Für die Aussicht eine Nacht erträglich.

Die Aussicht war grandios.

Einrichtung total veraltet und Ausstattung war nicht vorhanden. Nicht mal ein Stück Seife gab es, um sich die Hände zu waschen.

Riosol har tapt seg noe, når det gjelder mat. Var litt bedre før.

Kaffemaskinene var bra. Godt med egg/bacon.

Savnet skikkelig godt grovt brød. Underbemanning, slik at det ble lang ventetid på egg/bacon. Man klarte ikke alltid å etterfylle, når ting tok slutt.

MI ESTANCIA

El trato del personal muy muy amables ,y Juande el animador un chico fantástico nos ha echo la estancia tanto por el día como en la noche muy amena y agradable en animación le damos un 10/10 en hora buena por el personal

Lo poco descuidado del hotel en general y descuido en limpieza ,y fumigación por las cucarachas en la.noche ,se podría mejorar

Trivdes godt, og om renhold blir bedre - kommer vi gjerne tilbake.

godt utvalg i buffe - både frokost og middag som vi forsøkte, men prisen var noe stiv så var ikke mange gangene vi spiste der. Likte godt bassengområdet, ikke for høy musikk og dermed avslappende. Rommet var helt greit til vårt bruk.

Renholdet var ikke noe å skryte av dessverre. Muligens bedre i dyrere rom? Vi fulgte med på renhold fra dag til dag, og det ble ikke vasket under sofa for eksempel under hele opphold. ble heller ikke vasket i dusj og generelt på bad.. Så dette kunne absolutt vært bedre! Kjedelig at selv om vi tidlig ba om rom i øvre etasje, fikk vi i NEDERSTE etasje. (ba om øverst grunnet revmatisme og dermed vondt å gå i masse trapper hele tiden osv.) Jeg sendte forespørsel om dette en god stund før ankomst.

Decepcionante.

Piscina climatizada único a valorar.

Las fotos no se ajustan a la realidad. Casi todas las habitaciones tienen escaleras para acceder. De los dos ascensores sólo funciona uno. Hay bichos en las habitaciones que se encuentran en un estado deteriorado. El edificio se encuentra con escombros. La piscina tiene pocas hamacas. Durante la estancia liberaron algunas para ubicarnos y posteriormente nos echaron porque la señora que las tenía reservada apareció 3 horas después. No tiene aparcamiento. La puerta de la terraza no cerraba.

View was excellent from a spacious balcony. The apartment/studio was modern and quite comfortable.

Breakfast was good and dinner also, however after our first weekend number of guests went down and strangely enough so did the quality and variety of the dinner. But still acceptable nevertheless.

Frequently had to wait just for plates and cutlery even though the place was not to busy. Maybe due to lack of staff because the ones that were working were on „fast forward”.

Egen terrass hade fin utsikt och var ok möblerad.

Slitet rum och helt utan charm. Fult och tråkigt. Möblerna är utslitna och smutsiga, närmast äckliga att sitta på. Vi tog lunch två gånger på hotellet, tråkig och smaklös, deras Ceasar-sallad är ett skämt... Priset för två var €956 för 7 nätter. (utan måltider). Visst finns det positiva saker med detta hotell, men när rummet och maten är så här dåligt är det omöjligt att väga upp.

Buena comida y fantásticas vistas en un hotel de 3 estrellas.

Especial mención al equipo de cocineros del hotel, Paco, Oliver y Cristina. Mis hijos son celíacos y se preocuparon muchísimo de ofrecerles siempre comidas variadas, con buen sabor. Además, cumplieron todas nuestras peticiones muy amablemente y con mucho cariño. Enhorabuena porque marcan la diferencia. El resto del personal también fue muy amable.

Los accesos son un poco raros con tanta escalera. Igual estaría bien contar con algún otro ascensor.

NO APTO PARA PERSONAS EN BAJA FORMA O DIFICULTADES PARA ANDAR

Las animaciones. Eran variadas y entretenidas La piscina que te dejaban bañar por la noche o al menos no te decían nada.

Las escaleras que tenias que subir y bajar para llegar a cualquier parte.Muy muy inclinadas y parecía que no llegabas nunca. Todos los apartamentos muy juntos. Hay muchísimos. Muy muy muy caluroso. Insoportables sin alquilar su aire acondicionado por 10€/día. Nos costó más de media hora dar con el tras preguntar 3 veces a las camareras de piso. Ni siquiera ellas sabían teniendo en cuenta que son muchísimos y no parecen seguir un orden lógico. Todas tenían mapas para llegar a ellos. Los 2,80€ que te cobraban por un vaso de tubo de refresco de barril y 2,20 por una botella de agua en el restaurante y bar. Las cañas igual de caras que los refrescos e igual de malas. Pusieron un ventilador en la habitación que al máximo vibraba haciendo mucho ruido y literalmente NO DABA AIRE NINGUNO. Intentamos pedir una botella de vino de la carta y solo habían 2 de los 20 que ofrecían. La peor calidad precio que he tenido en 13 años a 4 alojamientos por año.

Ligger med dejlig udsigt. Både pool og fitness faciliteter har som udgangspunkt været fine, men hele hotellet bæger som helhed præg af, at være meget slidt.

I'm sure there is way better in this area.

The hotel itself was fine. It was ok for quick stay. No bells and whistles. The pool was lovely and was heated. The staff were very nice. Soccer pitch at the back for a kick about. Next door to Europa centre and cool crazy gold course.

Ants in living room. Massive Cockroche in kitchen. Only one lift working. The lift was so slow. The cost of the buffet was a bit steep. Had food elsewhere.

Pisicina a fost foarte bine incalzita, si amplasata perfect pentru soare de la rasarit pana la apus. Locatia hotelului este perfecta pentru acces usor la restaurante, magazine, farmacii, piata.

Camera a fost ingrozitor de murdara, dusul infundat, peretii mucegaiti si decojiti, room service nu exista decat pentru schimbatul prosoapelor, si evitati sa va aduceti propriile prosoape albe de acasa, pentru ca ramaneti fara ele, fiind confundate cu cele ale hotelului. Mancarea a fost saraca in meniu si deloc gustoasa.

Greit hotell, men trenger oppgradering

Utsikten ,gode senger, solsenger på verandaen

Lite skap- og hylleplass til klær og utstyr, manglet nattbord på soverom( naboleiligheten hadde slike), manglende snorer på tørkestativ, veranda ( renholder tok bilde og ga beskjed til resepsjonen, men ingenting skjedde), kun en heis( mye venting), bassengområdet på toppen krevde 25 euro pr pers, noe som ikke var verdt det vi fikk.

børne poolen var alt for kold. vores badeværelse var der intet koldt vand, så det var umuligt at tage et ordentligt bad. der lugtede af kloak i hele lejligheden. komfuret tog 20-30 minutter om at varme en pande op.

Do not stay in this hotel

Nothing.

The hotel room was dirty, there were cockroaches in the rooms everydayand nothing was done about it, found a mouse trap in the room and manager just shrugged his shoulders when this was mentioned, cleaning staff removed dirty towels but never replaced them, there was no air conditioning, staff were not helpful and very rude, manager Danny was rude and cheeky, was unable to get a lounger at the pool for duration of my 10 day stay as beds were always reserved even though they are not suppose to be, one lift working for the whole 10 days, 50 steps down to my room and I am disabled so this was not suitable, beds were not changed the whole 10 days, cleaning was done twice but was not done properly.

Would not recommend this hotel

Apartment was of very poor standard. Floor tiles were lifting and cracked. There were no pillow cases on pillows and pillows were stained. Telephone wasn't working and could do with painting Did not think it's suitable for older people

All the stairs and lifts being older and both not good with heights found it very difficult to get around

Horrendous awful staff food rotten

The food was horrendous Ants all over the room even on toilet seats Staff rude and ignorant Had to move rooms twice as they had bust pipes rooms got flooded Lifts never work M Icing rooms at 1 o clock in the morning not getting another room till 3 Then when we complained there’s response was well you got another room didn’t you Omg I’ve never been in such a hotel so awful We paid half board only to go in restaurant and the staff came up to us and told us we had to pay for the food I told them we were half board they then dragged us out of restaurant to reception to prove we were PLEASE DONT EVER STOP IN THIS HOTEL

I have been going to this hotel for 20 years but we have decided to give it a miss from now on.

The food was quite good, if a little repetitive, repeats quite a lot. The longer serving staff are really nice, one or two of the new ones were not.

The rooms are very dated and were not of a good standard.

Brilliant hotel and staff where amazing !!!

Beautiful hotel could do with the rooms touching up, but it's the 2nd time I've stayed here and would come back again A BIG THANKYOU to the staff, my little girl was poorly and let us have a late check out until our transfer arrived. They couldn't do enough for us !!! So welcoming from the minute we arrived to when we went Brilliant choice of food and brilliant for everyone's taste Entertainment is good different things during the day and night for both adults and children ( mine are 3 and 1 ) Highly recommend hotel
