Volveremos!

The views are amazing. It is perfectly located for sea views. Each morning we looked forward to seeing the endless horizon. The hotel has been upgraded and the staff work non stop to make it an enjoyable experience for all. It is quite relaxed for families. The entertainment team - Alex, JJ, Esse and Yarmana were so fantastic at their jobs! The kids loved interacting with them and the aqua aerobics was super enjoyable for the adults.
Some people staying there. They don’t tidy up after themselves or their kids. They also commandeer spaces around the pool or stage area and can be quite selfish and not consider other guests. The hotel cannot control who the guests are but too much of this and it will put others off. What amazed me was the patience of the staff throughout the two week stay. I didn’t understand how they managed at times!

It’s a very nice hotel, so clean, so brand-new! We were surprised by diversity of food! Very good all inclusive! Rooms are new, with a good beds and sofa👌
Interior in common areas is so cozy and conducive to rest. Especially sunset areas, enough places for everyone!
It would be great to have more variety of fruits)

Very clean, our junior suite was very good. Staff were all very friendly. Adults only area good when you could get a bed
Dinner times were so loud with so many children. Plus music and activities around main pools were very intrusive. The infinity pool filled with kids. They have plenty of pools, it should be adults only as we couldn’t get beds in the adult area. No adult only bar. You could easily put one in at reception level and make it adults only in evenings. There was nowhere, as a couple, to go for a quiet drink.

Views
Food not to clever, sausages cheap, no mushrooms for breakfast. Same every morning.

It is absolutely stunning. The detail of the furnishings are great. Incredible views. Really nicely designed adult only areas. Food was delicious. The rooms were wonderful. We had a junior suite with sea view, and it was great. It was so spacious that there was room for two sun loungers and a table and four chairs.
The staff worked very hard to keep everything clean and replenished. I really enjoyed walking down the hill to the beaches.
The spa/massage facilities were not ready yet (and won't be for a while). One of the main reasons I chose the hotel was because of this. The hotel did pay for a taxi to book into the spa at one of their sister hotels. But it should be clearer to customers by removing any photos relating to massage facilities.
The hotel is very big and for people with mobility difficulties (and/or bad navigation skills) may not find the hotel ideal. There are many different sets of lifts to take. There were some lift issues so we saw people with pushchairs carrying them up the stairs. Some elderly people we met found it very far and complicated to get to their rooms. For us it wasn't an issue.

I liked that it was new
It seemed like it was rushed, few spots left unfinished and not as clean as I would have expected.
Every night around the pools, which u have to walk to get to the rooms, there was lots if water = easy to slip.
I don't like that you are supposed to know about the services and everything without them telling you at least something about it

Esim jäätelöä et voinut ostaa ollenkaan koko paikasta. Myöhemmin toiselta matkaajalta selvisi että 2h snack lipuke maksoi 16€.

Parking available all the time, wifi works very well (30mbps), views
Firstly, staff will comment below with copy paste sentence how sorry are they.. This hotel is more for elder guests who do not give much attention to good food and drinks.
Food: every day same low food, nothing special, after two days we ate in restaurants nearby
Cleanless: there was a lot of dust, they even do not have vacuum cleaner, but staff is cleaning all the time
Drinks: all soft drinks are too sweet, even in cocktails
Elevators: sometimes are working, sometimes not
Note: if you are insisting to book this hotel, book room in renovated area.

Good price and excellent for families. Nice view and the Jacuzzi was exceptional
Some facilities need rehabilitation but still not bad at all

The landscape.
Cleaning has not been done. Old blue towels. I have not been able to check if they are clean. Food, the same every day. The terrace, the place where the tourists gathered to watch the artistic program, not lit at night.
