Hotel moderno e central

O nosso quarto, a vista de Granada, o ar-condicionado potente que faz toda a diferença no verão e a localização central do hotel. O café da manhã tinha uma boa variedade de comidas também.

Fabulous

Modern hotel situated in a very good location within walking distance of attractions bars & restaurants. Lovely bright, spacious corner room with comfortable beds and good air-conditioning . The pool is small but great for cooling down. Pleasant helpfull staff who parked our car in the prebooked underground car garage. I am delighted with this hotel, great value , highly recommend.

Central and reasonable

The price was reasonable in comparison to other places. It was central and easy to walk to various areas of Madrid, including the bus stop to get to the Alhambra. I was pleasantly surprised when I returned to my room and saw how it had been cleaned. Everything precise. I had a late train and they were able to store my bag for my last day after checkout.

The pool area is quite small and does get busy in the afternoons. There are only 8 sun beds and so often people were sitting in the sun. It was 37 degrees when I stayed so this would note suit everyone. However, it has a great view. I didn’t find the staff that welcoming or friendly compared to other places I have stayed on this trip. There was no greeting as you walked through reception and I had to ask questions to have the basics of the hotel explained.

Mooie ruime kamer

Hoe je de parkeerplaats kon vinden. We reden er voorbij. Dat werd een dure grap. Er stond op het moment dat wij de ‘zijstraat’ in moesten een taxi op de hoek. Deze blokkeerde alles. Helaas. 😏

five senses? se olvidaron del 6to sentido : el sentido común!!!

no respetaron las modificaciones de la reserva que realizo booking, fui con mi esposa y tenían ellos por error una reserva para dos habitaciones, cuando lo que necesitaba lógicamente era una sola, me comunique con booking e modificaron la reserva antes de registrarme en el hotel, pero la administración del hotel no respeto esto y me cobraron la cancelación, no me dieron el desayuno y no acceso al spa, cosas que figuraban en la modificación, Como cliente genius 3 me sentí decepcionado, ya que la primera persona que me contactó fue totalmente útil, pero la segunda: Ahmed me llamo y le dije que estaba en un tour y le ped;i que me volviera a llamar , cosa que nunca hizo

Das Hotel liegt ideal als Ausgangspunkt für alle Ausflüge. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind schnell zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Kein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer, die Belüftung im Bad ging nicht.

Perfektes Stadthotel in Granada!

Zentral gelegen in unmittelbarer Nähe von mehreren Bushaltestellen. Von hier aus konnte man Granada gut erkunden! Busfahrt kostet nur 1,40€. Umgeben von Einkaufsstrassen und Sehenswürdigkeiten ein perfektes Hotel. Parken wurde durch das Personal erledigt- Da es nur einen Aufzug ins Parkhaus gibt! Frühstückbuffet vollkommen ausreichend.

Perfect location and lovely atmosphere

Great hotel, everything was above expectations but the best thing was the people. Everyone really went a step further to help with any questions and with a smile 😀

Niet mijn beste keuze ooit...

Goed bed. Ontbijt zeker ok. Heel vriendelijke mensen in het hele hotel. Super locatie.

Onze kamer stonk echt heel erg hard naar de beerput. We sliepen in een gewone standaard kamer die duidelijk aan een zeer drukke straat gelegen was, met de ramen dicht reden de 100 bussen vanaf 6 uur in de ochtend letterlijk precies in onze kamer, dus we konden ze niet openen, maar de stank die uit de badkamer buizen kwam was echt niet fijn. We moesten de ramen dicht houden voor het lawaai. Jammer, want het hotel heeft ook heel goede kanten.

Good but a bit dated

Location in the city was perfect. The hotel amenities are modern and up to date. The breakfast was good as well.

The room itself and bathroom looked a bit dated, the airconditioning was functional but a bit loud and the motorcycle parking across the street made a lot of noise late night and in the morning.

Perfect location for a short stay in the heart of Granada.

The queen room was absolutely fine - a basic, standard room. Staff very helpful & informative about the area. Had breakfast one day in the hotel & it was very nice.

There were no problems whatsoever.

I really liked the stay here with my family, a very central yet quiet and a well designed hotel.

The location was excellent, central yet quiet. The rooms were good, nicely designed. Addition of at least some tea/coffee facilities would be great. The breakfast was pretty good for the price. I also liked the street artist's exhibition inside the hotel.

The swimming pool description can be better so the expectations is not set higher, as it's really small.

Unfortunately, our booked room stank. Like moths in the clothes. We complained about this. First they tried to remove the smell. Air conditioning etc. did not work. Then they gave us another room without any problems.

Very nice hotel

The breakfast was very good and good value for money. The decor of the hotel was very nice and close to the historical center

The bed should have duvets instead of wool blankets. More pillows should be made available. The swimming pool was really too small for the number of guests.

Location and solarium on top floor. Towels for the swimmimg pool are offered by free.

Swimmimg pool is really small and shallow, water temperature was too cold to enjoy the bath. Pictures of the room are much nicer than the reality.

It’s a new three star so it’s quiet and well thought out.

Perfect location, we asked for a quiet room away from elevators and that’s what we got. The blackout curtains worked well, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great. Staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. We’re glad we stayed there.

Some water or water dispenser in the lobby would have been awesome. Otherwise everything was great.

Beautiful hotel at great location

Beautiful hotel. Great design. The room was large and comfortable. Great location and has very friendly staff. They have a spa and massage center in the same building.
