Do not book this hotel. It is a scam. The garage is way too small, and despite having reserved a large spot, I had to use a small spot and promptly scratched my car badly on a pole that was very difficult to see. Basically all corners of the garage had marks of cars having scratched themselves. If you want to ruin your car, go ahead. One major thing. The prizes on booking look good, but then you pay everything extra. A balcony? 2 Euro per day. A quiet room? 8 Euro per day, etc. So, booking.com should not list this hotel, as the prices are not accurate. Food: The eggs for breakfast tasted awful. There is just one cheese there, one ham and - okay - one salami. But really very poor breakfast.

In città parcheggi a pagamento tutti piuttosto costosi.

Breakfast was good. Parking on-site, bit pricey, you will find it on the street too. Hotel says: parking needs confirmation, but this will not arrive in 24h. Close to old city. Ask for map and guidelines from receptions.
My bad rate is based on the trap this hotel has put up. I booked double room for two people with one large bed. This bed was not large, and I think the room at all was for single user as we had one pillow. When talking to stuff they tried to explain that this bed is "small large bed". Come-on! This is scam. Why do you fool people.

It was clean and the receptionist (man with a ponytail) was really nice.
Due to some last minute issues with the rental car, I asked to change the dates to another date where the exact same room was available on the website and even offered to pay the additional $40 for the change but they rejected the request. What was really poor form about this is that before placing the request, I had called to inform that I will be making the change and was told that they will look into it. What they did instead was charge the card immediately after the call LONG BEFORE the check-in time which was 3pm. I have never seen a hotel charge the credit card before the check-in time and most hotels charge during the check-in itself. I called multiple times and was spoken to very rudely and would basically be charged for the entire stay whether we check in or not. Because we could not get the car, we were essentially forced to travel with our luggage for a total of 3.5 hours by train and checked in at 11pm where we were given “an upgrade” which it really wasn’t because we were sent to the APARTMENT ROOM and not the HOTEL ROOM. I would assume that they basically managed to sell the hotel room and yet they did not call or inform us via booking.com that they could change the dates for us. Very very bad service and shrewd management of hotel. Only bright spot was the receptionist during check in who was nice and kind (man with pony tail).

Rooms are a bit worn down. Not very child friendly. The extra charges for pets, cots, spa and parking are very high compared to similar price hotels.
