Very convenient Location.
Clean: carpet, kitchen and shower room needed to improve. And the corridor is deep and dim.

It was a good location, lots coffee shops nearby and close to the centre. Staff were helpful but the place was very underwhelming!
I know it’s a student accommodation so expected basic, but the room was dirty which I had to request a clean and then ask them to re clean as was still dirty. Floor was gross, don’t dare go bare foot! The share kitchen area was worse than what I would expect from students. The bed was terrible, even with an extra duvet to lay on it was still super uncomfortable.

The location was excellent for our stay in Edinburgh, the accommodation was as we expected (stayed in sister accommodation last year). Basic accommodation and shower, kitchen in multi person "flat", would stay again, we only need a clean bed and clean shower and this suited us.
Bed cosy for 2 people, but then this is student accommodation normally so we were expecting this. Bit noisy with traffic outside, room was by main road and once traffic built up about 7am was noisy.

La vicinanza al centro e ad alcuni buoni ristoranti
Il bagno era troppo stretto soprattutto la doccia

Dirty sheets on the bed, very very noisy I had a roadside room and it didn't quiet down till around 2am then the bin men and roadworks were out around 6am

Location, tram station very close. Kitchen, where you can sit and relax.
Bed are to small for 2 people, to hot in rooms (we were in june-july).

Estava relativamente perto do centro.
Colchão duro. Sem limpeza diária.Uma toalha para toda a estadia.

Location and staff were friendly
Dirty surfaces - desk and shelves, had to clean ourselves, pillows were flat and yellow, mould on ceilings and around sink, bed was uncomfortable, couldn’t sleep first night, bad smell in room and hallway, shower was tiny, room was very hot and nosy, music was being played above us at 4am, dirty linen, prices were inflated due to Taylor swift and this cost us £500 for two nights.
I’ve seen you reply to other reviews to say they should ask reception to clean and replace bed linen but this shouldn’t be necessary when you have paid £500 for a room. No one had checked to see if the room was acceptable before we stayed in it.

Great basic but fairly priced accommodation, rooms are fine with what you need, liked that there is a shared kitchen.
The staff was super friendly and helpful. There are complementaries such as tea, coffee, milk, toiletries etc.
good location, close to the tram station. Could even walk 20 min to the centre. There are restaurants around and a supermarket literally downstairs.
The bed was very soft and worn out.
And note they are small - might not be for everyone to share this.
We knew and were fine though.

The location
They charge you for everything there, I felt like in a hostel. The bathroom had a pee smell from the moment we entered, the carpet smells a lot to humidity and the beds were awful.

It was too hot and claustrophobic, beds were lumpy

The location was good, the staff were friendly and helpful and the facilities ticked all the boxes.
The bed was very bad indeed.
The walls were thin meaning night times were noisy.

was in good location
too expensive , no towels , no facilities
4.0 / 5.0
Nice and tidy room, bathroom is clean. Good enough for one person.
But the beddings don't seems clean enough for me(you can see some dust on it)
And if your room is facing the street, it will be a bit noisy during the day and night.
The kitchen door make huge noise if you are not closing it carefully.

The kitchen facilities were great and handy and very clean.. appreciated the frig freezer etc
of course as these are uni rooms..those FIRE doors are so heavy and when opening and closing make a big bang. The rooms are well sized and though the mattress was a bit lumpy/the bathrooms modern and good hot water=== it was the best option price wise during the Edinburgh Fringe and all the staff on board were as friendly as could be! Thanks

Room was small but clean. Excellent for person but alright for 2 people as well.
Bed was comfortable and di not have much noise.
Location was very good, on the main road and easy accessibility to all commodities and public transport.
A false fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and disturbed everyone's sleep as we had to evacuate. The corridors are very narrow and can be a problem in an event of emergency.

Room size and bathroom. Very clean
Window won't open far enough for hot days. Towel should be provided free of charge.

Very affordable rooms at the city center of Edinburgh. Perfect for a one night stay to continue your journey or for people looking for an affordable location without too much of a hassle. Staff was helpful and nice!
Rooms were pretty tiny and unfortunately we stayed in a very hot day and the rooms (and corridors) were pretty hot. You can still rent a portable fan at the Reception if you wish.
5.0 / 5.0
Clean room and easy check in and out.
Light in the bathroom is too strong.
