Hospitality Kalgoorlie average stay

The room was spacious, the breakfast was really nice and good to have the option of cooked breakfast (for an additional charge). Paul greeted us each morning we were there, and he always made our day. Customer service at its best. He was amazing and so professional. The hotel is very lucky to have him. Other staff on reception were also very friendly.

Bit outdated. Pool was under renovation so was closed. We wasn't told about this until the day before we was going. Our children were so disappointed especially since we had travelled from Esperance where we had 5 days freezing cold weather and Kalgoorlie was a toastie 34 degrees. Location is a little out of town. You do need a vehicle unless you are prepared for a very long walk.

Great stay in this comfortable clean motel with great staff.

The room was spacious and very very clean. There was a free breakfast each morning and a free laundry room. The room was serviced daily. The staff were very nice and very helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room warm.

The room could do with some updating but it was fine.

If we had asked for a different room for the second night, I'm confident we would have been fine.

Room 40 at the back of complex was too noisy at night, ie Railway and traffic.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Clean and tidy rooms. Very comfortable bed. Close to city center.

The whole complex is old and strating to show its age, but for value and cleanliness it was more than satisfactory.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen, aber okay. Das Bett war angenehm groß. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut. Man konnte so viel Kaffee trinken, wie man wollte und es gab sogar Pancakes.

Staff worked tirelessly to ensure a comfortable stay and those in the restuarant went above and beyond.

Except for the coffee issue, I really enjoyed our stay. The bed & pillows were great, everything was spotless

Almost everything

No hot coffee at Breakfast, hot water that isn’t hot doesn’t make hot coffee. And worst of all almost all places have a coffee machine within full view but do not serve a good coffee

Room on a fairly busy corner. Laundry badly needs cleaning and adequate instructions on the dryer on cleaning filter and emptying water reservoir.

Clean comfortable room for a night on the road

The room was clean, comfortable and reasonably spacious. There was car parking outside room (booking.com said no parking). Breakfast (just cereal) was provided in the evening prior in anticipation of early departure. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Worn, tired fixtures and old fashioned air-con. Located considerable distance from town centre.

Proximity to the town just a 10 minute walk

Rooms were noisy you could hear the people in the next rooms The pool was closed for maintenance Which we weren't informed at the time of booking

Good value, but to get what you pay for.

Very affordable. Clean and tidy room. Pleasant staff. 15mins walking distance to the city centre.

Walls are thin. The room needs repairs and refurbishment. The shower is cavernous and the water temperature was intermittent.
