Für Zwischenstopp bei Auto-Rundreisen durch Andalusien empfehlenswertes Hotel

Das Busineesshotel am Rande der Innenstadt ist sehr gut von der Autobahn erreichbar, man muss nicht durch die Stadt kurven. Die Tiefgarage ist auch für größere Fahrzeuge geeignet. Das Auto benötigt man während des Aufenthaltes so nicht. Gut 20 Min dauert es zu Fuß zur Kathedrale, werktags fährt stündlich ein Bus (C5) fast direkt vor dem Hotel los. Zur Alhambra für gut 11 € mit dem Taxi ist auch ok und zu empfehlen. Schön ist die Terrasse im 6. Stock (Ausblick, Kunstrasen, Liegen, kleiner Pool). Nebenan ein größeres Einkaufs-/Kinozentrum mit leider einigem Leerstand. Dort auch keine Lebensmittel. Aber ein Fisch-Tapas-Lokal der Los Diamantes Kette. Für den kleinen Hunger: Nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß weg ist das Take-away-Empanadas-Lokal "Margarita Empanadas Argentinas". Sehr Empfehlenswert!

Das Hotel ist ein ziemlicher Betonklotz mit leider sehr kleinen Fenstern (der Fernseher im Zimmer ist größer als das Fenster ;-) ). Die Zimmer in den oberen Etagen sind aufgrund des Ausblicks dennoch zu empfehlen. Achtung jedoch: Unter dem angebotenen "Stadtblick" darf kein Blick auf die Innenstadt oder gar die Alhambra erwartet werden. Unser Zimmer hatte z.B. einen Ausblick auf die Stadtautobahn immerhin mit der am Horizont liegenden Sierra Nevada. Pool eher winzig und flach mit Planschbecken-Charakter. Aber gut, um sich nach langen Stadttouren zu erfrischen. Leider keine Bar (bzw. geschlossen) und keine Poolhandtücher. Der schöne Ausblick von der Terrasse entschädigt aber sehr. Die Mitarbeiter an der Reception sind etwas ruppig (O-Ton beim - zeitgerechten - Einchecken: "Woher soll ich wissen, wann ihr Zimmer fertig ist. Wir haben 200 Zimmer"). Na ja. Man erhält aber (Gut!) eine Karte mit ein paar Tipps zur Umgebung. Das restliche Team ist sympatisch und freundlich.

Todo segun lo esperado.

Está cercano a un centro comercial y a 20 minutos andando al centro. El desayuno es muy completo, quizás eché en falta yogures sin lactosa.

Enjoyable but would think twice before booking here again.

Breakfast was excellent and served until a good time at 11am

The hotel in part seemed tired and especially the room. The wardrobes stick as you opened them on the wooden floor which seemed to have risen. There was also big chips off the wardrobe doors. Flooring was old and dated as were most of the fittings in the room, table and chairs etc

Estancia en Granada estupenda

Nos gustó todo en general: ubicación ideal para llegar en coche a Granada y moverte por el centro andando. Las habitaciones limpias y confortables. El buffet muy variado. El trato del personal estupendo. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.

la diferencia de precio nosotros con Brookings pagamos 199.99€ con desayuno y 18€ para el parking. Nuestros amigo reservado directamente a hotel 155 con desayuno y parking. Me parece una pasada la diferencia. Ya no reservaremos mas con Brookings

Volvería sin dudas

Todo muy limpio y acogedor. Nos dieron chocolates y agua de bienvenida. La habitación tenía una hermosa vista hacia la sierra y se podía percibir la nieve. El personal muy atento y el desayuno súper rico.

Fantástico todo

Tuvimos la suerte de ser seleccionados Cliente VIP del día por lo que disfrutamos de una serie de detalles que hicieron la experiencia única.

No hubo nada que no me gustase.

Très déçus de l'expérience du séjour dans cet hôtel !!

Le restaurant Arrozante était la seule expérience positive de notre séjour dans cet hôtel !

Les chambres ne sont pas bien climatisés. La climatisation chauffe trop et aucun moyen de la régler pour qu'elle arrête quand la bonne température est atteinte. L'accès à l'hôtel par le garage est tellement inconfortable pour un hôtel 5 étoiles !! Durant la nuit, impossible de dormir, à cause de bandes de jeunes qui se soulent et crient toute la nuit à 30 mètres de la l'hôtel. Aussi, l'hôtel semble ne pas avoir été rénové depuis assez longtemps. Et enfin l'accueil au petit déjeuner n'est pas aimable et encore moins professionnel (interrogatoire !)

Very nice room, great breakfast, nice staff. I liked the extra door separating the room from the hallway, it made for a quiet night.

The wifi wasn't fast enough for video conferencing, at least on the eighth floor.

Excellent 5 star Hotel

The front office staff were all excellent, we had a medical emergency but they provided full support, they also helped us book excellent restaurants where we had a great time. The hotel has first class front office staff. We thank them.

A nice hotel held back by “5 star” expectations

As a basic “place to sleep and wash” this hotel more than ticks the boxes: - Excellent, comfy bed - Wide range of pillows available with different styles and firmness, as someone who struggles to sleep on the typical ultra soft hotel pillow this is a massive plus - Decent location, easy walk to the centre and quiet enough - Double door insulated the room from the corridors, once closed I couldn’t hear any noise from the corridor or surrounding rooms - Nicely decorated bathroom with a bath and multiple shower modes (although I did find these a bit strange, personally)

Generally speaking facilities don’t agree with my understanding of requirements for a 5 star hotel - or even a 4 star; for example: - No robes or slippers - No turndown service - No key for safe - Chipped, weathered furniture, burnished mirrors - Poor coffee/tea tray - at the “5 star” level I’d be expecting something in-line with a nespresso machine rather than basic Nescafé and black tea - No room welcome biscuits or pastries - Having to pay for access to spa facilities; I understand this may be influenced by capacity requirements however I feel that a booking system would resolve this Additionally, the pool and terrace area was shut beyond the advertised dates on the website and in email communication - this was disappointing as it was a reason why I booked the hotel and was unable to use these facilities during my stay.

The room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The centre of the old town was 15 minutes away by foot so we took a taxi every time we wanted to go there
