Beautiful sea views and delicious breakfast. The bed was comfy and the room clean. Didn't get to use the spa but great to have that option!
The bathroom light came on automatically on opening the door and it wasn't possible to turn it off, which was annoying, especially as we had a baby in the room. I also really resent being charged £10 for use of a travel cot. Most hotels do this free of charge and it feels unnecessary and a bit unwelcoming to parents.
4.3
The friendliness and interest of the staff, especially Reception and Spa. I was travelling alone and new to staying at The Cliff despite being local.
Complementary use of the Spa pool and steam room . A great way to begin the day!
The Continental breakfast.
The location. An exhilarating coastal walk to Cardigan Island Farm Park and the views beyond. Excellent for seabird watching and seals.
Nothing was too much trouble. Thankyou.
The Full English breakfast was a disappointment. Unwarmed plates meant the meal was not hot enough. Some of the components were not ready all at the same time, making matters worse .
The filter coffee served with breakfast was lukewarm too.

Location & staff were great.
Light in bathroom coming on automatically- kept me awake in middle of night after I’d visited bathroom. Bed wasn’t very comfortable.
4.3
Beautiful surroundings. Lovely bed and room
Not about the property. The spa staff no where near as welcoming as receptionist at hotel.
The spa receptionist just gave very general guidance. Especially as I was a first timer. Just pointed in direction of things. I made rookie error of wearing the hotel slippers into spa area. Obviously they got wet. When I requested a new pair she said they don’t supply as nobody wears them into spa… Rather than pop over to hotel desk I was left to get myself barefooted.
This may seem a very slight thing, it spoilt a stay that I’d saved hard to have.
Thankfully a different lady did the facial which was wonderful.

A bit noisy next door

Most things.
The room (very small) the steps to the room (we are both nearly 70 and struggle)

The location was out of this world. We had a really nice sea view. We even saw dolphins from our window. The bed was soo comfortable. The best we have experienced. We made use of the spa which was very relaxing. The breakfast was really nice with plenty of choice.
We could not fault anything

Beautiful setting. Lovely part of the World.
Economy means economy. Snug fitting room. A shower enclosure too small to use. A small single bed.
4.3
I was very happy with the view from the dining room
I was disappointed with the view from the room, it was a roof and three other windows all looking at the same roof

Lovely location, really nice atmosphere. Spa was absolutely amazing, one of the nicest we’ve been to. Shocked the hotel is only a 3 star it was fab. The restaurant was also amazing. The breakfast was lovely, fresh and hot with plenty of choice. Upon arrival we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a family suite with a sea view. Would definitely stay again!

The view was lovely
The evening menu was poor

We stayed in the suite. The views were incredible with big windows all the way around. The bed was comfortable. The one hour use of the spa and breakfast included made the hotel brilliant value for money. The spa was clean, lovely and relaxing and one of the nicer spas I have been in with robes, slippers and towels provided.
Could not fault the dinner in the hotel, we had steak with garlic prawns and chips. Lovely food. The menu was limited but the food was lovely so would not complain. The staff were also very friendly. Breakfast buffet was good too.
Honestly there was nothing we didn't like.

Amazing location with on elf the best viewpoints in Wales! We enjoyed great views from our room with a balcony. Excellent choice of bars and restaurants and a popular location.
Breakfast was disappointing in comparison with the rest of our stay. Limited coffee options compared to other hotels. It wasn't bad but it didn't reflect the excellent standards of everything else at the hotel.

Clean well kept
Nothing not to like

Great location
It was a little unkempt generally

The breakfast was good, staff were excellent, the food in the restaurant was lovely, location is very pretty, drinks and food good value.
I would of preferred to be in the next room to my elderly parents but because I booked late I understood that that option was unavailable.

Spa facilities.
Ambience of the bar/restaurant areas.
Location of hotel.
Ease of check-in.
Cooked breakfast unedible.
Noticeably slow service at cooked breakfast area.
Chairs too big in executive room.
Bed basically two singles knocked together.

The location was superb and the food very good. Whilst our room did not have a view there are rooms in the hotel with exceptional views. The spa facilities were very enjoyable and not crowded
Our on-suite was very small and would be difficult for larger people.

The location was stunning as was the hotel it self most of the staff were very helpful and friendly only issue as some of the staff were not British they didn’t communicate as they should have and came across as a little abrupt
Coffee in the rooms I drinkable need gold blend decaf and also at breakfast for this class of hotel they should have the best . Not explained breakfast when I asked what the procedure was the very lovely young lady said she didn’t understand me as she was French she was lovely but it’s not the greatest if they are unable to communicate with you. Don’t just assume people have been here before and know what to do. Dinner waiter was much the same when we asked what an item was on the menu he told us to read it very dry and abrupt he was the only one the others were very friendly and lovely .

the l8cation was perfect, lovley waking up to that view in the morning
cleaning of the rooms, glasses and dishes were left in our room

The location of our room, within this wonderfully located hotel. The food was outstanding.
The waitress in the restaurant seemed very overwhelmed and overworked. So our service was not totally as one would have expected.
