Exceptional. Great location, fantastic staff and good premises.

Exceptional, helpful personnel, always going the extra mile to help the guests. Very good facilities. I was impressed that the gym was maintained since my last stay there. All great. Also free parking service was an extra which surprised us.

Great location if you intend to enjoy the town

Location is amazing as you are in the middle of town. Very clean and tidy hotel, beautiful pool and bar/restaurant areas.

You cannot enter the hotel street with taxi vans which was tough for us as we had to walk up/down everytime. The noise from the town is very loud until 3-4 AM. The rooms are very tiny for the price and not the nicest looking. The service at the bar/pool was super slow.

Nice place but not a five star hotel

It is situated very conveniently. Very close to the city centre, but not swamped by the crowd. The staff are generally very friendly and welcoming. They gave us a free drive to the airport (of course we tipped) and the guy who lift us up was very positive and friendly. The view is nice, the pool area as well as the restaurant. There was a rich breakfast.

We had a jacuzzi inside the room but didn’t expect the humidity to be so high. We thought it was at the balcony, but did not read the fine print it could be as well inside the room. Since we decided not to use it, asked for the water to be drained, which the staff did immediately. The bugger downside for us was the out-warn towels and some stains we saw, but also a stain on the sheets. The sheets were replaced by a nice Bulgarian lady, though still would’ve been good to not been placed at first time. The furniture and room generally was outdated and require some maintenance.

the staff was great and very helpful, the male waiter was the best with helping us with anything we needed

there wasn’t much hooks in the toilets so we didn’t have much spots to hook on our wet towels or swimmers

lovely location, staff and food

dirty front door mat, taxi drop off with heavy bags on main road and then hill down to hotel.. not easy for anyone with heavy or normal bags; swimming pool too crowded - not big enough fir number of guests. not enough sunbeds

Pretty boutique hotel in a fantastic location , two minute walk into town . Nice restaurant with a dj and amazing singer . Lovely staff .

Maybe a bit of bit of bat service round the pool , rather than having to go inside to the bar.

It’s sooo beautiful and within walking distance to everything. The staff are amazing as well… giving positive energy and vibes all day long. And the views…just breathtaking.

Rooms were very small especially in relation to the money we paid per night ...could have definitely got a better deal elsewhere... extremely small rooms ... well furnished yes .... location is very good .... 5 min walk to the cute city centre and restaurants.

Felt like home.

First of all the hospitality was exceptional! The ladies at the reception, Christos, Sophia, Stavros, Anna (bar staff) were so friendly and helpful, that made my stay so enjoyable and felt like home! Mrs Popi is preparing the best pancakes and breakfast! The swimming pool is amazing and crystal clear! The afternoon music vibes by the dj and singer Haris Mos give a relaxing mood before the crazy nights out! Plus the location is excellent and convenient after those endless nights out partying!
