Friendly staff and cleaning ladies. Room clean . Parking is free and easy access to the N332.

Room clean and staff friendly.

Breakfast is same every day when I stayed for 7 nights. it is a bit of too boring. Room does't have kettle and mugs.

Wir würden die Erfahrung, wenn nicht nötig, nicht erneuern.

Das Hotel ist als Unterkunft für Durchreisendende passabel. Frühstück eher katastrophal ausser der frische Orangensaft.

Da kann man eigentlich nicht mehr erwarten !

LA HABITACIÓN MUY JUSTA POR EL PRECIO YEN COMPARACION DEL DE ELCHE Y EL DE CASTELLON. CAMA INCOMODA, ASCENSOR MUY SUCIO. FALTABAN LAS LAMPARITAS DE LA MESITA DE NOCHE. Y LA CENA PAR ALA HABITACION MUY BAJA CATEGORIA. HOTEL POCO CUIDADO Y DE MUCHO AJETREO.

We had a late arrival and stayed only for one night. The hotel is awful, reminds me a cheap American roadside motels. Dirty towels, sticky floor, cockroach in the bathroom :(

Sin duda buen alojamiento para pasar un par de noches, es cómodo y fácil accesibilidad y aparcamiento con el coche, además tanto cerca de alicante y de otras zonas de interés turístico, sin tener que meterte al centro de alicante, además hay máquina de café/chocolate gratuita a disposición del huésped, admite mascotas un plus que hay que tener en cuenta.

La comodidad de las camas es mejorable por lo demás perfecto.

The design of the hotel is modern, but that was the only thing we liked.

The room wasn't very clean, there was sand on the floor, and the shower had dirty corners. The air conditioning couldn't be regulated or be turned off. We were only given 1 towel for 2 people. Not good value for the 110 euros we paid. The breakfast wasn't included in the price and cost us an additional 9 euros per person. The breakfast was very poor, not much to choose from, and not much food on the plates. The juice machine gave out coloured water. Tables dirty with crumbs... All together, not a pleasant stay and we would not recommend this hotel.

shower leaked all over the floor - needed a new seal. shower head needed replacing, sprayed all over the place. bathroom light flickered. breakfast was a disgrace, dead cockroach on the restaurant floor. pointed out to staff, no apology or look of surprise.

Room not ready.

The gated car park. Over the road from the sea. (if you are able to have a room on the front it would would be a lovely view, sadly we didn't) The reception girl was very helpful and did her best to resolve our problems.

Room wasn't ready 3 hours after check in started. We checked in was given our key but when we walked in the room hadn't been cleaned. We had to wait another hour for it to be cleaned. We arrived at 5 didn't get in the room until 6. But check in is from 2pm. The hairdryer over heated immediately after starting to dry my hair. Only 1 towel of each size for 3 people. The restaurant wasn't clean. There were food stuck on the back of the bench seating that clearly hadn't been cleaned for some time. The food in the restaurant was terrible. I had steak, more than half was un-chewable fat. I wasn't given a steak knife which made it almost impossible to cut. (When I complained they didn't charge me and rightly so as more than half was inedible. but you could see the restaurant staff was not happy about it.) my daughters burger wasn't good either.

It is quite close to airport, just one station away, which is very handy if you are coming late evening. Also restaurant hours in evening are plus when you are late evening hungry.

Room was having bad smell on cigarettes and was quite small but for one night stay you can survive. It was missing toilet brush in bathroom and bathroom did not look perfectly clean. Kids corner was so poor and without any functional toy. There is big place outside that can be easily used to put some playground, instead it is empty parking.

nice, clean and quiet rooms and staff was very helpful and friendly. we felt very safe in the hotel, area and city as teenage girls. warm recommendations !!!!

the walk to the city centre was quite far from the hotel, be prepared to take the bus or a taxi if you don’t have a car !!!! the prices for the bus are around 1,5-4 euros per way and the taxi is around 10 euros.
