Great staff long dark hallways

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate and bright. Dinner was a good value and delicious.

The hallways were dark. They had automatic sensors to turn on the lights but were set up coming from the lobby to the rooms, not the other way around so we needed a flashlight until we got within range of the sensors. The bed was hard but that seems to be the case everywhere we have stayed in Spain.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Pool , although additional charge and closed on Mondays .

Great staff, location was ideal, garage parking for just under 8€

Old and a little run down, stale bread with breakfast, the rooms/patios were not very private as the low walls many you could be seen from reception/bar area

The staff where very nice. The hotel is somewhat antiquated and needs some refurbishing. Breakfast and dinner was ok but nothing exciting. Spa was good but shower facilities where out of order. Hotel in good walking area from the town centre.

The hotel in general needs an uplift. I understand COVID has hit hard but facilities need to be improved in general.

Great little spa hotel in quiet area a short walk from town.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Typical continental breakfast which was fine for our needs. The big bonus was that they allowed us to bring our 2 small dogs for a surcharge. The location is about 20 minutes walk into the centre of town. The room was clean and on par with other hotels in the area. Our room had a nice patio area outside.

Nothing much. Patios could benefit from privacy screens as each one is a continuation of the rooms wither side.

Friendly staff, very good value for money and would recommend it.

The staff are very friendly, the room with an outside terrace was lovely. The location was ideal for us as we had travelled to Cadiz to have our Harley serviced and the hotel is very close to the Harley Davidson dealership. We were offered breakfast and free parking within the cost of our two night stay and the price was very reasonable. It is a good base if you have your own transport.

Not all the facilities were available but that is because of COVID19 and there is nothing the staff could do about it. For the same reason, the breakfast was not great - no hot food. But overall we had no complaints.

Relaxing family getaway

We had a family weekend break and the hotel exceeded our expectations. Very clean, comfortable and spa was great. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
