Buen lugar para hospedarse, pero caro

Great location, but not serviced and staff rude.

Bed was comfy and the location was terrific. Handy having a fully equipped kitchen.

Wasn't a twin room as requested. It was two single beds touching in the middle, so essentially a king. Tried to get serviced, but informed servicing was unavailable due to staff shortages. Building was exceptionally hot so we needed the windows open the entire time which made the apartment loud at night. Staff were rude, particularly the weekday staff (two middle aged ladies, one with a thick accent). There was a Covid outbreak while we were there. We only found out because we inquired as to why the staff and some guests were wearing masks. When we asked, the lady didn't initially want to answer us, then disappeared into the office. We thought she was going to give us a written note about their covid action plan or some masks to wear, but when she returned she ignored us and addressed another guest who was also in the foyer. It was extremely bizarre! The location was practical due to proximity to tourist attractions, however, with that came lots of drunks returning after a big night at the royal mile pubs. This meant we didn't sleep well for most of our stay. Would recommend if you sleep well and want to be close to the royal mile, but not if you want a decent sleep.

De rust en privacy en locatie.

Er waren wat slordige gebreken aan het sanitair in de badkamer. Loszittende en dus schuivende wc-bril en verroeste aansluiting doucheslang, waardoor die de eerste ochtend afbrak en pas eind van de middag werd hersteld. Bovendien was de aansluiting voor de douchekop lam, waardoor de douchekop steeds naar beneden zakte en krom hing. Dat hebben we zelf provisorisch opgelost door een plastic zak tussen de douchestang en douchekop te wurmen. Maar ideaal was dat niet. Dit soort belangrijke details zouden eerder moeten worden opgemerkt door het personeel en moeten worden verholpen. Zeker gezien de prijs die je betaalt voor dit hotel. Verder was onze kamer/appartement keurig in orde en netjes . Het ‘continental breakfast’ dat wordt aangeboden is karig en eenzijdig.

Está muy bien aprovechado el espacio para la cocina y bien equipado. El hecho de que el baño esté separado de la habitación le da un plus.

Muy difícil de operar la placa/estufa. No hay instrucciones. Hubo que pedir en recepción su ayuda.

- La propreté était douteuse (poussière sous les lits et sur le cadre de lit) - Les matelas étaient très usés - Il y a avait une odeur désagréable dans la salle de bain et quelques moisissures dans la baignoire

Estaba deteriorado, la llave de la ducha se prendia de afuera del baño, dice que desayuno incluido pero en realidad son cajas de cereales, paquete de pan, y demas para hacerlo ud mismo lo cual no es malo pero deben avisar, no tenia aire acondicionado

Heerlijk ronddwalen in Edinburgh!

De ligging vlakbij the Royal Mile en toch heel rustig gelegen. Mooie keuken en lekkere bank.

Great. We will definitely come back here next time in Edinburgh.

The location is a 10-minute walk from Edinburgh Waverley station, where lots of tourist attractions are located. So it is very convenient to live here if you come to Edinburgh. The room is great for 4 people and also has very reasonable price. We love it here.

The water power of the shower head was not strong enough. So we struggled to use the shower. Also, the window in the living room could not be closed, so it was freezing in the morning. Maybe there was something wrong with the way that we opened it.

l'emplacement est idéal, au calme. La literie est très confortable, l'équipement est formidable. La salle de bains est vraiment top. La propreté est super.

Le petit déjeuner est VRAIMENT SCANDALEUX. Il se passe dans la chambre. Pourquoi l'appeler petit déjeuner ? Une bouilloire pour chauffer de l'eau et se faire un café en poudre. Des petites boîtes de pop corn. Un pain de mie. Un peu de beurre. Du lait et du jus d'orange en bouteille. Incroyable dans ce pays où les breakfasts sont délicieux. Nous n'avons rien consommé et sommes allés prendre notre petit déjeuner à l'extérieur. Dommage nous avons payé pour les petits déjeuners et ne les avons pas consommés.

Great spacious base for a stay in Edinburgh

Fantastic location and the flat itself was spacious and comfy! Well equipped kitchen too.

Instructions for things like heating were out of date. WIFI didn’t reach into living room/kitchen.

Perfect appartement.

Ruim appartement en de 2 badkamers, echt top En een Keuken met alle opties!

Pietluttig maar de kitnaden en de losse wc bril vielen me op. Als dit goed was. Was het een dikke 10. Zou hier ook zo met mijn gezin heen gaan. Waren nu met de vriendengroep.

Great value, a little out of the city centre

Staff were wonderful - friendly and helpful. Apartment was great - comfortable and well-furnished.

The location was odd - everything around us felt deserted after dark including Royal Mile. It is quite a walk into the city centre.

Alles wie erwartet und das macht den Urlaub leicht.

Es ist eine sehr gute lage, nicht weit vom Zentrum. Die Rezeption ist 24 stunden geöffnet. Unser Zimmer mit zwei Schlafzimmern hatte zwei Duschen, Toiletten eine große Küche und geräumiches Wohnzimmer.

Eine Dusche hatte wenig wasserdruck.

Hotel room was spotlessly clean Kitchen area was well equipped with dish washer, fridge, cooker, microwave. Bedding very clean good standard. Bathroom was clean.

Some tiles around the bath were broken. The shower was difficult to work and the water was scalding hot. Needs to be a sign saying this.

Superb location, right beside parliament and the lovely Pakora Bar. Well equipped kitchen, had all the facilities. Breakfast was a decent selection too.

Your hot water comes from a tiny tank, which runs out quick. I had to boil the kettle a bunch of times to have a bath. Also the room was quite noisy. Loud screeching noise in our room whenever anyone in the building used water; interior door isn’t soundproof so always hear whoever’s passing, doors slamming etc; single glazing didn’t keep outside noise out. Decor quite dated.

A few small issues but overall we were happy with our stay 😊

Located in a great area- walkable to most main sites & shops. Pleasant rooms with good facilities- kitchen, showers etc

Our room wasn’t ready on normal checking in time. The staff member who initially dealt with us then ignored us until we had to approach a different staff member who was effective in sorting out. Cleaning staff were helpful & supplied tbags as the ones in the cannister were mouldy!

Comfortable stay

The mattress was good quality. The room was clean. It is well out fitted with appliances. I didn't stay long, only one night.

The location is a bit difficult to get to, in my experience. At night, it felt a bit unsafe to travel to as a young woman alone.

Die Lage ist wirklich super

Sehe hellhörig. Bett sehr klein und unbequem. Parkplatz schwierig, da sich sehe viel altes Möbel da gestapelt hat. Frühstück kann man das nicht nennen, wenn einem eine Packung Toast und verpackter Käse, Marmelade etc hingelegt wird. Für mich keine 4 Sterne.

It is an adequate property in a great location.

It was away from the tourist center which was nice but within walking distance. The staff was pleasant. The kitchen was handy.

The room was dingy. It could use a good painting. The hot water was really scalding. You have to be careful so you don’t get burned.
