower not strong enough. Room is very dated including bathroom that shows sign of aging.

10 minutea from the airport by car. The room was good for two. Clean. The breakfast (at extra charge) was good. The staff were very nice. Free parking in the hotel. No reservation be we arrived late at night and there was several empty spaces. Near the hotel there are two small restuarant for a quick bite. All in all, a good place to rest after a long flight.

Very far from the center. There is a bus from the hotel to the center. In general, it takes about an hour to get there. There are no night buses. It seems that the bus runs until 00:00 and goes every half an hour

There are no slippers in the rooms. When you buy breakfast, be careful that you take it per person, not for those staying in the room, then you may have to pay extra. employees are not courteous.

I love this hotel. excellent service and staff very friendly and helpful. it was away few minutes from my work. the hotel is very clean, the staff were super friendly. this hotel deserves the price.

Very good

The room was very clean, calm. Housekeeping was done daily. Price was very reasonable.

Public transport is totally disaster. There was only one bus working near the hotel which was working out of schedule ( sometimes 1 hour waited) Also, we cannot cancel our last 2 stay (charged fully) which was out of control of the hotel (booking.com policy)

Disappointing

The only plus is its vicinity to the airport but public transport is awful and is not available all the time. This is the worst Ibis I have ever stayed on so far.

Temperature regulation was not working properly and we had to open windows most of the times. The room walls were quite thin and you could hear people talking or walking in the corridor. The bathroom was out of soap and toiletries. The check-in staff was rude. Breakfast had very little healthy options and mostly sweets and cakes that they probably purchased from a very cheap store and hence the quality. I would not recommend staying at this place!
